Great food and great service! I have been here twice during a visit to The Breakers. I had the shrimp and grits the first night and they were amazing. I had the chicken and waffles on my second trip and it was off the chain! The best fried chicken! read more

Not a very good experience here at all and i will not be coming back ever. Its rare i give places a bad review but here goes. My husband and i came here for a late dinner around 10pm we were seated quickly. After that things went down hill. We had no server come to our table matter of fact after 20 minutes i timed it yes i did one server asked if we were being helped didn't even wait for my response and flew on by us. Mind you this place was not even packed barely anyone in here. So after now 25 minutes the bartender came over and she was great wish i knew her name she made some great cocktails for us and quickly served us or apps and dinner mind you this is 45 minutes for my app after not being helped for 30 minutes. The food was sub par and basic honestly. Now the cocktails were great. For a kind of new business you just lost me and i will be sure to inform everyone i know about this experience in your establishment read more

I love going to batch to eat the chicken and waffles! Mike Little served me last time and he was so pleasant and knowledgeable! He convinced me to try the chicken pot pie and I was not disappointed. I also liked how Sophie came to touch my table and make sure everything came out great and in good time, which it certainly all did! Can't wait to go back :) read more

Because of this place i discovered how delicious real mint is in drinks!

My boyfriend's coworker told him about Batch last week. I've lived down here for almost 4 years(from south Jersey) and honestly this is the best dinner I've had since moving down here! Great staff, made a reservation online and got seated in a big booth right as we got there! Our waiter was so good and so honest! My boyfriend had the chicken and waffles & he's from Mississippi and he loved it! I loved my salmon so much that I ate every single bite of it!!! The s'mores was so yummy and honest for 2 people this was not a crazy price! I recommended this restaurant to coworkers and thinking about taking my mother here when she comes to visit in February!Lovely restaurant and will definitely be coming back!!! read more

I come here all the time with friends and the food and service is always wonderful!! During happy hour appetizers are only $6. Everything on their menu is great! read more

This place is wonderful! We had the cornbread and biscuits for an appetizer which were both very tasty and not too heavy. I had the chicken and waffles for an entree and my wife had the salmon. Both were delicious and very filling. Only downside was that everything was so good we didn't save any room for dessert. The blackberry lemonade is also good. We'll definitely be back. read more

It is housed in my previous stomping ground. Upon entering, no one greeted us and we had to search for the host. We wanted to sit in the front, which was denied and we were made to sit in the back despite asking for explicitly for a booth that was available. Our waiter- Russell was the real MVP- he explained everything so well. He allowed my party and I to try many samples of the batched rum. I settled on. Mix of the bootlegger and blackberry. I dubbed it the Black legger! I had the chicken and waffles. The chicken was not seasoned at all, loved the cornbread waffles. Had a green tea shot which was to my liking. The playlist was great for linner. Bathroom was decent. Would I come here again- Yes for drinks and to laugh winds friends. read more

Service was excellent!! Annie did a great job with beer recommendations as well as food. Crab cake was excellent! read more

Batch Local Kitchen - Cocktail Bars Near Me - West Palm Beach, Florida

Great cocktails, great bartenders, food was okay. Had the biscuits & gravy which was a bit dry but had great flavor. Will try again!

I came here with my family for a Labor Day weekend brunch and let me just say we had an awesome time! There was a wait time for indoor seating due to Covid but the hostess provided complimentary mimosa's while we waited. Our server was Danielle, she was very attentive and checked in with us consistently. Danielle provided great customer service and was very polite while making us feel comfortable eating out during a pandemic. I would definitely recommend others to check this place out! Great music and welcoming environment!! read more

So I placed an order for pickup here for the first time today because i had heard that they have quite a few vegan options. There are so many vegan places in west palm but is seems like most/if not all of the fully vegan spots are closed on mondays‍, which is why i decided to come here. The staff was pretty friendly but the food did take quite a minute to come out, which is understandable. However, i was a bit uncomfortable standing right there at the enterance waiting and had a customer walk up to me asking me for a menu as if i worked there. Mind you i was wearing grey sweatpants and a t shirt. Not that that is the restaurants fault but it was a bit annoying. It would have been nice if they had a waiting area or at least offered me a seat while i waited. I ordered the jackfruit bbq sandwich (made vegan) and i must say it was quite smacking. And for a pretty fair price. Overall i liked the food but not as good as some of the fully-vegan restaurants in town. I probably will be back if i am ever going out to eat with non vegan friends or family. read more

