We LOVE Bark Park! I have been taking my cocker spaniel to Bark Park for both daycare and overnight stays for almost a year now. As soon as we pull into the parking lot, my dog gets so excited. She loves the ability to play both outside and inside in the doggie clubhouse. I love that I can check in on her via the live cam and through the adorable stories Bark Park posts on Instagram. While watching the cam I have seen the workers vigorously clean the space, play with and love on all of the doggos. All the staff I have interacted with are wonderful, especially Alyx, Julie and Carol. I can see how much they love my dog and how much my dog loves them. Highly recommend! read more

I started using Bark Park a couple of years ago for just occasional daycare, then when I realized what great care they gave my Bearded Collie, I began to use them overnight. I can't say enough about their caring staff and want to give a special shout out to Lexi and Alyx who my dog as fallen absolutely in love with!! read more

Second time using this boarding facility and as if it could have gotten better, they seriously exceeded our first experience there! The staff here truly love what they do and they loved my dogs who are very much an extension of my family. When I came to pick them up, the two women working were genuinely sad to see them leave, they showed me all the pictures they took of my babies during their stay and my dogs had the biggest smiles in each one. They both love playing ball and to see that they got to enjoy fetch while I was away made me so very happy. I highly recommend this business, their prices are competitive but most of all, the people are genuine and care about the pets in their care! We will be back! read more

I don't even know where to start. My dogs are older 11 and 12, I barely started using dog boarding for them because I never had to. We used them for the first time in September and Alyx is the nicest, most welcoming angel ever! My second dog Lilo, passed away a few weeks after (she was sick already at the beginning of the year). My dogs were inseparable for 11 years and my first dog Bandit was so used to his dog companion, the entire staff Alyx, Lexi, Katie, and Eric have been so great to Bandit while he was grieving. I set him up to do indoor social boarding 4 more times in the last 3 months and it's been nothing but great with them. Professional, caring, kind, and so much more! read more

My dog loves going to Bark Park. Katie, Alyx, and Lexi treat her as if she was their dog. She gets lots of hugs and pets and play.

We have brought our girls, Cammy and Penny, here twice for day sits in the Big Dog Gym. They loved it! I was nervous on their first day and Kymberli sent us videos and photos to show us how much fun they were having. Not only did they play with other dogs all day but also got to play in a puppy pool. They came home happy and exhausted so I know they had the best time. Thank you Kymberli and the whole Bark Park team for taking such great care of our sweet babies! read more

Alix and Julie are awesome! They always do an amazing job when we bring our 2-year old Bernedoodle, Diesel. He never wants to leave and he's always excited when we get there to drop him off. I've been 100% satisfied with their service since the first time we starting using Bark Park in 2022. I HIGHLY recommend their service because of their attention to detail and Bark Park in general, for any of your doggy day care needs!! read more

Bark Park provides the most professional dog boarding service at an affordable price. We were out of the country and had a stressful situation: our dog sitter couldn't let him stay at their place due to an unforeseen issue. Thankfully, Bark Park had space and because we boarded with them before, they already have his medical and care guide information so the whole process was a breeze. Bark Park's live cam also gave us some peace of mind. We missed our dog every day and having the option of going on their website to check how he's doing really helped with our separation anxiety from him. Overall, we really recommend Bark Park and would definitely board with them again in the future! read more

I was super nervous about finding a dog boarding facility since my 5 month old puppy had never been away from home before. After multiple recommendations and extensive research on Yelp, I was able to come across Bark Park. The daily rate is unheard of!! Definitely the cheapest on the market and such an amazing value for the amount of customer service and care provided. I was nervous my puppy would be sad or scared being away from Mommy so I reached out to them asking for photos. They were so sweet and gave me updates and sent me photos as soon as they could. As you can see from the photos they sent me, he is pretty much at Doggy Disneyland and having a blast! I have used them twice now and recommend them to everyone I can. read more

As someone that travels often it's very important to find a kennel that will take care of your dog like their own. I've left my dog here for one night stays and up to 10 nights days and every time I am impressed, Karen is running a wonderful facility. I have called to check on my pup and they answer almost immediately and if they don't they call me back within 10 mins of my call. The facility takes tons of pictures and are very present on social media. The dog handlers take great care of my puppy and love her like she's their own. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a stop over for their lovely fur family. Lady and I will miss you all! Thank you for everything, Jasman read more

