Really enjoyed the atmosphere and happy hour drinks! GF salmon and cheesy grits with Brussels sprouts was where it is at. Waitress was super nice and friends liked meals as well. read more

Fried Chicken is very good but it can be a bit salty to me. The steak salad is my favorite at this restaurant. One of my favorite deviled eggs are here, too. read more

Don't understand how this place has 4.5 stars. Came here on a Friday afternoon during lunch hour, took over 10 minutes to get seated and then after getting seated we waited for another 10 minutes and no one had even come by to get a drink order or greet us yet. At this point we had enough and walked out. Was excited to try but doubt I'll be back. read more

Just had a great meal at Batch. We had a matinee at Dramaworks and wanted a restaurant nearby. So glad we stumbled into Batch. Everything we ordered was delicious. Great deviled eggs, biscuits and simply outstanding fried chicken! Service was great and we sat outside which was delightful. We will be back! read more

Clematis has a new star. This is a restaurant NOT to be missed. Had the smoked riblets (would have ordered TEN OF THESE the flavor was so crazy good), chicken pot pie, and low country boil. Mm. MMM!! It was fantastic. They also have a killer bar if you're in for a creative drink. Their fizzy drinks on tap are outstandingggg. read more

Their drinks are done good- they've expanded my taste in alcohol. Also, the manager and waitress took great care of us, being profusely apologetic that although they had a vegetarian menu (which is more than most of the restaurants in the area) they left to be desired in terms of vegan options. Turns out, we were a few days early from the release of a more expansive vegan menu. In any case, the manager helped us find other vegan options in the area. I was satisfied with the customer service. read more

Awesome atmosphere. The chicken and waffles were amazing. Unlimited mimosas were good. The DJ was poppin'. Definitely going back for brunch when I'm in town. read more

First time at the Batch. Food was amazing as well as the service. Starting with the hostess, we changed our mind for seating three times and she rolled with it, smiling the whole time. Morgan is a rockstar waitress. Recommendation for burger, chicken and waffles and skirt steak were spot on, need to try this place. read more

Great appetIzers and tasty food (though it's a little on the expensive side for the portion size). Prices for happy hour are more expensive than other places on clematis. I would love to see a larger diversity of beer and bottled beer on happy hour here. read more

Tried this place out tonight while visiting west palm. We showed up close to closing time but had the best service experience!! Food was good. I had a chicken pot pie and it was delicious and came out hot. read more

Love my batch food! The biscuits and fried chicken are unmatched. Love going out to Morgan for great service!

Terrible service and management food mediocre, don't waste your time. First and last time there. Sure that they would tour of business soon

As bad a restaurant experience as I've had in south Florida. Just horrible in every facet.

This place needs to get it together. Me and my girlfriend went for brunch. Not sure if it was the beginning of spring break or what but Clematis was pretty popping yesterday (sunday). We got sat around 2:00, our server got our drink orders and brought them right away. We ordered our apps and entrees right when she brought our drinks over. Mind you this place was emptying out by this time of day, not as busy as the start of brunch. It is now 2:45 and no apps or food but we are already on our third round of drinks. Our server kept telling us it'll be out shortly. Finally we got fed up and asked her whats up with our order. She said they're working on it and if you want I can bring a manager over to your table. We just told her forget it, we'll go elsewhere. It shouldn't take 45 mins to an hr to get an appetizer at least. Not like we ordered something off the wall. This place was disappointing to say the least. read more

This restaurant is awesome! We were warmly welcomed and seated right away. Our waitress was attentive, helpful and gracious. We started brunch with coffee, sangria and deviled eggs, which were presented beautifully and were spectacular. My son ordered the chicken and waffles and I ordered the sausage frittata, both of which were delectable. I finally found a restaurant with fantastic food, exceptional service with an easy and comfortable atmosphere! We need Batch up north! read more

Love this place!! Food is excellent. Took my husband there for his birthday. He's very picky, he loved the brisket sandwich. I had the veggie pot pie. Amazing! For dessert which was complimentary for his birthday we had the bread pudding. Omg! Delicious. Can't wait to go back. Only reason I'll give four stars is Ididn't find the drinks to be very strong. Delicious but not much alcohol. read more

