Not sure if I can express everything I need to express in a review. We've been using Paws Play for about 5+ years now. Erik, Jessica and their team are PHENOMENAL. We are a busy household of 2 working parents, 2 kids, 2 cats, 2 dogs. We felt so guilty when our doggies didn't get enough exercise and thus had to find some help. When we first met Jessica she was so easy going and attentive to our needs and reassured us that our mini Aussies would be well cared for and loved. She kept true to her word. Whether it's Jessica, Erik or one of their outstanding team members who took our dogs out, the updates always reflected that they knew our dogs' personalities. We trusted them so much that we even used them for overnight services. It's always a good sign when you see your dogs get SUPER excited to greet them. Everyone has always been professional and helpful. As a parent with a gazillion things on my mind, one of the things I appreciated the most was when Erik/Jessica would send me an email or text to remind me about upcoming Holidays or upcoming rainy weather and asked what my preference would be for our dog care that week. I also love how they really try to be flexible - I've definitely sent a few last minute requests and they always seemed to make it work. We have been using Paws Play for about 6 months now after moving to Point Loma and can say without a doubt, we have found the most affordable, reliable, professional and compassionate care givers for our pets. We have a larger breed dog (boxer) and a cat who are not without their own unique issues. Great dog walking service! We have worked with PawsPlay for a few months now for our 2 black labs, and they do such a great job. Our dogs are a little tricky (one not great with people and one not great with other dogs), and they took the time to listen to my concerns and learned how to take care of both of them.
