I've been to a few dog groomers in the area and hands down, Doggie Dos is the best. Bryn loves coming to get her monthly clean up. They work well with my stubborn husky. She has sensitive skin and has major attitude when anyone touches her paws but somehow they make it work. They treat our pets great and offer some complimentary services if you come in during certain hours - like some nail trimming. We have some difficult pups and they are very accommodating and make our dogs look great. Our last visit was with Sierra and she was very helpful and sweet with our staffie. read more

Haven't been here for a while because sadly our pup passed away. We came back today with a new pup and the girl at the front was extremely rude to a fellow employee who I think had been there longer than her. He's always friendly and welcoming. She however was in a bad mood and must've needed coffee. They raised the price by $10 & that's ok because everywhere has raised prices. However, we'll be going to a closer location next time in hopes the front person is friendly. I miss the vibe of the friendly staff that used to be here. I would never treat a fellow colleague in the manner she did in front of people. Especially she wasn't being helpful she was smug and I wouldn't want to have to work with someone like that. We love Doggie Dos! We have been bringing our two Goldendoodles here since they were puppies, and they do an amazing job with them every time. They keep notes about our preferences for our dogs cut, and confirm with us before every appointment which makes things a lot easier. All of the employees are amazing, but we especially love Kat! I specifically picked this groomer based on their amazing reviews on both Yelp and Google, at 4.5 stars minimum on both, however I'm shocked at how my first experience with them went. I took my dog in on Friday, November 8th when they opened at 7am, and never got any correspondence from Doggie Do's until 2:53pm when they called with questions regarding how they should cut her hair. I called back at 3:21pm, and had a discussion with the groomer herself who would be cutting my dog's fur, and explicitly described to them that I wanted her entire body shaved short with her heard trimmed short. They insisted on using specific terms to describe the haircut, which I made clear I did not know or understand, so I described how I wanted her hair cut instead. After that, I never received any call or message or anything regarding the pick up, but they close at 5pm. At 4:45pm I drove to pick her up, and waited until they were able to help me. When I picked her up, I saw they had done the incorrect hair cut instead of what I had asked (see picture attached where half of her body hair is still long), but had already paid and they were closing so I just brought her home. Upon arriving home, we did a full inspection of her and realized a multitude of problems: they had done the complete wrong cut, they had not trimmed the fur around her paws at all (think "grinch toes"), and we even found a flea on her! I have another dog and a cat at home, that didn't go to the groomers because they didn't need it, and they didn't and do not currently have a single flea on them. This morning we decided to take her back to have her fixed up, and explicitly described all of our problems and concerns to be addressed. They needed her to be left for a few hours again, not a problem. However, at pick up again today, Saturday November 9th, they attempted to say she could have picked the flea up outside somehow, which seems it would be more likely that it came from another dog as they're all grouped together in a very small area in the same location where they do the grooming, and her hair cut is uneven in many spots, they still didn't touch up her paws, and they actually slipped with the clippers near her tail (see picture attached from rear view - shorter on the right side of her tail than the left). I am under the extreme impression that the fleas my dog came home with came from the area she's required to wait after being groomed, because it's the exact same area they groom the dogs that have just come in. I will never be returning to this groomer after the extremely poor impression that this first experience has left, and I would NOT recommend this groomer to anyone else. Immediately after leaving this review, they called me and tried to convince me to take down my reviews. They tried to downplay the entire thing and now I have even more of a sour taste in my mouth from this business that only cares about protecting their image online so they can get more customers in the door. STAY AWAY FROM DOGGIE DO'S!!! read more