The food was delicious, the service was great and I highly recommend this restaurant. We had a salad that was very fresh and loaded with yummy things. And a burger that was cooked to perfection with some delicious french fries. The drinks were also very good! The waitress was very courteous and nice and helpful in making decisions and it was so nice that the manager stopped by to greet us and see how we liked the food and the place. Great experience! read more

Drinks are NOM! Courtney is the best server. Service is great. You should totally check this place out

Excellent first experience at Batch! Highly recommend the cocktails on tap. Bootlegger was my drink of choice. Great ambiance. Excellent staff. Ask for Princess, she'll take good care of you! read more

We were a party of 4 plus a toddler and enjoyed brunch here on a Saturday. This place is amazing! The food was delicious. I am a vegetarian and there were several options, more than most places. I had the quinoa salad which was so good. I added some fried onions and mustard vinaigrette. My sister-in-law ordered the chicken and waffles and her daughter the chicken tenders. She said it was the best chicken she's ever eaten. My husband had the steak salad with chicken and my brother-in-law had an egg dish. Everything was really good. We had the bottomless Bellini, and you can choose and mix and match with 3 other drinks. This is the only thing I would maybe not do again. The drinks were good but not sure about the price for as much as we drank. We aren't big drinkers but it did afford us the opportunity to try 3 different types of drinks. Our server was Courtney and she was great too. All in all it was a fabulous experience with delicious food. Would definitely go again! read more

Princess! By far the best bartender I've come across in south Florida! Her attention and straight forward ness allows you to be yourself in a dive bar environment!!! read more

Great Cocktails... Chicken and Waffles were amazing... the Bartender was the best .. excellent service..

Heard great things from this place from a lot of friends and thought I'd give it a try for happy hour. Showed up with a friend and we were left waiting for a few minutes at the front door to be sat (considering we work in the industry We wanted to be courteous and not seat ourselves). Finally the bartender decided to acknowledge us from the bar and told us to sit wherever we wanted. Once seated we had to wait at least ten minutes to get a drink order but by that time we had decided on appetizers and our meals. Once we ordered, our appetizer arrived BEFORE our drinks and the bartender JOHN seemed in NO rush to hurry (considering we ordered their cocktails that they literally have on tap and just have to pour) but JOHN seemed too busy talking to the only other customers in the restaurant to bother to care . Once I expressed my discontent he gave me attitude and purposely ignored us until we decided to ask for the bill. The restaurant was basically empty and being in the industry im usually very understanding about how hard it can be but there was absolutely no excuse for this terrible service. Will not give this place another try and DO NOT RECCOMEND. read more

Me and my wife went here for the first time, for Saturday brunch. The food was good and reasonably priced, the atmosphere and staff were nice, and the bottomless drinks for $17 were great. Will be going back for brunch, and to try dinner. read more

This is a great place with great service! Princess at the bar is awesome! We had the shrimp and grits, as well as the St Louis Ribs. The ribs were great, collards could be better. The watermelon was awesome! If you combine the ribs with the grits..amazing dish! Loved the atmosphere, the drinks and service!! Loved Princess!! read more

It's really hard trying to get good food in West Palm Beach and especially difficult on Clematis Ave. For years the geniuses governing the City have tried to build up the Avenue and the results have been a disaster. Clematis Avenue is a depressing, creepy, loud and dreary street of low end junk food slop and those attracted to the offerings. When I read about Batch I thought maybe this would be a culinary anomaly on Clematis but ... well I was wrong. The restaurant is simple and clearly built around the bar and its revenues. The host was friendly and our waiter was very good. We decided to go for Batch's signature dishes: The chicken and waffles, the Mac and cheese and the biscuits. And just like that we were 0 for 3. The fried chicken was dry, overcooked and flavorless. The Mac and cheese was overcooked and lacked.... cheese. The biscuits were dry and doughy but they were nicely presented. Batch was really lousy. read more

The food and drinks are incomparable, but Todd's service sealed the deal that this is my new favorite destination.