I have a pit bull that isn't the easiest dog when it comes to meeting new people but she bonded right away with Karen and I will never take her anywhere else. I wanted to stop in for a info visit to learn more about the facility on 9/9/21 thinking I would multi task. I was to visit the Bark Park while my sister would go to the recycling center across the driveway. My sister was taking a call before heading over the the recycling center and I was creating room in my car to place my dog's crate if we could get him a appt at Bark Park for a later time. All of a sudden this young lady with green hair comes out and begins barking at my sister that we couldn't park in the parking spot because the spots were for the Bark Park. Since my sister was on the phone I looked up to see whom was speaking. I then asked the young lady if she were speaking to us...she answered yes and repeated herself in a very rude tone...customer service where? I then asked why is she speaking to us like that? Did she ask if we had a dog in the car that we may have wanted to use the facility? Again she answered in a rude tone before hopping in her car and drove off as rudely as she spoke to us. Wow! I immediately knocked on the business door and was greeted by Ms. Kimberly. I explained to Kimberly what had taken place outside the facility. She said she would pass the incident on to the owner. Ms. Kimberly was kind and understanding. I really considered if I still wanted my furry baby to use the facility and decided against it. If the green haired young lady spoke to potential customers so rudely how would she treat my furry baby? However Ms. Kimberly is a great example of outstanding customer service . Thank you so very much Ms. Kimberly. read more

This is a slightly overdue review from our visits in March and April. I got married in April and knew I'd have to board Groovy for the first time ever. I looked at the website and took this place up on the come on in for a tour anytime between 10 (or 11) and 4 offer. My fiance and I were both really impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the staff, and happiness of all the dogs we saw. Before the wedding, we took her for a couple doggie daycare visits and a trial overnight stay. I dropped her off the first time with Camille, who is amazing, by the way. She had her concerns based on the info sheet I completed online, and understandably so. I knew I'd get a call very quickly if Groovy didn't pass the temperament test. No quick call. I did get a call a few hours later, and I was really nervous when the phone rang, thinking something must be wrong. But it was Camille calling just to give me an update before she left for the day, letting me know Groovy was a little overwhelmed with all the dogs, but ok. Now, Groovy has been there for another daycare, the overnight trial, and 2 multiple night boarding stays. I've gotten to hear who her best friend was during each visit. All staff members have been awesome, and Camille even chatted with me a bit to calm my nerves right before the wedding. And Groovy wasn't too happy about leaving Bark Park this last stay. 5 stars, no question! We'll be back and already recommending to others. Thank you, Bark Park!!! read more

I boarded my dogs for one day/night and I am so grateful to the Bark Park staff for being so helpful and supportive. I had never boarded my two rescue dogs before and I was really nervous about it, especially because one of my dogs is special needs. Thank you Adrienne, Camille, Sarah (I hope I got the names right) for taking such good care of my dogs and for reassuring me when I called to check in! A special shout out to Sarah (I think?) for giving my dog his meds on time. read more

This place is a nice small place we found off the freeway. Upon drop off we were greeted with so much excitement. Our dog Kirby stays where there is a TV and the small dogs hangout with each other. I don't remember her name, but the girl with glasses and the flower in her hair was very nice to us. She went through all our pets instructions thoroughly. When we got our Kirby back. He didn't want to leave. He tried to walk into the back where he stayed. We will be using this boarding place again. read more

Great staff and owners, my pets love going to see their friends and come back so tired from playing so much!!

This is the second time I chose Bark Park for my dogs 5 night stay while I was out of town. They have the best prices around Spring Valley/El Cajon area. The first time my dog stayed they did a temperament test to see how she would do with other dogs, she failed (hahaha she's way too hyper) so she couldn't be left out with the other dogs that stayed for the weeek..however there was a dog who had the same energy level as my puppy and they let them play together during their stay. This second time, the experience was the same. This time we even were sent home with a Bark Park branding bag and a dog leash with the poop bag attachments. Great staff. Always answer my questions. I will 100% be leaving my dog with them in the future. read more

I've used Bark Park several times from 2015 to just this past weekend. In 2019, my stay was anything but pleasant. I wasn't thrilled when all other facilities were booked for this weekend and I had to use Bark Park. Honestly, I'm so thankful it worked out this way. I'm not sure if there's new staff or what, but they blew me away for this stay with my dog. They knew all the little details about her and made me feel like they actually cared about her. They were friendly, upfront and informed me of everything I needed to know. Check in and out was easy as can be when my previous experience was like pulling teeth. To the owner, if you have changed anything from 2019 to now, kudos because it shows. I always looked at Bark Park as a lower grade than Spring Creek Kennel, but after this weekend Bark Park may have a slight edge. Thank you for taking such good care of my girl! read more

I can't say enough good things about my experience here. The first thing to know when you go in is immediately it smells nice. Staff was very friendly and you could really tell they love the animals. Reasonable pricing and good customer service. I've boarded my dog here 4 times. Up until the last time I thought my dog was well cared for and she came home happy. This last time my dog was lethargic and limping when I picked her up. As I took her to the car I realized her paw was bleeding. I brought this to there attention and they said they weren't sure what happened. Luckily my dog healed up and returned to normal two day later otherwise I would have been in for at least a $90 vet bill to have her looked at. I'm not sure if I'll use this place to board my dog again. I'll have to think about it. read more
