The Best of the Best!!! Extra special thanks to ERNIE at the Plantation location, who always goes out of his way to stop by with a warm smile and to make sure we have everything we need! :D Aside from the awesome Ernie, the other staff members consistently offer old fashioned friendliness and helpfulness, and the food is simply outstanding. Only positives to be said about this restaurant, and normally, I do not go for Mexican food! A+++++ read more

This was bad (no bueno). My sister was craving burritos and I was craving shrimp tacos so I decided to try this place out for the first time... & it will be the last. I got an appetizer and a beer to occupy myself as I waited on my food and honestly the only thing I enjoyed was the beer. The chips were stale, and the queso was cold. It only went downhill from there (like an upside down world). They got everything wrong and my whole meal seemed backwards, from the rice in the burrito being undercooked and hard (almost inedible) to the hard shell tacos from my shrimp tacos not being hard at all, instead they were super soft and soggy. Plus they even got one of my orders wrong. My search for a great shrimp taco spot continues. read more

When the words taco shop and all-natural can be put together to describe a restaurant... GOOOO!! Lime Fresh combines fresh ingredients, quick service, and flavor explosions!! Walking distance from our hotel in Dania Beach, Lime Fresh draws you in with the name and colorful logo! But one look at the menu and mission of this place will make you start to salivate. We tried the Street Corn Appetizer, Queso and Chips, Birria Tacos, and a Carne Asada Taco. They take your order at the front counter and then give you a number to go grab a table with. That's when you notice the bar full of toppings!!! The bottle display of Tabanero and the bowls of salsa... with of course LIMES!! We grabbed some Peach Bourbon Tabanero and Suave Salsa. Let me just start with... everything was delicious and soooo flavorful. You can taste how fresh everything is prepared and just as ingredients. They brought out the items as they were ready and we grubbed out!! The street corn is a nice pop of fresh veggies and seasonings - pro tip - you dont need to order extra chips if you can somehow wait for your main entree to come - both tacos came with chips. The queso was a little bland... but introducing the bar of extras - we added some peach bourbon Tabanero and fresh lime... ZINNNNNGGGG!!! Both tacos were phenomenal!! The carne asada was succulent. We decide to go 305 Style - which wraps in both a hard and soft shell taco! The birria came with the dipppp and lacked nothing in flavor!! You can tell that this place entices the locals and the tourists! The front always had guests coming in with lots of takeout orders too! read more

Good overall. Timeliness of orders is good; offers the frozen margarita. However, I think the Plantation location balances the flavors and textures of the vegan and fish tacos better. read more

I came here for dinner on a coworker's recommendation. I got 3 fried Mahi Mahi Tacos (soft, flour) and if you order 3, they will take $1.50 off. We placed our order and then went outside with our table marker and the food was brought to us. Inside they have a salsa bar with descriptions of all the items, including lime wedges and cilantro as well as corn salsa. Our food came out fast and hot. My friend and I traded one for one and I was stuffed with my 2 Mahi Mahi tacos and the one Shrimp taco. My order total was $23.54 with tax for 3 Tacos ($13.50) and a Frozen Margarita ($8.50) read more

I was looking for some authentic Mexican restaurant and a boss recommended this place - So I got the steak nachos and they had a whole bunch of sauces and corn -- I took a million and used it all- there was one that was especially spicy-- maybe the green one or the one with pineapple Delicious - my bro got the tacos and he also liked them. The restaurant was bright and had a moving atmosphere with Latin club music playing loud. Made you move I. Your seat while waiting for your food. Had to try their award winning tacos. Nothing different from the rest except the carne asada taco had mint in it which gave it a bit of a different flavor. Non of the food was hot or fresh but it's pretty much pre cooked n served. Guacamole was perfect and so was the salsa bar. Staff was super friendly read more

I decided to eat here since I wasn't in the mood for anything else around this area. The food wasn't terrible although it was probably not as good as it usually is. I sat outside which was kind of nice. However, the manager was rude and unfriendly. I had a container of napkins on my table and he literally took the container off of my table. He then gave it to the table next to us. He didn't ask if I was finished with them or if I would like to take some napkins out of the container. He just swiped it off the table and placed it on the table next to mine. Really? Is this what customer service is about nowadays? This guy needs some additional training. Are you sure you want him dealing with guests? Because of this, I won't be eating at this location again. There are plenty of other restaurants with managers and staff who are not rude and obnoxious. read more

