I called to order over the phone since the app wasn't processing what I wanted. The girl who answered the phone was rude from the onset. I placed my order and she kept rushing me through it. I told her it was for a specific delivery address (it can be tricky) and she kept rushing me through it. I called back to confirm the order and address and was told it was in the system. The delivery was still made to the wrong address. The bread was stale. The wings were undercooked and cold. The pizza had too much crust even though I ordered thin crust, and had too much sauce. It's my daughters 4th birthday and it's just her and I celebrating as our family doesn't live out here. In the order instructions I asked if they could write happy birthday on the box. While we were sitting there waiting for our wings, the girl we had asked, had to re-print our ticket, which means they either lost our ticket or threw it away since they did our salad and mozzarella sticks. I was very displeased with the service here tonight. I ordered online at 8pm and it was stated it would be ready in 25 min. I walked in at 8:20 and was told it was "going through the oven now" so I waited without any regards. I did not leave with my food until 8:50 and the girl behind the counter was quite rude when I asked if my pizza was even start when I got there, her response was "it's going through the oven now I don't know I'm just doing my job." There were seven workers standing outside the kitchen door and only one person was actually working and cleaning other than those seven. This is an old stand by. If you're achin' for thick cheesy dependability this is it. We tend to go for a half Megameats half Pepperoni. I always ask for the ingredients on top of the cheese (it's my thing, to me there's a significant difference in the taste of ingredients baked on top vs boiled underneath the cheese). Their wings are also quite good. It's a rough thing to deliver extra crispy hot wings... but they do arrive crispy from time to time, and I find that amazing. Recently came to terms with how good Barro's is after seeing them all over the valley most of my life. Started with the awesome lunch specials, now my wife and I order a couple times a month. They are now our go to. The beer selection is also pretty good, featuring some local hazy IPA's which are popular so it's good to see someone knows their stuff back there. The cashier, Michelle, was blase bordering on rude when she asked what topping we wanted. Then she didn't bother to ask if we wanted anything else, just rang up the free pizza and told us to sit and wait for 15-20 minutes. I haven't tasted the pizza yet but it can't possibly be so good that it merits the employees being allowed to treat the customers poorly. We come here a lot. Really like the pizza and the staff is friendly. That's the good. The bad: dirty, dirty, dirty. High chairs are sticky and filthy. It's seems that they wipe down the tables only at closing time. The children play area is dirty. Every thing that can be filthy is filthy. When we walked in there were dirty tables outside with trash all over them. We left an hour later they hadn't been touched, except by the flies. All the chairs are greasy and sticky. I don't understand how you can run a business that serves food and be so disgusting and unsanitary. They probably don't wash there hands after using the restroom. Won't go back. Hands down the very best gluten-free pizza I have ever had!!!!! The very sweet and adorable young man who took our order was amazing! He was completely aware of their gluten free menu items and told me that the owner's son has a gluten allergy so they are extremely careful about possible cross contamination. I ordered the mega meat pizza with gluten-free crust and subbed out mushrooms for the gluten containing meatballs. The pizza was fantastic!
