Went to Batch for my birthday with some girlfriends yesterday and it was AMAZING. Our server, Nick, was so nice and helpful. All the ladies enjoyed their meals and luckily we saved some room for dessert because the banana pudding is to die for! Honestly I've been craving it since. I enjoyed both the white and red sangria (I couldn't decide so I got both). Will definitely be back. read more

We went to Batch New Southern today. Everything was truly delicious. We ordered a burger and the chicken and waffles. The drinks are amazing. we ordered the dark creek whiskey sour, the Wednesday whiskey special, and the sweet tea. As delicious as the food and drinks were, nothing compares to the service we received from Nicole. From the moment she took our drink orders until we left, she provided the ultimate dining experience. I can't wait to come back. read more

Omg.. Love this restaurant, best service, best food, best vibe, best people!!!! Yummy.. We went in Saturday night.. is just a fun restaurant.. They are really interested in what are your cravings.. Prices are great!!! Loved those grits.. I am coming back for sure!!! read more

Must be under new management because things are much better! The food was excellent and the restaurant was clean, including the restrooms. We had the burnt ends brisket and house made tater tots which were unique and very tasty. Try the sweet tea with fresh mint. Everything else we had was spot on. I'd go again and again! read more

What an amazing experience Batch was!! It started with bottomless drinks and then Nicole came on over and it was game over. She is the paragon of waitresses and was extremely attentive to all of our needs. She even knew what we wanted before we asked! Such friendly staff and the food was absolutely knock out. Probably some of the best chicken I've ever had. To nicole and the other staff.. you guys are legends and to the management team/owners, you guys really know how to run a business. Kudos to you all. I am visiting from NY and rest assured every time I am in West Palm I am going to stop by!!! Thanks again Nicole and Batch fam ;) read more

Great ladies night and HH menu! The food is delicious, but the menu lacks variety and is a bit overpriced. Overall delicious though

The service we received from our server, Candy, was great and prompt. My low rating is due to the volume level of the music. I'm 28, so please note that I'm not an old, crotchety woman who wants those young kids to quiet down. I love good music and a bumpin' atmosphere but this was just too much. It was near impossible to have a conversation during our dining experience without having to yell at each other and even then, we were constantly having to repeat ourselves. I asked 3 separate employees to turn the volume down to very little avail. I understand it was a Sunday brunch and there was a DJ present, but my god. I would really encourage management to think about this and going forward make a change. Despite loving the food and drinks (and spending over $150) I will be hard pressed to go back if I can't enjoy my time with the people I'm with. read more

Best Plant Based Burger! Busy place and good atmosphere. The drinks and food are made to order farm to table.

Fresh & Delicious! Sunday brunch is Awesome here. The biscuits and food presentation is super cute. But the biscuits, chicken and waffles are my favorite! The music is on point, the ambiance is chill, my kids even liked the food and music lol. They make their own beer, soda and liquor. You won't be disappointed. read more

Deeeeeelicious!! Went for Brunch last week it was awesome. They have amazing chicken and waffles!! I really enjoyed it!!! My server was on the ball and I would highly recommend the dessert menu!! It was pretty busy and the service was still in point!! Get there a little early because it was really busy as we left. read more

Everything was excellent! Was looking for a place to go to celebrate my birthday and came across it based on other reviews. Someone posted a picture of their apple pie and I was sold! Making reservations was a breeze, and we arrived for happy hour before our reservation. The drinks were so good and had a variety to choose from and were half off anything $13 and under. We ended up trying the wood fired oysters, deviled eggs and avocado toast as appetizers and they were all delicious! Everyone loved their entrees and their menu has plenty to choose from for whatever you are in the mood for. One of my guests is a vegetarian and had the jackfruit pulled pork! It was a hit! I had the burger and it was amazing. Unfortunately they were out of the apple pie but OMG the banana pudding did not disappoint! Full of flavor and crunchy vanilla wafers, I think I'm still full! All in all we had a great time, great food, great service and a fun atmosphere. Thank you for starting the night off on a great note! We will be coming back especially for that apple pie! read more

