We've been going to this groomer for a couple years now. They do a good job, especially for the price. A full cut, wash, nails, etc. is $80 for our medium sized labradoodle. We are usually able to call a couple days before and get in if it's not the weekend. Otherwise you should probably call a couple weeks ahead. On the day of the appt you can drop your dog off between 7 and 10am. When we've dropped her off around 7 we can usually pick her up around noon. Later dropoffs and we've had to get her closer to close. They give you a call when they're done. Everyone working there has been very friendly. Would definitely recommend. read more

I am giving Doggie Do's a four star for their daycare experience. My puppy came home, very tired and truly seemed like she enjoyed the experience. But they lose a star for the grooming, her nails were not clipped as short as they could have. Her ears are still kind of dirty, but she does feel very soft. I appreciate the effort however I would rather go to my local Petsmart where they do a better job. Environment: Grooming takes place above the daycare area, while other dogs roam freely underneath the tables during haircuts or brushing, which felt a bit chaotic and unsafe. However, it's local business and space is money and at least they're using their space to the fullest extent. They also have a slight side hallway that you can see from the outside windows where there are cubicles and beds for the some dogs to go. All in all great staff, great daycare, but we will not be coming back here for Grooming. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to come upon Doggie Dos. Heather and Ana had fantastic customer service and they even called me to make sure about my pups haircut. The price is great and reasonable also. The last groomer I took him to initially said my dog did great. The next time he went to his old groomer, she said he didn't do good then further said the first time he didn't do well either (when clearly they told me before he did great). My dog would leave that old groomer distressed and wanting to get the hell out when he was only there for 2 hours. This time I left my pup all day at Doggie Dos for his grooming with daycare after. We went to doggie dos twice for a full bath and trim. Pros: they don't crate, seem nice & friendly to dogs and owners. Dog came back smelling nice and clean! Unfortunately both times my dog came back uneven. The second time worse than the first. I also noticed a cut/razor burn on his stomach :( we are moving so I won't be back regardless. Well, the only service I use Doggy Dos for is a quick nail trim! And it is quick! They use the dremel tool to grind the nails instead of clipping. I think that's better. And safer. I have had my doggie's nail bed bleed before when using a clipper and that's not cool. So I'm glad they use the grinder. Every time I have come here, it is just walk up. No appointment. And no cost for the trim! But, of course I just tip anyway! The staff is super nice and welcoming whenever we walk thru the door. And they handle Dolci so lovingly and with care. It's wonderful! Parking is right up front. So, why not come here for trimming Dolci's nails? It's so convenient. I just got to make sure I come between 12-3pm. I usually come on a week day. read more

I recently took two of my dogs to Doggie Do's for a bath because they had great reviews. I wasn't sure what to expect. I had digital copies of their vaccination records and was told to email them when I arrived. They took my dogs into the back before they checked the documentation I brought. I dropped them off a little before 8am, and was called at 1:30pm to pick them up. They seem to groom dogs on a "first come first serve" basis. They told me my dogs may be ready at 2-3pm or 4-5pm, even if I only scheduled a bath. The shop itself was a little chaotic. The "daycare" aspect of the shop is letting your dog roam around while waiting to be groomed, and there seems to be a small closed off area where the clean dogs wait. After adding a deshedding shampoo and teeth cleaning, the total for both dogs was $158. On the car ride home, I noticed one of my dogs was licking their paw and I saw that his nails were cut too short. Not once, but multiple times. There was dried up blood, and you can even see one nail is significantly shorter than the others. It was not mentioned to me at all as I was leaving. I was told both of my dogs did great. I know this was an accident, but it would've been considerate to at least bring it to my attention. Overall, I know mistakes happen, but I think my experience as a whole wasn't the greatest. I felt stressed/anxious leaving my dogs in their care, and my dogs seemed to feel the same way too. read more
