When my mom craves a sweet treat, she turns to me and asks me to grab her some Baskin-Robbins. She enjoys using the online ordering system and I have been able to quickly go in and out whenever I do come by to pick up an order. Last weekend, I came here at 8pm with my brother and told them the name of the order we were to pick up. The place is clean, bright and cutely decorated for the holidays. When the guy comes back from the back and presented the order.. we were so surprised and laughed aloud! All I knew was that my mom ordered a turkey ice cream cake.. The way I imagined it, it was the kind that had a turkey face doodled ontop of a brown cake with feathers peeked on. But not this one!! This one was actually presented and appared to be an actual turkey plate served for Thanksgiving. We got home and it even shocked my dad, who my mom got it as a surprise for, to celebrate their anniversary. He thought it was a plastic turkey. The cake ended up tasting delicious, with the caramel glaze layered ontop crunching with the sweet cookies n' creme ice cream filling underneath. A wonderful BIG thank you to the staff for creating such a wonderful cake and spreading laughter and joy to my family. Excited for what's more to get from here!! read more

I placed an online order 10 days in advance for a custom birthday cake, received a confirmation email that it would be ready on time and my card was charged but the store did not have my cake. After waisting almost an hour they said the order wasn't made at all. Now I'll have to wait a few days to get refunded, hopefully. I received no sort of confirmation email that I would be refunded. We were celebrating a birthday today and it completely waisted my time, I had to think of a different solution last minute. Wont be purchasing cakes here again. read more

I just sat in the parking lot in front of this Baskin Robbins after getting a Wendy's Frosty because I didn't want to go to this place since they looked empty. But I just watched them turn away 8 different people who wanted ice cream because the place closed 30+ minutes early. Which was crazyyyyyy. That doesn't seem like great customer service. My dad and I pulled up to Baskin robins and when they seen us they turned off the lights and they started sweeping in the dark and it's barely 8:40pm when we pulled up and on the sign it says 10 PM that they close. idk makes no sense.Why close that early when it's not even close to closing time. read more

Awful management! I used to go here all the time but haven't gone for a long time and it felt like the standards for this place are just getting worse. The last time I attempted to go a week ago I had come back because my Cappuccino Mocha Blast tasted sour and icky like it was expired! And the way they handled things was so rude and unprofessional. This place used to be so good and friendly like a year ago and it's sad because I used to enjoy buying cute cakes here all the time for my family and friends events and now even the cakes when I went last look gross and crusted. Obviously management needs to step their stuff up and get it together. Overall awful and won't be coming back after that last attempt unless they do something like bring back the friendly staff and management they had back a year ago like in 2020 when I used to actually ENJOY going to baskin. read more

Worst place ever!!!!! I don't recommend working here!!!! The reason the staff isn't great is because the boss isn't great. She treats her employees like trash. And if she makes you work on a certain day and you say you can't she threatens you by saying she is gonna fire you. No wonder this place is always looking for new staff all the time. Went to get ice cream walked in two employees working wasn't greeted, I was the only customer, I checked to see what flavors I wanted then waited, and waited, and waited, finally employee in the back acknowledged me me and said be there in a minute, then waited some more. Finally decided they were to busy to wait on me and went across street to the Mexican ice cream place and gotta ice cream there. Employee working the counter never acknowledged I was there, walked to the back, then came back, still did didn't take my order, I think she must have been blind she looked at me a couple of times but didn't say a word. Of all the Baskin Robbins in AV I think this is the best. It is newer and has been clean almost every time I have been in there (although one time the tables were really messy)...the to go freezer is always nicely stocked with to go quarts and ice cream cakes. The girls who work there are friendly but a little on the slower side. The turtle coffee shake is delicious! read more

If you have a half hour per two customers to wait for your ice cream. Only to be told when you get to the register they only take 20's. ARE YOU KIDDING ME YOU CAN'T MAKE CHANGE ARGHHHHHH. Never again will I go to this place. Word of warning just go over to Burger King and get a sundae or a cone. At least after you wait in the drivethru you leave with what you came for. My three year old needed to use the bathroom, it was unavailable, however because it had just "been cleaned". I brought my daughters in yesterday and was very impressed with the service (and patience, my daughters try many flavors before deciding on one, LOL).
