Absolute wonderful studio with the best instructors! This studio is what introduced me to group fitness classes and I'm oh so grateful. The amenities are beautiful and so convenient, the instructors are all wonderful and pay attention to everyone (I've taken Cassandra, Tina, and Abrielle and they've all been amazing), and the classes make me feel strong but also valid whenever I need adjustments or modifications. I love it here and can't wait to be back!

It's a beautiful studio where extenuating exercise feels relaxing. Each step has options to increase or decrease resistance and participants are encouraged to make the class work for them according to the needs of their body. The studio offers childcare, book clubs, games, competitions, rewards, discounts on merchandise and access to an online library of lessons. It's wonderful, give it a try!

Fantastic barre studio! Great instructors. All different, but they each have their own energy and it's a nice balance. Really good workouts. Love that they have strength classes!

My husband and I visited barre3 through class pass last week. It was our first barre class ever and was a nice workout! Upon entering, you are checked in at the front desk. The front area is a small area for children to play in, which shows how child friendly this location is! The bathrooms also have everything that you could need - hair ties, dry shampoo, q-tips, diapers and a changing table, etc. The class itself was really nice! It was definitely warm in the studio and I wouldn't have minded some AC, but at least I got a good sweat in! I wouldn't say that the workout was incredibly difficult, but if you're new to barre like I was, you might struggle to keep up, as they move quickly and I certainly wasn't familiar with a lot of the moves. Thankfully, you do the same move over and over again, so you pick up on what to do! If you're looking for a barre class, I'd highly recommend barre3!

I love love love the early morning weekday classes (periodically weekends), because they get my butt up in the morning, I start my day off right, and I feel great the rest of the week. My classmates are so down to earth, the teachers are very helpful at making sure you're aligned properly so you get the most out of your workouts. (Special shoutouts to Marcia, Laura, Jordan, and Hafiza for their attention to detail, explanations, and extra help) The studio is clean, and the energy at those morning classes is such a great way to center my mind and body in preparation for the rest of the day. The workouts are really what you make it - challenge yourself if you want to really feel the burn. My favorite class? Bar method strength. It burns so good! (My inner thighs are still on fire from yesterday morning's class - getting stronger!) Second favorite is bar method express + restore. I love stretching after a challenging workout. If you're looking for a great space, teachers, and community, this is it.

They greet you with a smile and make you feel right at home from day one. The classes: They are a constant challenge, but so enjoyable! They have helped me tremendously with both my physical and mental health; coming here is the perfect therapy to feel good. The studio & community: The space is always spotless and super clean. On top of that, the pricing is great, and I absolutely love the events they host throughout the year. Thank you for everything! I highly recommend it if you're looking for a space that takes care of you inside and out.

I saw multiple people look confused as to where to place things back. I asked if there were wipes so I could wipe down my station and was told that the entire studio was disinfected including every single weight, and all towels were washed. I was doubtful since some of the classes on the class schedule were back to back. So basically they're tone policing me and telling me I looked dissatisfied, and then REPORTED me over that. ****I would personally not recommend going to a studio where they ban people for asking questions and being cautious.**** I went to one class and they banned me for asking for help, which is wild. I came early with my coworker and was excited to work out with her. During the class I moved through all the movements and asked for a modification during a lunge. I also asked for help when I wasn't feeling a stretch at the end of class. The instructor simply said "well I guess you just won't feel it then" and walked away. Other than that, I did not interact with the instructor. 2 days later I received an email saying I was banned because of my "behavior toward the instructor." I think this decision was more about the instructor's ego than anything else. I definitely don't recommend coming here unless you are someone with no fitness background and would rather be in silent pain than ask for help. And don't even bother if you have any sort of problems at all! Knee injury? Back pain? "Guess you just won't feel it then." I also want to share that I had an alternative experience at a local yoga studio where I was tentative about things and despite that, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and invited me back. Even though it wasn't my cup of tea, I gave it a fair shot and have nothing but great things to say about the studio and team there and reviewed it accordingly. It really doesn't have to end this way, but some businesses are just really feedback-averse and that's disappointing to see.

UPDATE: They had the audacity to ask me to retract my Yelp review after sharing some random policy they should have shared with me beforehand. pure barre has been a dying institution for years now (which is why I'm guessing there were 18 slots left when I signed up the night before and why they're trying to fill slots). The passive aggressive attitude of the instructor and poor management response really doesn't help that. I don't recommend anyone go here especially when barre3, la barre, and barre method are all right there. Came for a 6:30am class and no one picked up when I tried to ask for directions. Difficult location to find and instructor turned me away. Definitely don't recommend!

I'd called the studio multiple times to try and let them know that I would be late, but no one picked up the phone. I had done everything I could to do my due diligence but could not plan for the closure. Anyone with empathy would have understood. I was a member at the time, had never asked for an extension before in my history with the studio, and had no way of knowing that a political demonstration would shut down their street to foot and car traffic. When I arrived the woman at the front desk did not even care to ask if I was a member nor check to see if I'd ever requested a late arrival before. She just told me "no". It was really frustrating that she basically shrugged her shoulders and said "its policy" to not let anyone in past 5 minutes when it had been exactly 6. I understand the principle, but if it's someone's first time and they are a paid member (not ClassPass ) then they should be given a one time forgiveness. Despite canceling, I was going to give them benefit of the doubt and not leave a yelp review because they assured me they were genuinely sorry for the experience. That all changed today when I saw that I have been charged not once not twice but THREE times since this incident. Despite signing a form on the spot that day and the manager assuring me, this would not happen. I'd been charged full price of the membership 3x when I had never stepped foot in the studio ever since. I cannot tell you how frustrating it is to once again I have to go through the endless loop of trying to get a hold of someone at this business.
