My long haired cat grew an extremely thick coat this past winter, so I decided to give her a spa day, and have her groomed. Ashley did an amazing job on her, and she's now at least a pound lighter without all of that undercoat that she had. She came home looking and smelling amazing, plus she now feels like a fluffy little cotton ball, and smelled so good afterwards. My short haired cat is now jealous, so I have to make an appointment for her to see Ashley for her spa day. You can tell Ashley really knows what she's doing, and by working out of her home, she can space out her clients and take more time with them. If you're looking for someone who treats your pet with care and gets incredible results, go see her. HIGHLY recommend!

Super quick and professional. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get a long haired cat groomed.

    Day of Sweetheart's lion cuts.

What a gem Ashley is! We moved from CT to CA in 2023. Sweetheart had several lion cuts in CT but not with such a caring & professional person as Ashley. The reason I chose her after researching is because she is a master in the trade. I highly recommend Ashley to transform your fur baby into an adorable feline.

Happy to say that Ashley and Tiny Lions exceed their excellent reputation! Ashley was communicative, kind, and so quick. We went with the standard groom and the results blew us away - she kept our squirmy cat calm during his first-ever bath in our bid to convert him from a street cat to a lazy indoor fuzzball. His coat is slick, clean, and insanely soft, and he's currently hiding from us because all we want to do now is pet his newly chinchilla'ed fur. The entire process was so easy from drop-off to pickup, and it's clear she loves each of the cats and excels at making them comfortable. We're all already looking forward to our next appointment!

    laceration, about 2 cm wide

I have two cats (3M &3F) and I took them to a groomer for the first time on 5/13. Ashley is home based and not affiliated with any salon. on drop off, I warned her that the cats may be antisocial, and that she can omit the service if she feels that is the correct course of action. She said she'd put a cone on the kitties and that usually calms them down. An hour later, she texts me that the cats are ready to be picked up. She included that my cats had fleas and that she couldn't groom my male cat because he was too stressed. She also included that I could scan the venmo code at her waiting area. While waiting, I paid $140 + $20 tip. After I paid for the service, she brought out my cats and said male cat was scratching at his cone and started bleeding in one nail. She also said "skye has a laceration" but that it would scab over. She did NOT explain how the laceration happened or anything else. I thanked her for dealing with an angry male cat, and for being accommodating to kitties being groomed for the first time . She then mentioned I could text her if I had questions and hurriedly went back insider her house. After coming home, the male cat had 5 broken nails, and blood in various places in his paws. The girl cat had many small wounds on her body including the laceration. The laceration was deep into the dermis and a nurse in my family said it looked like wounds his hospital gives stitches for. I called my primary vet and they said the lacerations happen often and refereed me to see an emergency vet. After getting stitches on my cat, I reached out to Ashley to help with the bills. She agreed but I needed to send an invoice. After sending the invoice, she sent me $100 "in good faith", and also suggested that should have consulted her for cheaper stitch solutions. Afterwards, I felt the money is not important, and did not press further for her to help with my $500 vet bill. Her message to me looked like it was implying something false, and is overall worded so avoid accountability. I am disappointed with the way she handled this. I get accidents happen but she does not take accountability and did not even apologize to me once for the state of my pets. She also didn't tell me upfront that she cut the girl cat's nails past the quick, nor did she tell me about the other injuries on her body. Suggesting cheap medical routes and letting a deep wound scab over is also medically irresponsible so I'm worried about other pets in this situation. So much lack of transparency and accountability.

