So much in fact that Yoshi now recognizes the street they're on before we drop him off at daycare and he gets excited! Precious Pet Care checks all the marks for us: they're kind, attentive, close by (bonus points!), and they offer an extensive amount of services that are far beyond my imagination. Who knew my dog could get supervised socialization in an intimate setting, get groomed when needed, and get dropped off by their Magic Pink bus? I mean, I can't with all of this cuteness! I also appreciate that they're flexible with accommodating Yoshi, especially since our work schedules are a little crazy sometimes. Their end of day report cards are also so thoughtful and I look forward to reading them every time. There are many great doggy daycare and boarding spots to take your pets to, but Precious Pet Care is top tier and by far the happiest we've ever been with pet care services. Yoshi looks forward to many more playdates with the pack.

A neighbor recommended Katie of Wolf Girl Canine Club on Nextdoor, and I decided to give training one more shot. Boy, am I glad I did. Katie worked magic with our sled dog. She now expects to play the "heel game" on every walk, and when we run out of treats, she still stays right by my side. What a difference. Walks are now a joy, and the carpal tunnel that I didn't know was caused by the sled dog has eased. I loved how Wolf Girl Canine Club approaches training with kindness and patience - no choke collars, shock collars, or harsh reprimands. Our sweet but stubborn girl heeled because she wanted to. She adored her friend Katie and looked forward to the training sessions. And, while she had suffered from abandonment issues with the other trainer, by the second lesson, she was ignoring us and happily setting off with her new friend. Katie also kept us up to date with photos and even training videos so that we could see er work and follow-up on her progress. This extra effort really helped us stay on track. I read some of the poor reviews and I believe the problem is not the Springs staff, but the poor judgment of people leaving their pets. Who leaves a pet that has an incision from a recent surgery? That is just poor judgment. And all the cost and expectations of boarding at the springs is on the website. The staff at the Springs have always been professional and honest. For example, we were having Louie have 3 playtimes, but after discussing the times with the staff, they suggested two were really enough for him. He is mostly an indoor dog and loves to play, but also likes his alone time. We love the staff and the wonderful attention and love they give to Louie. Thank you so much. Louie loves his time at the Springs.

I'm then told that I would have to pay a deposit of $80 just to book the appointment now because a lot of people cancel apparently. Why does the online system not make you do that then and why would I have called to change the appointment if I was planning on canceling? The receptionist was a bit snarky about it too after I said I couldn't pay that today. I take that as a sign that I would have had a bad experience, so on to another vet that cares.

My dog was there for 3 and a half days they sent me pictures every day showing me how well he was doing. Also, my dog doesn't usually eat when I'm not around. I was a little concerned about that, but lo and behold those guys got him to eat. I was never so happy to pick my little guy up and he was happy to see me too. But the best part was that during my short vacation, I could relax knowing that my little guy was being well taken care of. if you're looking for a place for your dog I promise you, you will not be disappointed in the care your dog gets when he/she is here.
