We took our puppies in for their first real puppy trim! We did a face trim, paw pad trim, rounded paws, nail trim, and sanitary trim all for less than $100! I loved that they don't do kennels but they do playpens! As soon as you walk in, it's so calm, and I loved the pictures on the wall of their previous clients. We were able to use the photos as examples of what hairstyle we wanted. They let our boys be together and play together in the playpen when we dropped them off and when we picked them up. Monica was so sweet, patient and kind, and gave us some education about the different puppy haircuts and desensitizing our puppies at home. Definitely would come back!
I've been looking for a great cat groomer, and I finally found one here! We've been here three times now, and they've been amazing every visit. My cat, Grayson, can be difficult (and a little mean ), but they handle him with so much patience and care--and somehow make him sound like the best boy. He always comes back looking clean, feeling great, and smelling amazing. Prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable and caring pet groomer!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Gave me the exact haircut I wanted. I was worried about his double coat, but they knew everything about double coat and gave me lots of reassurance. 10/10!
Just move into the area, decided to choose this location to takes my dog for a bath, staff member were amazing very care about your pets they even text you pictures of your pets and information for your pets and the service was really good and fast.
We found this place on YELP, of course! Love that you can book online and you can usually get next day. They are always ready to take him when I arrive and then send pics when he is ready. They are not the cheapest in town but they do a really good job with a full cut and full groom. For our 12lb Maltipoo mix it's usually around $100 full service plus tip. He is mostly indoors and it'll last approx 7-8 weeks. We have been back 5+ times! Thanks pet beloved!
We called to see if we could make an appointment and they told us they could actually accommodate a a walk-in right then, so we drove over immediately. The customer service was extremely attentive. They have pictures of all different haircuts so they can walk you through choosing your dog's haircut, and they get all of your information on several forms to make sure you can choose all of the options you want. We just took this dog in from a friend and she had some matting, so they were very attentive and told us beforehand what they could do for that. They cut her short so that next time we could avoid mats. She got the full service, was ready very quickly, and looked adorable in her little collar bow. She seemed very happy when we picked her up and it seemed like they were kind to her. Her full surface bath, haircut, expressed anal glands, clipped nails, and cleaned ears cost $80, which is a great price. With tip, it was $100. They also sent us pictures of her after her grooming, which I thought was a very sweet touch since I always take pictures of my dogs when they get home from grooming, but it's hard to get good ones. The pictures they took were very cute, as you can see. We will definitely return for her future groomings as well. While we were there, I was surprised to see how many cats they were grooming. They have cute little cat dryers. The cats who were there seemed happy, so if you're looking for somewhere that will groom cats, this might be your place.
Just came back from picking my dog up and wow they did a fantastic job with him! First off, they do a thorough check of the dog, explaining what cut he will be given along with reference photos. They also take the time to listen to what you like and take it into consideration! Super sweet with my baby too. At the end of the cut, they text you that your pet is ready for pickup and sent me photos of each service they did. For ex, paw trim photo, ear check photo etc. it was extremely thorough and specific. They even gave him treats with my permission! Second, it was incredibly easy to book online and affordable for a doodle mix cut versus other groomers. For how quality their cut and full service are, I'm surprised how affordable it is. If you are unsure how to book, you can also give them a call and they are quick to respond. Very amazing service. Third, they are super fast! Typically he takes about 3 hours but it only took them 2 hours max for my dog considering how busy they are. Dog cut: 10/10 (exactly how they explained) Service: 10/10 (fast, welcoming, high quality, thorough) Parking: 8/10 (small private parking lot out front)
This was my cats' first time visiting a groomer, but they were in need of a good de-shedding treatment and nail trim. I had a hard time finding a cat groomer, even though several places advertised that they offered cat grooming services. Thankfully, I found Pet Beloved. Monica was wonderful from the initial phone call. She provided all the information I needed, explained the grooming process, and made me feel comfortable bringing in my British Shorthairs. During their appointment, she sent photos of my cats, which I really appreciated. When I picked them up, she thoroughly explained everything that had been done and how they handled the grooming. Finding someone experienced and patient with cats can be challenging, so I was very happy with the experience. My cats came home looking great, with much less loose fur and neatly trimmed nails. I'll definitely be returning and highly recommend Pet Beloved to other cat owners.
They took their time to make him feel comfortable, and you could tell they genuinely cared about his experience. As a sweet extra touch, they even sent him home wearing a little bandana, which was adorable. Thank you so much!
We found Pet Beloved because our original grooming place was completely booked out this month. Charlie has a lot of anxiety, so we try our best not to change his routine or introduce him to new places and people. However, with an upcoming vacation, we really wanted to get him groomed. Needless to say, we were absolutely blown away by the service, commitment, and communication from the Pet Beloved team. I received live updates and photos throughout Charlie's grooming appointment, which is something I've never experienced before. It gave me so much peace of mind knowing he was being cared for every step of the way. Most importantly, Charlie came out looking amazing and, for the first time at a grooming appointment, we didn't see an ounce of stress on his face afterward. That alone speaks volumes about how well they cared for him. Thank you so much, Pet Beloved! You've definitely gained a returning client, and we can't wait to bring Charlie back.
My wife took our Persian cat here for grooming about a week ago, and we were honestly really disappointed with the result. One of the features we love most about him is his long ear furnishings/inner ear hairs, and after the grooming we immediately noticed they had been trimmed very unevenly. When we reached out, we were told it may have happened accidentally because he moved during grooming and that they normally do not trim that area. However, after looking more closely, I noticed both sides had actually been trimmed -- not just one -- which makes it hard to believe this was only a small accidental clip. We did end up bringing him back so they could try to even it out, but by then the damage was already done and now both sides are much shorter than before. For Persian and long-haired cat owners, details like this are a huge part of their appearance. I do appreciate that they apologized, but we're still very unhappy with the outcome. Just wanted to share our experience so other pet owners can be extra clear about what they do and do not want trimmed.
They did a wonder job with my Ori I am bringing her in for all her future bathings here. Ori LOVED her free little toy at the end. Wonderful all around !

