Got a garden salad with chicken, walnuts, raisins, feta cheese and ranch dressing. Listening to NPR, enjoying some sports TV as well. I love that this place is in my favorite mall near Fry's and Black Bear. The service is good to the extent that it is service, meaning they bring my food to me after it's prepared. I order at the counter and just a few minutes, it's ready. Keeping price slow is important to me this day and age, so I definitely appreciate getting out for less than $20. The ambiance is typical pizza restaurant with a small of video games for the kiddies. I'm glad this place is here, in the neighborhood. read more

Came in during beginning of dinner rush mid week, they were quick with our order for how busy they were. Employees there were friendly! Kids got half cheese pepperoni and half cheese. Hubs and I got their bbq chicken pizza and added jalapeno to the order. Loved how they layered it with jalapeno but they didn't do much chicken unfortunately, pizza was delicious and love their dough, but hope next time we come back they will do better at quantity of chicken. read more

Came here for lunch and got their salad, two slices of pizza, and a drink for less than $9 dollars. The salad is simple, just tomatoes, iceberg lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and croutons with a side of dressing of your choice. There are a couple of pizza slices you can choose from. I got the sausage and supreme. They have the salads pre assembled and pizza ready to go so you get your food super fast. Good quick lunch option in a casual pizza joint. This is the WORST location when it comes to salads. My boyfriend and I go to this Barro's because it's down the street from our house and not ONCE have they ever made our salads right. They're always missing ingredients and not taking ingredients out (ex. onions) Tonight I'm fuming literally wtf is this? Just a crap load of spinach and the tiniest of ingredients and missing chicken It's absolutely ridiculous how our food is messed up every single time we order from here. My mom and pop place that I prefer has made it quite difficult to order there (they can never hear me on the phone and their website says no delivery available) so Barro's gets all of my pizza business now. They have improved in quality since I first ordered. The secrets for me ordering online are to specify thin crust (I don't like lots of dough especially if it's not cooked completely) and specifying that I want well done. I love their Kona pizza which is teriyaki sauce, chicken, pineapple, mozzarella and cheddar cheese. I always order it with extra chicken and it doesn't disappoint. I once ordered delivery and it arrived in exactly thirty minutes which was amazing. I think maybe they made it by mistake for someone else but it was delicious. If you're in a rush going in to pick up will obviously same time and money. It's plenty large inside so you have somewhere to sit unlike my mom and pop place. It was very clean when I visited and they had more than enough staff considering the dining room was empty. They make some pretty tasty sandwiches as well that come with chips included. read more

Very disappointed in Barros. This use to be my favorite pizza! I called in an order for two pizzas and a dozen hot wings. I was told that it would take 25 minutes. I arrived exactly in 25 minutes. There was only a couple customers in the restaurant and I was told that my order was not ready yet and it would be a few more minutes. The workers were mostly chatting amongst themselves. 15 minutes later I finally get my order. I take it home to my family and the pizza was almost burnt and was very rubbery and hard to chew! The service here is terrible they have the worst attitude. I am from the service industry and I am always kind to service workers. Everyone here has a bad attitude they really should look to work somewhere where they don't have to deal with people face to face it's very disappointing. My kids work fast food and both of my daughters commented on how rude everyone was and how that would never fly at their work. It's really sad makes me never want to come here again. Had dinner here Saturday night and this place was packed! Every table was full and people kept coming in! They opened up the patio so that was nice. My order consisted of a medium Barros special pizza, (whip is a supreme pizza) 6 wings, and a small drink. The pizza was ok. It was soggy and it could've been cooked a little longer. Our wings were drenched in buffalo sauce and the sauce had a sour taste. I will definitely consider giving this place another try in the future. When I do, I will make sure to let them know I want my pizza fully cooked and not too much sauce on my wings. read more

Ordered over the phone and went to pick up my order . Spent over 15minutes waiting to talk to a manager as I did notice that my bill was higher than expected . Specifically said that it was added charges due to my pizza and traditional wings . . Got home and not only did I pay so much for my wings , they gave me boneless instead of traditional wings(reason why I paid more) . I called back and wanted to talk to the manager, the girl put me on hold for awhile and said I'll let him know and give you your money back. And kept insisting to put credit on my account. Just recently stopped here with my husband and kids for a quick lunch. Because we were trying to keep our kids close by and also quickly order, we were pretty rushed/distracted when we ordered at the counter. The total felt a little high, but again, we were distracted and trying to get the kids seated. Got out typical lunch slices with salads, and I also ordered a side of meatballs. Waitress brought out meatballs and other food,and asked if I just ordered 3 meatballs(1 side) and I said yes. I didn't realize that she went back and checked our order and realized she charged us for 2 extra sides of meatballs. She came back to our table with $8 cash and explained. Can you give zero stars?? Such a horrible experience. Front desk girl was so rude when I called, didn't put everything in our order, when we started to eat BUGS started coming out of the cardboard! The first two bugs we chalked off as if maybe something flew in the house. No! We found more than 10 coming out of the cardboard! So horrible. We instantly threw out all of the food and forgot about our dessert box we put on the counter. An hour after throwing that out we found at least 4 around where that box was. They seriously have an issue. I've never experienced this in my life! We NEVER have bugs in our house and now we are just disgusted and itchy. Borrows has great food, but this location suck... I went to get pizza and wings for the game. First, they told me that I would be 20min. Took 40min to get our food. Then I went and asked if they could give me some ranch. They told me it would be $.50 per ranch. I thought they would complement me some ranch considering it took them twice as long to get our food.
