Dingy and his Uncle Shawn

Shawn and Crystal are beyond amazing. We adopted a rescue Dog that had severe anxiety and a hatred for strangers. We had several "walkers" come by the house to see who would be a good hit and Shawn and crystal were the only ones who put in the effort and made it through the door. They put in the extra time and effort to get to know our fur baby and now they are his favorite people. He can even tell they are approaching before the car is within a block Of the house. He gets so excited. They really have been a Life saver to us and our baby. Without their help I fear we would have never made it with our baby. They really treat your pets like their family you can't go wrong with them. They do daily walks and play time with our Dingy and even do over nights with him when we are away. I can't say enough of amazing things about them both

Crystal is so professional. She always texts me after she walks my dog to let me know how it went. She confirms with me the week before to let me know the times she will come. She has even done an emergency walk for me at the last minute. I couldnt be happier with her services. Highly recommend!

They never called us back. We needed a dog walker but they never called us back. Big disappointment.

He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.

After having a…read morebad experience with a self-employed sitter, spotty availability with another self-employed sitter, and then deciding not to travel altogether, Leila and her amazing team at Precious Pet Care showed me that their high standard of care meant I could be at ease and take vacations again! I was referred to Precious Pet Care by a dog trainer I know. I was interested in their Golden Overnight Care services, a 24-hour service where the sitter is with my babies all day! In particular, my dogs are extremely attached as they are used to coming to work with me and generally being around me 24/7, so this type of sitter service was a must! I was given a link to request a meet & greet and schedule the days a sitter was needed in my home and met with my assigned sitter, Kate, prior to my requested days. Ever the worrier about my dogs, cats, birds, and guinea pigs that I would be apart from, Kate handled my bombarding her with information in good stride. During my vacation, I was pleased to see that she sent numerous photos, videos, and updates daily! Kate made me feel completely at ease while I was away and was such a great communicator. Upon my return, all my critters were happy, and the house was neat and clean! Kate made sure to take the trash out and clean up after herself as well. Truly a 5-star experience! I would highly recommend their Golden Overnight Care services to anyone who wants to enjoy peace of mind on their next getaway! Thank you to Leila, Kate, and the entire Precious Pet Care Team!

Our fur baby is our entire world & having a wedding without him wasn't an option but we also wanted to enjoy the day & remain present; by having Leila, it gave us the freedom to enjoy our day while also having our sweet boy involved in the big moments. Our dog, Dave, was fed, given plenty of water, walked, and even took a nice nap while watching a movie with Leila. As if that wasn't enough, the day after we received multiple updates on how Dave's evening was followed by MANY photos! Our baby boy was given his own personal photoshoot and it truly captured how the day looked from his eyes. I cannot thank Precious Pet Care enough for everything they gave us & Dave on our special day! HIGHLY recommend!

They were kind enough to come in the early morning so that it wouldn't be too hot. And it was also a good peace of mind to have someone looking in on my mom while we were gone. An added bonus is they send daily updates and photos through the portal which does a lot for me as I get dog sick the minute I get in the plane. Can't recommend them enough!!!

I work evening shifts and I am grateful they are able to accommodate my weird hours. They are quick to respond when requesting walks with their easy to use website. They have affordable pricing and are very professional starting with the first meeting when Lis gets to know your pups. Walking with Deb & her dogs daily was a highlight for Dixie. It's amazing to see Deb walking her tribe. They were loving life at several local parks near Debs home. Deb sends photos & videos updates frequently which is joyous for us seeing our happy Dixie playing & loving her doggie buddies. Deb's daycare dogs are her family while in her home. However, Christine was able to work her magic to get Sadie engaged every day while we were on vacation. It is a huge relief to know that while we are gone, she isn't hiding and sleeping 24/7, sad and depressed. Sadie played with Christine, ate her wet food daily, and posed for photos to send to mom;-). Not only do I feel that Sadie was in great hands, but Christine went above and beyond to help with a few items around the house such as grabbing mail, cleaning up after Sadie's bulimic tendencies, and perhaps most importantly, feeding the outdoor cat "Blue" that we've semi-adopted in the last few months. And not only did we get daily photos and texts to update us on Sadie, we also got a few updates and photos on Blue, too! I love traveling but hate leaving Sadie.
