A previous company would often decline requests and Sean has always been so relaxed to do business with. Even though he's not our dog walker, he's aware of our needs through the great job Esteban, our Little Buddies walker, performs for us. Our skittish Retriever, Goldie, couldn't be in safer hands. She can be a handful and we work together to keep her improving. They're direct and honest with communication, it's a mutually beneficial relationship. It has to be otherwise I'd go crazy at work. Sean is very communicative, organized, and knowledgeable and his love for and commitment to the animals he provides care for is obvious. We have never had any issues. The walkers have all been friendly, communicative, and send daily photos and updates of the walks. Our dogs specifically love Monique! One of our dogs is quite anxious but he warmed up to her immediately and they have a great bond. She is always taking them on fun adventures through our neighborhood. If you're looking for superior care for your pets, then I highly recommend Little Buddies!!

I was impressed by the…read morethorough, neatly written notes she took during the initial 'interview' with our two dogs as well as the relaxed way she introduced them to the others she had in her care during that first visit. She didn't make a snap judgment about our 94-pound GSD-mix, which I especially appreciated given how many people assume a correlation between a dog's size and aggressive tendencies. She went the extra mile -- actually more like 2 -- to pick up the dogs from my place of work one day because I was concerned about being late for a staff meeting. And she regularly texted us photos she took of him and his little sidekick during the day -- a very thoughtful touch. Four paws up for Stockton Dogs!

Cruz is professional, reliable, and not to mention, super sweet! She is consistent about sending us pictures of him when we're away. I can tell that she truly loves her job & her clients; she even bought Ace dog toys to take home! We will continue to book with her every time we travel. Ace has stayed with Cruz multiple times and now when she comes to pick him up, he runs straight to her car without looking back! Cruz takes him to the coffee shop, on errands, and out on walks when we are out of town and we are truly grateful for the amount of mental and physical stimulation he gets every day he's in her care. Thanks again Stockton Dogs!

Cats and dogs, it is not easy to find a cat sitter in San Diego, we no longer could depend on family and friends, so this was a huge weight off our shoulders, now that we have Paws Play, we can go away whenever we want and know that our cat will be well cared for. Thank you Jessica and Erik! We highly recommend them for your fur babies!

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.
