This is a smart phone QR code restaurant, we were seated and were told to use our phone and QR code on table to order, the food is ok, american mexican food. We had questions but service is limited since as i said everything is done on your phone. Finally we were able to flag someone and asked a few questions. We were there for lunch, cost is about $20-30 per person without drinks, the place is modern nice and clean. We ordered the large guacamole, it was fresh, i also ordered the elote appetizer and was kinda of weak 2 small pieces of corn. I was not fully satisfied and i ordered 4 tacos. The wife ordered some kind of bowl, with mushroom as protein since she is vegan, she liked it. There are so many better, cheaper and more authentic mexican restaurants in the area i don't think this place is mexican at all. It is ok if you are into trendy places. I would not go back. read more

Whether you are going here for a quick bite or a full meal, you can't go wrong with their selection of tacos. The ambiance is open air here and it's a comfy place to meet up with friends. The service is always great and fast as well. read more

We ordered a little bit of everything, probably 12 different items. Each were small bites. Nothing disappointed, I enjoyed everything!

Discovered this Taco Bar earlier today. Definitely willbe returning soon. The atmosphere was really nice. I think they did an amazing job with the whole set up and layout of the place. They have a spacious bar. The outside patio was really cozy. We sat inside, and I can honestly say it was pretty relaxing. I found it very interesting they way you ordered. There's little sheet and pencil where you fill out your order. Not difficult at all just different. Not complaining at all. I ordered Baja fish tacos, carnitas in mojo, and carne asada tacos. All three choices were delicious. And very fair priced compared to a lot of tacos spot nowadays. My favorite was the Baja Fish tacos. I recommend to try the habanero sauce they have on the table. "It's hot" but nothing too hot for taco lovers. The street corn were delicious as well. Highly recommend this place if your in the area. Perfect for meet ups, a date, and taco Tuesday! read more

Bartaco - Port belly so amazing - Tacos Near Me - Aventura, Florida

We tasted the pork belly taco at SOBE Food and Wine Festival. They were the Best taco out of all of them. I recently ordered online for pick up, since my son didn't know where to park his car, I called, and the person that answered the phone was amazing and the tacos the BEST!!!! read more

These are crack tacos! We tried this place for an office birthday lunch and it did not disappoint. I even saw my dentist there who said it was his second day in a row there since he tried it and loved it. I had a Baja fish taco, a tuna tataco, a portobello taco and a rock shrimp taco with a side of sweet plantains. It was all so yummy! My top two of the four was the tuna and the portobello but the sauce with the plantains also did it for me. We also had churros for dessert. They really hit the spot. I'm going back pronto! read more

Great new taco joint in Aventura!! I love the small plate items because you can try everything for a fraction of the cost. Service was very fast My favorite was the crispy brussel sprout taco and the miso cod taco. I will definitely be back for more of those. read more

So, typical me had to try practically everything on the menu. GAH DAMN, those short rib tacos are definitely worth coming back for. Soup was so good and every pair sauces was amazing. Nojito tasted absolutely refreshing guacamole tasted as if it was made w the freshest ingredients hand picked for me, the most perfect guac. I'd marry that guac lol. But let's get in to the team dynamic, the system the have is very admirable. The service was like I was dining at the 4 seasons. Definitely going back this week! read more

Bartaco was the perfect spot for a low key date night in Hyde Park. The tacos were generally delicious and the place was casual and vibrant. There were a lot of families with young kids there but the music was just loud enough to drown out any screaming kiddos. --- Would definitely order again: Duck taco - Really nice sweet, creamy sauce Steak taco - Tasty Korean-style marinade Fish taco - Nicely battered, well executed Pork belly taco - Simple, let the flavor of the pork belly shine Fried avocado taco - Very flavorful. Every bite tasted different. Sweet plantains - Ripe and well cooked, served with a delicious aioli --- Might order again: Shrimp taco - Very flavorful, but too spicy for our taste...if we did order again we'd ask for it to be made less spicy. Ginger mint tea - They must have ran out of mint tea because what we had was a standard sweet tea with some ginger added. It was tasty and a great deal for a sharable carafe, but I'd only order it again if we went for lunch, because it definitely seemed to be caffeinated --- Wouldn't order again: Seared chorizo taco - Served as a little sausage ball in the middle of the tortilla, with nothing else added. It was a little awkward to eat, and we both found it to be ok, a little too gamey for our taste read more

The food was amazing / I loved that even though iou order your own food the service is still There - food came out quick , drinks too , music was great loved the vibe read more

In the past 2 weeks my family & I have come 3 times because our experience has been the best. Sabrina is absolutely phenomenal and so attentive. She clearly cares so much and puts a lot of effort into elevating your experience at Bartaco. She always comes over to check up on us and brings us whatever we The food itself is delicious and I love the concept of being able to order off your phone's while connecting your tabs! I love the portion sizes for the tacos, it gives you the chance to order quite a few to try and they so far have ALL been delicious! The CHURROS are to die for! The chocolate sauce is like real cocoa / rich chocolate and they are so so fresh. Javier the Regional Director introduced himself to us and I must say he & his team truly go above and beyond, and it absolutely shows! read more