Really happy with my experience here! Little Miss Onion Powder is very reactive and has difficult times with grooming in the past. She has been rejected by other groomers and even mobile groomers, but Pet Beloved knew how to handle her reactivity, and did so with care and patience. Upon entering and signing in, they took her on a walk to let her get comfortable. They gradually built trust and also gave me a rundown of how short I would like her fur to be, as well as being transparent on how the matting for her poodle fur might cause the cut to be even shorter. I appreciated the headsup! Booking was easy and so was pickup. While it took longer than expected, they communicated with me and kept me updated, which is understandable knowing Onion's demeanor. Overall, very happy and would definitely recommend them! read more

after almost a year, still love this place! i live 25 minutes away now but would still come here. here's why you should go here: price is solid value + clear *for context: my 15lb mini poodle, for $85(no tip) you get full bath, hair cut, bandana + spray of good dog perfume staff is amazing (communication + service) staff sends pictures of clean ears, clean private areas, & paws they point out when there is redness/something abnormal to watch out for that they notice during the groom lastly, they give good boys/girls treats after :) read more

Pet beloved is not only a grooming place for us - it's family! Our cat Mochi was a stray who had been abused and was very anxious. For eight months, he wouldn't let anyone pick him up and had never had a proper bath, haircut, or nail trim. We brought him to Pet Beloved hoping they could help and what they did truly moved us to tears. The owners sent us photos during his grooming, treating him like royalty. Mochi came home looking clean, healthy, and so handsome -his beauty finally shining through. Most amazingly, he now lets us carry him. We are beyond grateful. This place is incredibly special to us, like a family that we will forever trust with Mochi's care (: read more

Thank you for the fantastic experience. I was skeptical since it would be my cats first time getting a haircut. She had a good amount of knots and matted fur that needed to be taken care of. I made an appointment and dropped her off Saturday at 9am and came back at noon. She was ready and was told she did very well. I am happy to hear that. I was provided a few pictures too. I was explained the process and also mentioned about possible situations since it's a cat and not all cats would react the same. I understand and glad they were thorough. Will definitely come back once my cat needs another groom and recommend to anyone that is looking for cat specific haircut/trim/bath. read more

Extremely nice staff! And took very good care of my cat. I've taken my cat to different groomers before but they would be more familiar with dogs compared to cats and therefore didn't really know what to do with my cat. My cat is both indoor and outdoors so she can get really dirty. But pet beloved did a super good job and she was extremely clean and well taken cared of when I picked her up. Will definitely be my go-to place from now on for both my kitties! Paws were super pink again :)) read more

Our experience with Pet Beloved's grooming services was deeply disappointing and showed a serious lack of professionalism, honesty, and accountability. Shortly after our two cats were groomed at their facility, both developed ear infections: one with a ruptured eardrum. This caused significant pain and distress and required urgent veterinary treatment, which was unplanned and costly. One of our cats is still recovering under veterinary care. During the appointment, staff also mentioned finding a single flea on one of our cats and that we would be contacted if needed. It is important to note that our third cat, who was not groomed at Pet Beloved, remained completely healthy and developed no ear infection, supporting the timeline that this occurred after the grooming. We immediately notified Pet Beloved, provided veterinary documentation confirming the diagnosis, and even gave them permission to contact the clinic directly. Instead of addressing the situation responsibly, the business delayed responding and gave inconsistent, false explanations, including claiming that our cats arrived in that condition and that they were too "busy" to contact us. Staff did not mention any ear issues before, during, or immediately after grooming; the claim of pre-existing discharge was only made after we raised concerns. These statements contradict both the veterinary records and our direct communication, raising serious concerns about their honesty and commitment to animal welfare. One especially concerning claim that was added in response to our Google review was that our veterinary documents showed "lack of timely treatment" as a reason for the ear infection. This is absolutely untrue. We sought veterinary care promptly as soon as possible, and no document we provided from licensed vets contains any reference to delayed treatment. The veterinary report confirms the infection and the ruptured eardrum, but does not specify a cause. After reviewing the full situation, including the flea, lifestyle, and indoor living conditions, the licensed veterinarian stated that the infection could have been linked to the grooming service. We made multiple attempts to resolve this professionally, including sending formal written notices more than three months ago. Our last email, sent on August 12, 2025, received no response. Despite their public claims of valuing communication and their statement in a response to our Google review that we could reach them via email, they have shown no willingness to engage. We have reported this incident to the Better Business Bureau and the Veterinary Medical Association and are continuing to pursue appropriate consumer and animal welfare channels to ensure this case is properly documented. Our goal is not to disparage the business, but to share our honest experience. Their repeated responses have been disrespectful and have implied dishonesty on our part, which is unacceptable. We care deeply about our cats' well-being and expect only honesty, accountability, and respect. Based on our experience, we will never return to Pet Beloved. read more

OMG I FINALLY FOUND THE BEST GROOMER FOR CATS !!! 10/10 Best service for our furry loved ones ! Soon as I stepped inside I could immediately tell these workers/owners take pride & joy with attending every animal BIG OR SMALL !! Could tell they have pets themselves and are experts with handing them . My cat is 7 years old and normally hates when I groom her & trim her nails etc but she was so peaceful and calm throughout her whole experience! Employee ask for your number to keep you updated with your pets process and sent you funny pictures! Will definitely be coming back & also telling all my friend about this place ! read more
