Their pictures on their website certainly do not reflect their actual products. I called/brought in a sample thinking I possibly was delivered the wrong item, I was told by the owner that's too bad and I'm stuck with it. No apologies, no credit, no how can we make this right, I was just told I'm the only person to ever complain about it, which I find really hard to believe. I will add, the girls in the office were very kind and helpful, the owner is a different story. I took the product I received to two other landscape companies and both agreed what we received was not pea gravel at all, one even joked saying it looks like something you would find on a beach. I ended up having to purchase pea gravel that wasn't falsely advertised as such from another company, doubling what my budget for my project should have been. I have had several deliveries in the past from Bark Boys, but I will not be spending my money there in the future. Spokane Boys now has my business going forward.

Thank you for dumping pea gravel in our besalt bed while destroying out newly planted lavender…read more The added hours to pick out all the pea gravel will be truely wonderful. :( We did leave instructions to drop the gravel on the left side of the driveway, but your truck driver didn't even bother to ring the doorbell upon arrival to check before dumping. I understand that the driver was trying to leave the garage door accessible, but had he talked to the person in the house, he would have learned that only the one half of the garage was being used, and that the gravel would disappear within a day after being placed. Yes, he did try to call one of us at work, but given that I was at work. And in the meeting, ringing the doorbell would have been the next best choice, but for some reason, it never happened and he simply dumped it. Ruining our side bed and our plants.
