The restaurant's lackluster solution to all of this oil was to dunk in large pieces of bread to soak it up. This not only looked very unappetizing but was not a successful solution. Additionally, letting the gopchang cook in its own oil, left the gopchang to be "fried" crisp and hard. The bulgogi hotpot had a good amount of meat and vegetables, but was way too sweet. They gave a small bowl of chive salad to a group of 5 of us to share, which we were each able to get very small portions of. They charge extra if you want more chive salad.