Every visit we have at batch is amazing. Staff and management are friendly, professional, and on top of things always! I am never disappointed with our drinks or food. Our stomachs are full and we leave satisfied. We will continue to be customers for more years to come. read more

The food was great, especially the deviled eggs. My husband loved the shrimp and grits and I enjoyed my Cobb salad. The manager Suzie (I hope I got her name right) was very personable and we truly enjoyed speaking with her. We will definitely be back! read more

Handicapped husband had to walk 2 blocks. Paid $10.50 to park. Got to restaurant and it was packed elbow-to-elbow - no social distancing at all. I have NEVER been at a noisier restaurant. Music beyond full blast, people screaming. We left. Cost $10.50 and we didn't even get to eat. Never going back there. read more

This was the worst restaurant experience I've had in Florida. We ordered two appetizers and an entree. Avocado toast and deviled eggs should be an easy please. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR and when we were finally able to flag down the waiter, after multiple other tables (that arrived at least 30 minutes after us) received their entrees, we asked what the issue was with our order. We were given two lies from the server about what had happened. Finally, after talking to the manager, we were informed of the truth which was that our order had been forgotten. When the food finally arrived it was pathetic and definitely not worth the wait. With all the options available in this area, we felt that we wasted the few hours we had in town attempting to patronize this underwhelming restaurant. We left without even tasting the thrown together kitchen nightmare that this establishment produced for a table that had gotten the bitter end of southern hospitality. This restaurant is overrated and not worth the time. I would advise going to the many other available options nearby. read more

It was out first time at the restaurant and our waiter Candy took such good care of us! (definitely best server!) she was very diligent, patient and kind! definitely will be back very soon! overall best service we have had on clematis in a long time! read more

We just had dinner and drinks at Batch and they hit it out of the park. The atmosphere was cool and not too loud. The service was top notch. The craft cocktails were excellent and the food was amazing from the oysters (raw and cooked) , deviled eggs and the homemade bacon tots and homemade whiskey pecan ice cream for dessert. This place does not disappoint. read more

There service was great someone was always coming up and asking if we needed anything. There ribs are delicious and there apple pie in a hjar was wonderful. Russel was our waiter and he was great and kind there decorations and beautiful if anyone wants to instgram do so and tag them there amazing. All the workers here work hard to make this the best restaurant and for me they succeeded. Also when my aunt was trying to pull her purse closer and was struggling one of the waiters got it for her. But it is very loud but okay there music is awesome and all the hottest hits. -Lily read more

I was at batch last weekend with a small crew of my friends and we had a blast. Staff was amazing... big shout out to Danielle! We sat outside on the sidewalk and it was perfect. The jalapeño pineapple cocktail was incredible. My husband had the blackberry lemonade with bourbon and it was delicious. For dinner I had the crab cake. It was one on the best I have ever her. Large chunks of crab with just the right blend of spices. My husband had the brisket sandwich. He loved it. I'm not a fan of brisket but I tried a bit and it was very good. It was sliced very thin and had a Carolina sauce on it. Overall, one on the best meals we have had in some time. read more

One of my favorite brunch places in West Palm Beach. Food is great and very hip vibe.

I could legit live here. I go twice a week! The chicken is the BEST and the cocktails are AMAZINGGGG. And the fact that focus on local is such an important thing. My new go to restaurant. read more

First the good news: The service was excellent even though the place was full. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation, despite a chaotic scene in the restaurant. That's it for the good news. Here's the not-so-good news: the food is mediocre at best, awful by many standards. Mac and Cheese? Horrible, almost tasteless. One order of Nashville Hot chicken sliders came with three, a nice size, and no condiments except pickles. The server explained that's because the seasoning is already coated onto the chicken. Well, that doesn't work so well, because these were flavorless and served on a type of bun that was, at the least, not fresh. A brisket and short rib burger was ordered medium well and came out more rare than medium. It was average at best; you can get a better burger pretty much anywhere. Burnt ends were an appetizer and had some flavor but if you like BBQ these are not something u will enjoy. We did not order the Chicken & Waffles, their highlighted speciality. Have had them there before a few years ago and they were very good. Based on the quality of the chicken sliders, though, I have doubts that this dish would have been good. It's a well-run establishment, lively, comfortable with good service. For a fun night out with friends it may be worth it. But if you are looking for anything beyond average to below average food, this place will not make you happy. read more