Came here last Saturday. I ordered a Carne Asada Quesadilla and my partner ordered a chicken bow. The food is pretty standard Lime food so not really much to say here. However, the service at this Lime on a scale of 1 to 5 is probably a 10! The waitstaff were just all so nice and made dining here a true delight. Would definitely come back to this Lime if I'm at Dania Pointe. read more

Great spot in a perfect location with friendly service and a solid menu that won't hurt your wallet. Big win for dog lovers too, tons of covered outdoor tables with enough space for my pup to lounge like a VIP. Food hit the spot, but a few tables could've used a little extra love and the locked bathroom felt like it was guarding a secret. Still a fun place we'd happily return to. read more

Today I broke the screen on my phone and I had to drop it at Verizon to get it repaired. So I decided to have lunch at lime because it was going to take a few hours. I had always stopped here sometimes when I'm off during the week and have lunch food was great. I ordered the taco salad and a Frozen margarita. First thing frozen margarita fabulous. I didn't know that they had changed from the taco shell when you ordered a salad to just a regular Bowl so no chips. I believe it was the manager was very kind and gave me some chips and I you know appreciated that. But I have to say that that salad was the worst salad that I have had. It was terrible the meat was cold it was not a genuine nice taco salad like I am used to getting at line it was terrible. It was waste of the 13 dollars I spent $10 for the salad $3 for the ground beef it was terrible I will not be going back there except for to get the frozen margarita. Sorry no pics because my phone was in the shop read more

Located in the Dania pointe shops it's a great location for this Lime ! It's right in the corner of the entrance of yeh shops and with plenty of parking in the back of the restaurant. Came in here after going to the movies since I wanted something quick but good . When I was going to place and order I ask for one of the items to eat in there and one to go . The cashiers said that was IMPOSSIBLE to do lol which it was just packing it sooo I said ok ..he said " he couldn't do that at all " .. so I proceeded to just tell him " pretend I'm a different person and do separate orders" he said " yes I guess I could that " the whole interaction took so much longer than me just placing and order . Food came fast at least and warm . Chicken was dryer than usual, so maybe op for something else than the quesadilla. read more

We came planning to eat a full meal. We started with chips and guacamole and chips and queso. We didn't quite realize this was a quick service, not a full sit down restaurant.... But that's not the end of the world. Not to knit pick, but the chips were seasoned very aggressively.... Neither of my girls would eat them and I found them hard to stomach. What really bugged me was that it started raining outside while we were here... then subsequently started raining inside. Given all this, we cut this meal short and went to a restaurant a few doors down to finish lunch. read more

I visited Lime for the first time and was really disappointed with the service at the front counter. The person taking orders was rude and unhelpful--any time we asked a question about the menu, her response was simply "I don't know." As a first-time guest, that set a negative tone for the whole experience, we didn't even order because of this. The front counter is the first impression customers get, and it plays a major role in whether people feel welcome and want to return. I'm sharing this feedback in hopes that management can improve training and ensure staff are prepared, friendly, and able to guide guests through the menu. read more

Awe this spot was sweet just like the cream they serve with the churros in the kids meal. Now don't beat me up as not sure they come with a regular desert order but definitely with the kids meal. The service provided here was top notch and customer forward. I appreciate the manager who stepped in when the line got long to take orders at another register or how they provided table service to a family with an elderly member. Just astonishing!!!!!! The atmosphere is relaxed and the music is a mix of everything. Window seats for people watching with high top chairs. They also have tables and booths. read more

Decided to try Lime Fresh Mexican Grill after work cause I've been holding on to a free taco offer from them for the past five months and it was about to expire. The restaurant had a chill ambiance with adequate seating inside and outside; offering a variety of quick bites such as appetizers & sides, salads & bowls, tacos, burritos, quesadillas, kids menu, desserts, cold beverages, margaritas, and beer. A nice male employee took my order of a chicken soft taco (free item) and two beef soft tacos with a large strawberry margarita. The tacos was topped with lettuce, cheese, and pico de Gallo ( minus the sour cream). I sat at an available table and my order arrived a few minutes later. The chips was nice and crunchy. The tacos were made fresh and even though I preferred the chicken taco better, it all was delicious. The strawberry margarita was refreshing, not too strong, but gave you a nice buzz.. There is a station by the fountain drink machine where you can help yourself to a variety of salsas and hot sauces. Definitely enjoyed the food and may return whenever I need a quick bite. Prices are reasonable. read more