We tried Batch today and loved it! We had the deviled eggs as a starter and they were delicious they were a little creamier than other eggs I've had, but the flavor and little kick of cayenne were awesome. Then we had the chicken and waffles and a burger. The chicken and waffles take a little time, but OMG- sooooo worth it! I wish I could buy a bucket of that chicken to take home. Hubs had the burger with an egg and bacon on top. Sooooo good. The bacon was thick, well done, and candies. If you're not into a little sweet with your meat, maybe skip the bacon, but do not skip the burger. It was thick and juicy and just really really good. The drinks were awesome too. I can't wait to come back to try more! My only suggestion would be to add something taller under the booths for shorter legs to rest on...nobody wants to have dangling legs while enjoying brunch and my dad said his legs actually fell asleep because he couldn't reach the low bar they had in place. All in all, this place is awesome and you won't be disappointed! read more

Absolutely delicious! The food was amazing with a unique twist to southern cuisine. The pineapple jalapeño moonshine cocktail, watermelon sweet tea, and cornbread are amazing. Morgan, our waitress, was the best we've ever had. So attentive and great personality made our experience one of a kind. Thank you Morgan! read more

I have been coming to New Batch Southern Kitchen on Clematis since they open. Rather you are looking for place to be low-key during the week or somewhere to laugh and be social with friends for Sunday Brunch, it offers everything you are looking for. The food there is amazing. From the flavor, seasoning and presentation, your mouth & stomach will be overjoyed with any of Batch's dishes. My favorite meals are on their Sunday Brunch. The shrimp & grits and chicken & waffles are literally mouthwatering. I am sure someone has their grandmother in the kitchen. The drink selections are great and well priced as well. Most importantly to me on any given day is service. I cannot brag on the service they provide. From the hostess greeting me to the servers being patient with me while I decide what I am going to indulge in for the day, they are all A1! I have never had a problem there because before I can make anything into an issue, the server, management and seems like entire staff are there to resolve everything. It is the kind of place that makes me feel right at home rather I am alone or with friends. They show the meaning of southern hospitality. Trust me when I say that you can't go wrong with this place! read more

I can't say enough good things about this restaurant! My family and I dined here on a Friday night. The food was delicious, the service was great and the mixed drinks were amazing. We had the chicken fried pork chops, a burger, the deviled eggs, the chicken and waffles, crab cakes and a Cobb salad. Everything was perfect! I am gluten intolerant and was nervous because they don't have a specific gluten free menu. I asked my server what on the menu was gluten free, she asked the kitchen and the head chef came out to talk to me! He was kind and very knowledgeable and was able to make several suggestions for me. I had a delicious meal and suffered no ill effects. Wonderful evening! read more

Delicious food! The bottomless brunch option was great, delicious drinks that you could "mix and match".

Very good meal in West Palm. Short Uber ride from hotel by the airport. It wasn't busy but the food was really good. I had the grilled shrimp on grits ... perfect. Had to try an old fashion cocktail. read more

Was invited to this place for brunch yesterday (Sunday) by some friends because they know I've been on a hunt for the best Impossible burger. Batch not only has the burger, but presents it in different dishes as a meat substitute. So I knew right away I was going to have the Impossible skillet. OMG how delicious! I had it with the best side of grits with cheese ever! I had my non vegetarian friends try my skillet, and they were blown away by how good fake meat could taste! One of my friends ended up substituting her meat in her dish for the Impossible! We took advantage of the bottomless brunch drinks. I like that you can change out brunch drinks and not have to stick with one drink. My favorite was the Bellini. I'm surprised they don't have Bloody Mary's as a brunch option though. I love the music! Food was perfect! Staff was super nice. Which was good because service was a bit slow on drinks. But everyone was so pleasant that it was excusable. I will definitely be back and I don't even live in WPB! read more

The cornbread and biscuits are amazing. I also got the deviled eggs and they're some of the best I've had! Drinks are also delicious. Definitely will be back. read more

The Cobb salad was amazing. Great presentation and perfect blend of ingredients. The candied bacon made the dish.

The service was great. Bartender was great. Only reason this place gets 3 stars was the mediocre food. We ordered oysters (very good and fresh) and the mac with bacon and it tasted like nothing. No salt or flavor, just pretty much melted cheese with crushed Fritos on top .. super odd. The decor is still new and fresh but surprisingly the place was empty for a Thursday happy hour. Ladies drink free from 4-6pm and there were two ladies ( myself and an elderly lady). Even more odd! read more

Perfect spot for brunch! Everything was delicious...deviled eggs, shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles. Service was impeccable as well. Highly recommend Batch! read more
