Our order started with the Gyoza (six pan-fried dumplings), which were fresh, hot, and very good once they came (after the entrees). We both had Crispy Egg Noodles dishes, mine with beef and vegetables, and my husband's with the chicken, shrimp, beef, & squid combination. We were surprised to find out that "crispy egg noodles" were the same as what we know as Chow Mein Noodles, like you can buy in a can at the grocery store. We were expecting fresh noodles fried crispy. But once the sauce soaked into them they softened and were fine. Next time, though, I think I'll try one of the soft egg noodle dishes instead.