We always have good service and food here. One star reduction because the last two times we visited they have a DJ out front blaring music. The staff can barely hear you place your order. It's hard to have a conversation inside with the music so loud. I'm a huge fan of their queso. I like to order a taco and a side of queso. The taco comes with chips for the salsa bar and the queso i order. The staff clears the table when the done. read more

I wanted to visit this location for a little while now and I'm happy I did! I tried their new Guava pork tacos and they were delicious! I asked if I could have a combination of hard and soft tacos to try both and they were both really good. The guava sauce and the slaw really make the difference! The service was also great every one I encountered was kind and willing to help. The only issue I had was that the bathrooms were not the cleanest. The queso with ground beef topped with cilantro yum! Chicken empanadas! OG taco 305 style!

Lime Fresh Mexican Grill is always a great go-to spot for fresh, flavorful Mexican favorites with quality ingredients. This location is super convenient for me and it's a great stop before or after movies or shopping. It has a strong and varied enough menu, the food is delicious and I LOVE salsa bar! I always get it to go, so I can't speak too much about the service other than to say, while they've been polite, they haven't been what I would call overly "friendly". But I still enjoy the food and would recommend it. read more

After a long hard day of work on Friday. I rushed through traffic to make it to one of my favorite locations. "Lime" just to be extremely disappointed. So I came for happy hour arrived at 5:53pm and I placed my order by 5:58pm cashier stalled time and acting like she was confused she told the cook my food order then came back asking question that I have already answered. Mind you I walked up and said I'm here for HAPPY Hour she ignored that and she purposely waiting until 6pm to say happy hour is over spoke to manager and she said it's nothing I can do!!!!! Very unacceptable!!!!! read more

Leila was incredible, very attentive, always asking if we need anything. She brought us so many samples of sauces that we really appreciated. The food was incredible, came out hot and it came out correct. The music was a good volume. The lighting was good. There is painting going on with a strong paint smell but there are signs on the doors warning about the construction which we appreciated as well. Will come again to sit with Leila and this amazing time. read more

2-3-24 6 pm Came here with hubby on an early Saturday evening. Parking was convenient right behind the building off the Main Street that goes through Dania Pointe. So we entered through the back to get to the front to order. Hubby grabbed a menu so he could decide when we got to the front of the line. We shared guacamole and nachos. I ordered a bottled Corona Light and Carne Asada burrito. Hubby had a Queso burrito and a Mexican Orange soda bottled. After paying you put the number on the table and they bring you the food. First came out was the guacamole which was a generous size portion enough for two. Than came the burritos the quality of the meat was excellent. The only negative was the indigestion hit before I left out the back door but that was on me. Next time definitely the tacos instead perhaps a lighter choice. The management was very kind came around to the table even got hubby another orange soda. Definitely left a tip in the jar near the register these folks work hard for the money and it shows. Clean place friendly staff and quality ingredients. read more

This was actually my second time trying Lime Fresh. I'd say it's just alright. I was having a serious craving for nachos and wanted something close by. They helped to curb but didn't fully satisfy my craving. Lime Fresh offers quick and easy ordering where you select a seat and your food comes out shortly after. I love being able to grab something in a flash. So yes, I ordered the nachos with which I asked to add queso and chicken. They came topped with refried beans, quac, sour cream, pico de gallo and lettuce. The queso was a nice addition, but the refried beans kind of over powered everything and the pico could've been drained a bit better because my chips got pretty soggy before I was a few bites in. I also think they unfortunately forgot the jalapeños, and because no one came by to ask how my meal was I never was able to inquire. Anyway, I made up for it by heading to the sauce bar. Their sauce bar offers a variety of salsas and they also have bottled hot sauces. I felt that a lot of the salsas were kind of bland, but I will say the pico de gallo was pretty good. It tasted great on top of my nachos (and I obviously added some extra from the sauce bar). Overall I just wasn't "wowed". Again, I got my fix, but I left wanting more. More flavor, more spice. I also thought that for the level of food and service, almost $18 for nachos and a drink is kinda wild. You could go to a comparable restaurant and receive similar dining options for a much more reasonable price. read more