Great prices and unique taco selection. Had really high hopes but was a bit disappointed with the follow through but it may be because we ordered Togo and the food may have been sitting for longer than it should have. Fish tacos were great but was expecting more flavor from the ribeye and duck tacos. Will still give it another shot in person! read more

Finally a place in South Florida that actually has good Mexican food! As someone who previously lived in Texas and regularly travels to Mexico, I'm often disappointed at what this area considers to be good/ great Mexican. Bar taco however is a notable exception. The food is well seasoned and void of the gooey cheese, sour cream combos fond at most so called "Mexican" joints. I highly recommend the fried fish taco, the portobello and the trees leches for dessert. They also have a great selection of mocktails which are great for those who don't or can't drink ( i.e if your pregnant or nursing) I wish more restaurants did this. I would eat here everyday if could! Hoping at some point they expand to broward. read more

Bartaco in both Tampa and Aventura is awesome. I love their taco's. The pork belly taco is my absolute favorite! The quality of the offering is always very consistent. Their margaritas are made fresh with limes squeezed and drink shaken by hand. Fun and delicious experience. read more

Tacos are extremely mediocre and tasteless, always served cold, ingredients are not good quality and food is pretty pricy. Service is cut and dry, very robotic, not friendly. Stoped visiting the restaurant after 2 - 3 visits. Disappointing. read more

Pretty tasty tacos, a lot of variety. They don't have any taco Tuesday specials but the price for a taco is about 3-4$ depending on what protein you choose. Very cute indoor & outdoor seating. Definitely recommend read more

Visited this place last Sunday and it was really good. You will find parking across the street an it's free. We sat at the bar and our waiter explained how to order, their menu has a lot of options so you will have the chance to try different things. Ambiance was great, service was good, food took a little longer than expected but the restaurant was busy. If you don't like spicy food, don't get the chicken and chicharrón tacos. My absolute favorite was the pork belly glazed taco. For dessert we tried Churros and 3 leches and both were delicious Please go try and enjoy read more

I was drawn to Bartaco after reading about the duck tacos. I started with the pineapple which was refreshing. I did order the duck, rock shrimp, chicken chorizo an pork belly tacos. All of them were good however, the pork belly was the best! Between the flavors and the crispness of the meat which doesn't have a lot of fat on it I ordered a second. My concern has been that I won't be able to stop eating this one particular taco. I also had the key lime pie. You really shouldn't go to a taco place, in South Florida, for dessert read more

Took a $20 Lyft ride to this place, arriving at 10:15. Was told the Kitchen was closed. How about matching your restaurant hours to your kitchen hours. I was here 45 minutes before closing time. Sadly can't say how the food is. read more

Went here on a Friday night and had no wait for an outside table. Our waiter was Andres who was very attentive, social and willing to give excellent recommendations! The ambiance was fabulous as it was a clear Friday night, although a little humid that's typical soflo weather. The food was phenomenal and timely arrival every time we submitted our orders. We had plentiful amount of tacos, chips and drinks. Our secret for a palate cleanser was the kids quesadilla which is supper yummy to share! Overall, Andres made our experience incredible as he was so kind and his recommendations were to die for! read more

Someone told me these are the best tacos in the entire country and that was a fkn lie. What I can say is that these tacos are good, but they are not amazing. The way they serve their food is also not the most ideal because they don't bring your full order out at once which is kind of annoying, especially when you're in a group. Honestly with the tacos too, they weren't even hot and the tortillas were pretty dry. I would not come back here! read more

Food excellent, staff accommodating, waiters very polite overall an nice place to go for dinner on your special event.

I think this place is really good for the price not to expensive. Has a really nice outdoor dating area. The tacos are good for the price. My favorite was the falafel, oyster, fish and cauliflower. I like that instead of giving tortilla chips they fry whole corn tortillas for you to break off and dip. The salsa verde is my favorite with the guacamole. Some of their salsas are spicy so if you don't like spicy becafeful. Staff was friendly and the location of the restaurant was nice. I will be going back for the desserts. read more

My gal friends and I dined her, it was pretty chill. The restaurant is large with both indoor and outdoor seatings. A lot of their tacos are a la carts which is why they're so affordable. They had a small selection for vegans but you can easily mix and match. The spot was cool, service was quick, they ID for all drinks too. read more

was a bit of a mixed bag. While the food was tasty, I couldn't help but notice that the portions were on the smaller side, which left me wanting more. On the bright side, the drinks were good, but I found them to be a tad expensive. The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, but if you have a hearty appetite, you might want to consider ordering a few extra items to satisfy your hunger. read more
