I saw multiple people look confused as to where to place things back. I asked if there were wipes so I could wipe down my station and was told that the entire studio was disinfected including every single weight, and all towels were washed. I was doubtful since some of the classes on the class schedule were back to back. So basically they're tone policing me and telling me I looked dissatisfied, and then REPORTED me over that. ****I would personally not recommend going to a studio where they ban people for asking questions and being cautious.**** I went to one class and they banned me for asking for help, which is wild. I came early with my coworker and was excited to work out with her. During the class I moved through all the movements and asked for a modification during a lunge. I also asked for help when I wasn't feeling a stretch at the end of class. The instructor simply said "well I guess you just won't feel it then" and walked away. Other than that, I did not interact with the instructor. 2 days later I received an email saying I was banned because of my "behavior toward the instructor." I think this decision was more about the instructor's ego than anything else. I definitely don't recommend coming here unless you are someone with no fitness background and would rather be in silent pain than ask for help. And don't even bother if you have any sort of problems at all! Knee injury? Back pain? "Guess you just won't feel it then." I also want to share that I had an alternative experience at a local yoga studio where I was tentative about things and despite that, everyone made me feel incredibly welcome and invited me back. Even though it wasn't my cup of tea, I gave it a fair shot and have nothing but great things to say about the studio and team there and reviewed it accordingly. It really doesn't have to end this way, but some businesses are just really feedback-averse and that's disappointing to see.

Since it was my first time at this location, I accidentally parked in the wrong parking area and had difficulty finding the studio. I even tried calling while I was looking for it but no one answered my call. I completely understand that arriving late was my responsibility, and I understand that studios have policies regarding late entry. When I finally arrived, I apologized and explained what had happened. I was told that because I was past the five-minute grace period, I could not enter the class. When I walked out and checked my phone, it was 5:51 p.m. I accepted that I had missed the class and left. What really disappointed me was that once I got back to my car, I checked ClassPass and saw that Hot 8 Yoga had another class at 6:30 p.m. I wish the staff had simply said, "Unfortunately, we can't let you into this class, but we do have another class at 6:30 if you'd like to stay." That small gesture would have completely changed my experience. Instead, I left feeling unwelcome and as though there was no interest in helping me, especially knowing that this was my first visit and that I had genuinely been trying to find the studio. I understand enforcing a policy, but customer service is also about how you treat someone when something goes wrong. My ClassPass credits were ultimately returned, which I appreciate, although I was still charged a cancellation fee. My frustration isn't about being denied entry after arriving late--I take responsibility for that. It's about the lack of effort to offer an alternative when another class was starting only 39 minutes later. Unfortunately, for a first-time customer, the interaction left me feeling like I wasn't wanted there, and it definitely discouraged me from wanting to return.

I tried a slow restorative yoga class, but it was neither slow not restorative, but rather fast paced and pretty intense! We didn't really hold poses long at all, and it was a cardio workout. The teacher was nice enough, but fairly perfunctory. Overall, it is a good choice for more advanced practitioners and those who want a cardio workout. When looking at the pictures of the studio here on Yelp, I was a little creeped out noticing studio photos apparently taken in the back of the class by Yelp posters during class. Cell phones should not be permitted in the studio, and, worse, no one should be taking pictures of classmates and posting them on Yelp. It seems a violation of privacy. The owner was thanking people for posting these photos. I haven't seen anything like this at any other studio's Yelp page....

When called out for her poor behavior over the phone, she gave me the full name of one of her other employees to try to place the blame on them. Even if it was their fault, giving out your employees information is so unsafe and unprofessional. The instructor I had offered no modifications, even after asking for them specifically, and the bathroom was dirty and had no supplies. There are so many better yoga studios in the area who have kind staff and owners, better prices, and a much more inclusive and welcoming environment, especially for beginners. It energizes you! Nadia combines aspects of cardio, functional and strength training all in one. The best part about this workout is that is done in a safe environment, Nadia watches after you to really accomplish the right pose without hurting yourself. I found Almaden Yoga through the Mind Body app - it's within 5 miles of the house - so decided to give it a try. The class that worked with my schedule was Wall Yoga, which was described as a class where you'd use the wall to help work on alignment in your poses. I worried that it would be a pretty mellow class but signed up anyway. My concern was completely unwarranted, at least based upon the way Anuja taught it. Using the wall meant not having to worry about balance - an issue for me given an arthritic left big toe and a chronically sprained right ankle - meaning that we could focus upon fuller expression of the poses thereby requiring greater strength. I was literally dripping sweat by halfway through the class. It's a beautiful studio, conveniently located near my childhood home. I'll be sure to come back the next time I am out for a visit.

I have visited this studio twice now, and both classes completely blew me away. The B3 Signature…read more45-minute workout is structured so well with constant, dynamic movement, keeping you fully engaged and challenged from start to finish. The instructors here are amazingly encouraging and attentive. Pro-tip: grab a Consent Card at the start of class! If you opt-in for hands-on adjustments, the instructors provide fantastic, personalized form corrections that truly elevate the workout. The facility itself is pretty clean and well-maintained. You can tell the staff takes huge pride in keeping the studio floor spotless, which makes working out barefoot or in grip socks so much more pleasant. The studio amenities are also pretty thoughtful! They offer filtered ice-cold water, refreshing peppermint wipes, and ice-cold towels to cool down post-workout. The restrooms are stocked with hair ties, dry shampoo, and refresh sprays to make freshening up after class a breeze. That's honestly a steal so definitely check Groupon every now and then for amazing deals. I tried so many classes with different instructors to see which class called to me and I honestly love Hot Yoga the most. I have tried the Warm Vinyasa class and Hot Pilates as well. They were both lovely and fun classes to take but something about Hot Yoga and being in a heated room (90-105 degrees Fahrenheit) sounds so nice and soothing to me. This type of environment is believed to enhance flexibility, improve circulation, and promote detoxification through sweating. I have been doing Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga aka 26 postures and two breathing exercises) for almost 2 months now and I truly believe Hot Yoga has improved all of those things for me. My whole body doesn't hurt as much from sitting at the desk all day and I can actually feel myself feeling healthier and looking much happier. A tip I would like to mention is that staying really hydrated the day before a Hot Yoga class helps tremendously! Listen to how your body feels to avoid overheating. No need to push yourself to take classes everyday and to take it at your own pace!