shley was great! Took a few weeks for an appointment, but I can understand why she's in such high demand. I have two very large Maine coon mutt brothers that are the shaggiest cats I've ever had. It's been a daily thing to try and comb them out and make sure matting isn't happening. To make matters worse, the biggest guy Skunk is super sensitive when it comes to grooming. He will cry out and try to run from the most simple brushing. Ashley asked all the right questions when she first responded to my inquiry from the form on her website. She does her communication via text message, which is great for me - and she's very professional about giving you very concise, friendly and well written communications. She runs her business from home, which makes sense because she can be a one person operation without the staffing and cost required to run a business from a commercial property. She seems to pad out her schedule so she can go at the pace the cat needs. For both boys, they came back calmer than when they arrived. With their nervousness around grooming, she did them with scissors entirely by hand with no clippers - which wasn't something we worked out before. I love that she saw Skunk's comfort level and changed her grooming style to suit his needs, an obvious indication of her love for animals and professionalism of treating the cat as the customer, not just the person holding the money. Afterwards she filled me in about how well they did, or how they had it a little rough at times. The boys have an extra spring in their step being cooler and not being weighted down by their winter coats. You worry about it being a traumatic experience and them taking a few days to recover. The boys came back more playful and wanting more cuddles the same day. She did warn that they might be a little cold to each other for a few days, which was true - and quickly passed as she predicted. We'll definitely be going back, highly recommended.

You suck at nail clipping. I want a professional!

You know how when you meet someone and they tell you some good news and you're, like, awesome. Couldn't happen to a nicer person. Well, that's Ashley. I brought Cairo to her for a nail clipping and waited...well, I'd normally say minutes but it seemed like seconds. She's amazing. And my Cairo? VERY Gemini. But she worked her magic on this mercurial bugger. Color me a loyal new client. Rates are on her website. Give her a try. She's fantastic at what she does!

    All fresh!

Such a great experience! Very organized from the minute I reached out to Ashley for a new client appointment for my cat. She answered all my questions ahead of time. Drop off was smooth, she repeated back to me what service I wanted done. Her timing was as expected. Pick up was smooth as well! My cat looks so fresh and is so soft. She even has a darling little flower collar on! I will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend!

I noticed that my 1yo himalayan cat has started to get mats under his armpits and in his groin area, despite my best attempts to comb him regularly. I've taken him to Ashley twice and both times Ashley has taken great care of him! Every time he is returned extra fluffy, with all his fur combed and any tangles removed. Not only that, but Ashley is really attentive and informative for how best to maintain his grooming between visits, or to propose other solutions. We'll definitely be return visitors :) Thank you Ashley!

She did an amazing job with my cat! Another place wanted to medicate my cat and I felt as if I was never going to find a place to help me groom my cat Stormy. He had lots of knots. He's a long hair Scottish fold. I plan on bringing him here every 6 months.

Ashley was incredibly kind, understanding, and awesome! Service was fast & my cat looking good with his lion cut

Location is downtown, there is a small parking lot but usually full - has with narrow spots and hard to get into since surround streets are one-way busy streets. I recommend circling and parking on 10th Ave for less of hassle. Fabiola is fabulous! She was so sweet, caring, attentive, and does an amazing job cutting fur. She doesn't rush each grooming and takes her time for a very quality cut. She also has a Pomeranian which made my experience feeling better because she knew exactly how to cut their fur. We even had conversations about Pomeranians and everything about our dog care life. My Pomeranian looks so beautiful and smelt wonderful when I picked her up. I asked for a trim, clean up the buttox area, and do cut the paws (like cat paws). She also knows how Pom fur is suppose to look like and she rounded out all the areas needed AND brought in the fur around the waist to give my Pomeranian a cinched look. For a bath, some treats, nails trim, and fur.cut for $115 - please tip on top, she does a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Passing by I had always seen the two play areas facing the sidewalk but had no idea they had a few more in the back. I like how the dogs can be in the front and people watch out the large windows but also decompress in the back. The kennel area for overnights was also well-kept and organized. Also pleasantly surprised at each dog's locker and the staff's thorough physical checks of each dog and logging of their daily activities. I would say the only thing I had an issue with was logging into the webcam on my phone but seems to work on a computer. Also you can tell they use bleach from the smell but that is a good sign that they keep things sanitary. Other than that my dog seemed to enjoy his time there and we bought one of the packages so we will be back.