I ordered the bourbon glazed salmon and it was really tasty. My husband had the jambalaya and also enjoyed it. We ordered a charcuterie board and the ratio of bread to meat and cheese was off. That's my only complaint (which isn't even terrible). Great cocktails and beer. read more

Went at 2 on a Sunday. Extremely loud, can only imagine how it would be a night. Drinks were good though a lot of ice in a small mason jar. Food took a long time to come out. Had the crab Benedict. Flavors were very good but it was on the cooler side probably would have been very good is warm. I assume our meals were waiting for potatoes as those were very hot. For the price portion sizes were small. read more

Came to Batch for the happy hour. Get the deviled eggs they are great. I still haven't tried the food outside of happy hour and brunch. Megan is a great bartender and if she's working be sure to get a drink. Be careful during happy hour it's only 1/2 off drinks under $13 and limited beers on happy hour. read more

Visited Batch for the first time last Saturday for lunch. Although the weekend market and nice weather brought a lot of people with pets out, my friend and I got a high top for two outside, fairly easily. I started the meal with coffee before moving on to their bloody Mary, which was tasty. My friend ordered Shrimp and Grits and I ordered Southern Crab Cake Benedict. Food arrived and looked amazing. My friend dove right in and was enjoying her meal. I immediately cut into what should have been a poached egg, only to find the egg was overcooked. I tried the second egg and that one was overcooked, as well. I kept looking up for our waiter but he simply forgot about us after we received our food. The Hollandaise sauce was delicious and crab cake was generous with crab but the overcooked eggs ruined what I thought would be a perfect meal. I decided to just eat it anyway since I couldn't find our waiter. During our meal, the manager came to ask how everything was and of course, I mentioned my eggs being overcooked. He offered to redo but I declined since we were about half through our meal and then also asked if we wanted " shots" instead- again, I declined but appreciated the gesture. As I was about to have the last two bites of my meal, I find a strand of hair at the bottom of one of my eggs! Really? I practically had already eaten most if the meal and now, after needing a glass of water badly and server went AWOL, I just threw my arms up to get anyone's attention. Server finally found our outside table and I showed him my disappointing discovery. He got a blank look, said " sorry" and disappeared again. A few moments later, another man came to the table to inspect the hair and apologized and of course, take the dish off our bill. We accepted. Hair happens, but the lack service was horrible. I would have tipped on whole bill prior to my dish being adjusted but he simply did not deserve it. Bad service is a killer, no matter how good the food tastes. Maybe we were just unlucky. read more

Omg!!! This place is amazing! The bacon cheddar tots are melt-in-your-mouth awesome! The brisket and short rib burger (with bacon-because you can never have too much bacon) was on point! The bacon Brussels were also mouth watering....but, the skillet corn bread....is a must order! Crunchy on the edges and fluffy and moist in the middle. We seriously enjoyed every bite! HIGHLY recommend!!!! read more

This place just opened, but it's packed every night for good reason! Amazing, clean, home cooked southern food. My favor by far are the shrimps and grits. They also have tasty craft cocktails, and home made sodas. read more

Came here for lunch on a random Thursday. First time here, and I'm a big fan. I came by myself, and I'm in the business, so I know how it feels when you get sat during your lunch rush with a single person. That being said, Nicole (my server) came over while she had plenty of "bigger money" tables, and took the time to break down everything and anything about the menu. Was gonna get a water, she sold me on handcrafted ginger beer. Was gonna get a quick sandwich, she sold me on chicken & waffles. And maaaaaaaan, I'm glad she did. Cool spot, friendly staff. I am visiting from Oregon and came upon this wonderful restaurant. The food was amazing, the staff very helpful, and whenever I did have a request the manager, Jennifer, was so helpful and accommodating that I felt special and well taken care of. Highly recommend! read more

Overall not bad. Keep in mind this is a southern restaurant not soul food. There is a huge difference. Loved the variety in menu and all diets can dine here. My lemonade wasn't sweet at all but still pretty tasty if you like less sugar. I would return. read more

Great new spot! I love that everything is made either in house or sourced locally. Fabulous veggie pot pie! The crispy portobello burger is a must. And the apple pie in a jar with pecan ice cream is the perfect end to the meal (but so big must share!). Definitely coming back to this great place!!! read more

Location is hectic and loud. Food is outstanding, service stellar. Try the biscuits for an appetizer and dessert! Wow!!!!