Wowww!! This place is amazing in every way. Best part was our server DANIELLE, she's the perfect little package all in one... knowledgeable, super funny, attentive, her energy IS ON POINT!! The food, vibe and location was excellent. My husband and I came for Saturday brunch, we will definitely be back. Thanks Batch!! :) read more

Portions were a little small for the price. Food was decent but nothing too standout. Liked sitting outside along the street to enjoy the nice weather and people Watch. Maybe will go Back to try the brunch otherwise done here. read more

Morgan and Whitney were fantastic! They were fun, energetic, helpful, and quick. We have a part of 10 - 12 and every time someone showed up they were fantastic. If you haven't been try the chicken and waffles! The bottomless drinks flawless. But the service from the servers were perfect! read more

The food was excellent but the service was terrible. The bacon tots and shrimp and grits were delicious! The drinks were inconsistent. The first one had cucumber and mint. The second didn't have cucumber. The third was missing the cucumber and mint. The waiter said they had all of the ingredients so why were they missing? We were a party of 7 and it took forever to get drinks, food, checks, etc... The server then accused us of not paying one of our bills (split checks). We waited another 10 minutes for him to figure out it was his mistake. Will go back because the food was great but it will be the last time if the service and drinks do not improve. read more

I'm glad I finally went to eat this food.. some of the best food in downtown.. Jay brotherhood was an amazing help.. for him alone is why I would go back to this place.. thank you for the southern food read more

Candy was so sweet and provided great service! If you come here you have to get their skillet cornbread so yummy

I was super excited to go to Batch for Sunday Brunch this morning. When we arrived at noon, we may as well have been walking into a South Beach nightclub at 3am. The music was make your ears bleed loud, I didn't realize it was that kind of place. Thought it was somewhere nice to enjoy a fine meal, some bourbon and conversation with my family. We mentioned the noise volume to the hostess who had nothing but a shrug for us so we walked in and walked right out. I'm in my early 30s by the way, there is such thing as too loud. read more

The food was very good but the portions just way too small. We went for whiskey night (half off) and he asked for a double and there couldn't be more than a shot in the glass. I got a Manhattan and paid an up charge but the glass was not even half full. We ordered the special lobster special and it was advertised as a 5-6 oz lobster tail but it was tiny. Just a few bites. Good thing we filled up with the waffle a little bit. I offered the flank steak medium. It came out well done (no pink at all), just a few pieces though, potatoes were good and two teeny weeny carrots. I almost missed seeing them. My husband had the jambalaya and had two small pieces of shrimp. Not sure he saw any sausage. Spent $108 and he needed to stop at the corner and grab a piece of pizza. On vacation and love to try new places. Probably wouldn't return here. read more

Came here for my 10 year anniversary. Made a reservation for 1:45pm, and explained that it was our 10 year. I decided to stop here to make it special since I've only came here one time before. At first, I did not get acknowledged by anyone for at least 10 minutes. I understand places are short staff so I didn't mind it. Mikayla who ended up being our server, asked had we been helped. We said no & that we had a reservation. She acted as if she had no idea we had one? Questioned the girl at the front why she didn't tell her & then instructed us to sit at a booth. Food was great but the waitress Mikayla had the worst attitude. I'm not a Karen, I don't complain about unnecessary stuff but when I come into an establishment that I choose to have my 10 year anniversary at & am treated as if if my table is some how an inconvenience to her, that pisses me off. Most places dress the table up or make sure our experience is at least a pleasant one given the day it was for us.. not in this case. The bartender was my FAVORITE PART of the entire experience. He was the most sweetest, most respectful, most amazing person & all he did was deliver our food & ask if our drinks came out good. Literally if we had the same customer service from our waitress, our experience would be totally different. I will not be back. read more

We stumbled upon this restaurant because my family and I where staying at a hotel near by. We walked by and noticed the happy hour chalk board sign that was out side so we decided eat and drink there because of the awesome deal. Every drink not only tasted great but the presentation topped it off! Our server Jordan was the best, he explained everything down to the tea and made sure we enjoyed our time. Having great food, drinks, and service is the dream experience and we received that. Thanks again to Jordan for giving my family and I such a great time. read more