Pretty good ribs, pretty good Mac n cheese and great waitstaff. I love the location though. Clematis is a great place to hang on the sidewalk with a drink. Feels super lovely and the lights draped over the street gives it the extra something. Very cool spot to grab a beer and dine. read more

Not only was the food delicious (drop biscuits are to die for), but our server Nicole was AMAZING and reliable! She kept our bottomless mimosas flowing, was knowledgeable on the menu and was fun to interact with throughout our meal. I would come back to West Palm Beach, just to sit at one of her tables again! read more

Princess shout out to being so personable. I will be returning and make this place part of my west palm beach dining rotation. Keep up the good work! read more

Just ordered the, "Not your Colonel's Family Meal". Everything was packed perfectly and bagged. The chicken was amazing and pieces are HUGE! Biscuits anyone? These things look like pies they are so big and supplied with butter, honey, and jam-yum!!! Highly recommend Batch and this meal- we will be back soon to try other items for takeout! Support this business b3cause they deserve to succeed...gotta go now, my banana pudding desert is waiting for me... read more

Great fun southern menu! We started with amazing fresh, light and crispy pork rinds. If you haven't had them they are delicious and huge serving! We had the fabulous blackened shrimp and jalapeño grits, super smoky taste! The steakhouse salad was full of fresh veggies, perfectly cooked steak and the horseradish dressing was amazing! Their menu had some super cool family style meals that will be our next order! read more

My friend and I went for Saturday brunch and we enjoyed it. I had the shrimp & grits and they were very good. However, there could have been a little more grits on the plate for that price. My friend had the Mac Attack with shrimp and she said it was ok. I love that they let you mix between all of the bottomless drink options. Morgan was our server and she was amazing. Such a sweetheart and down to earth. She was on point with making sure our drinks were always full and helped us decide on our meals with her honest feedback. Whenever I go back I'll definitely be asking for her to be my server again. read more

I came in on a Friday night and was greeted by the hostess. Once we sat down, we had an amazing time with the server. She was on point and took great care of us. I believe her name was Mary. The food was amazing, we ordered the chicken and waffles and the jambalaya. Best food on clematis no doubt! read more

Every meal I've had here has been a knockout. Every. One. I've come for brunch twice and dinner once. Come here for drinks pretty frequently because the Bootlegger is addicting and they can make very good whiskey drinks here. This is absolutely my new favorite spot on Clematis. My only complaint is that it seems like they're still working out kinks with service. Bartenders have always been fantastic, and management super on top of it. However, every time I've come for brunch there always seems to be an issue with the service, however mild. First time, server forgot to put in two meals for the party I was with, could not split the check, and we had to flag down constantly to get refills on our "bottomless" drinks (I really only got two mimosas). The second time, my friend and I both got the Hangover Hash that was supposed to come with a shot of beer for both of our dishes each. Our server told us since they were not served with the dish they were coming right out--they never came. Overall, huge fan of this spot and excited to see how it will continue to grow. Just seems to be dealing with little new restaurant growing pains. read more

This was my first time here and the food was cold. My server Alex was not very knowledgeable and was inattentive. You need to train your servers more first. read more

Food was amazing. We got the Mac and cheese with truffle oil and the burnt tips and they were so yummy. Definitely a place to check out.

Came to batches because of reviews and an opportunity for good food! Nice decor and friendly waiter. My wife got a pot pie that was substandard and small which would be ok I'd the service was super but waiting about twenty minutes for waiter to come and well two other employees talk and walk around. Has potential by lacks experience and customer experiences! The savings grace was that the manager came and talked to us! read more
