Loyal customer for about three years now. No issues with all four dogs German Shepherd (RIP) , Terripoo (16), Maltipoo (10) and Husky (11). They are happy and cute when we pick them up. Took my sweetie Lola here for the first time , A little about Lola she is a rescue from the humane society that we have adopted! She doesn't interact very well with others so we had to ask for her to be bye herself ! The staff said come Back at a certain time and we did and they were so amazing with her ! A neighbor recommended this place to me and I decided to give it a try since my usual dog groomer can get booked up; it was not a good experience. Price: $65 + tip for bath and sanitary trim - my dog weights 32pounds. Prices have changed and is different on the website. My neighbor was paying $40 for her huskies (who weigh 60/70 pounds) Hair trim: THEY CUT MY DOGS HAIR WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! This is SOOO not okay. When I came to pick up my dog, they said they ran into a problem on her chest and since it was matted and they had to brush it out - they ended up charging me $5 extra for that. What I didn't notice until I got home was that they trimmed my dogs hair on her body without permission. Had they actually called me, I would have said just do the best you can and I'll have my regular groomer take care of it. I didn't get a single phone call and now my dog has choppy hair. This is just soo unprofessional. And to make things worse, I noticed there was a irritation/scratch from the grooming (see picture). Also - I just noticed but they didn't even trim my dogs nails even though she needs it!! So basically I overpaid (and I tipped as well) for a bath, sanitary trim, a scratch on my dogs belly and an unauthorized choppy haircut. From my experience, I would not go back nor recommend it to anyone!! read more

Pawsitively Perfect is a wonderful place for grooming services. Monica has an excellent staff of groomers and are able to groom my rambunctious husky that we rescued during the pandemic. He is an agent of chaos. His personality is a trait amongst the breed. Many groomers hesitate to take on husky clients due to their chaotic temperament but Monica and her staff always comes through in making my husky smelling good and groomed perfectly. read more

Wanted to try a new grooming place after being told we couldn't come back to our old one. We had spent about a year and a half there. In the last 6 months or so, they would call me to pick my pup up early or wouldn't complete the service because he was being "too difficult" and would still charge me full price (how his temperament had suddenly changed is still a mystery to me). The very last time I picked him up he was drooling like crazy, something he only does when he is completely stressed out. Needless to say, I was very wary to try again with a new place. After his last few visits at the old place, my pup had become extremely anxious at the groomers. Insert Pawsitively Perfect! I dropped him off, was told it would be about 2 hours, and made my way to a coffee shop a few minutes away and made sure to keep my phone close for the inevitable and dreaded "we need you to pick up your pup" call. About an hour and a half later, I received a call that he was ready! I was excited, but tried not to get my hopes up too much as, in my previous experience, it was still very possible that things had been skipped due to him being "difficult". Upon pick-up I was definitely pleasantly surprised! He was in good spirits (no stress drooling, woo hoo!) and he had been fully serviced. His paw pads and nails (which the other groomers refused to touch) were done to perfection, hair cut just as I had asked, and a cute lil bandana as a finishing touch. Karen, his groomer for the day, let me know that he did pretty well, but had a few areas where he got a bit nippy. I expected as much, but you'd never have guessed based on the great work she did! This place gives genuine care to their clients. Katie is amazing. My Buddy has grown up with her and he always comes out looking stellar. I got there to pick up my dogs, and as I was walking in, another dog was on the grooming table tied up by his neck but it somehow walked off the table, and it just started hanging by the neck , chocking , I screamed out for a worker that the dog was chocking, then they came out and took there time to help out the dog , I will NEVER take my dogs here again . I always go here to get my dog groomed but one time I avail their promo spa and when i got my dog they told me he has a cut on his head. Then day passed by it was getting worse. I went back to talk to them, they told me it was there already when i left my dog which is a lie because i would not get my dog groom if i knew he has cuts. Started bringing all 3 of my dogs here a few months ago and I am absolutely happy and pleased with the service everytime. I have a needy Boxer, a shy Lab mix and a 8mth old Golden Retriever puppy. Monica, the owner, is fantastic and works with each of thier needs and provides the best amount of care to them. Before I would struggle to get them in the bath, now they run into her shop and are happy. This place is life changing. I had been going to another groomer in the neighborhood (close by to this venue) for years. I do not know why I did so, because they would often call me mid-grooming and tell me that my dog was difficult. They would charge me full price and my dog would have only half of his body cut. I decided to check out Pawsitively Perfect because my dog was black listed at the place I had been going to for years. They welcomed him with open arms. He was a little nervous but they made him feel comfortable. I was expecting them to call me prematurely like the other place, but the hours went by and they some how managed to complete the session. He looked amazing. And their fee was shockingly reasonable. This place does what they do for the love of it. My dog was not anxious or traumatized when i got him. This was the best grooming experience I have ever had. They told me that they would be happy to have my dog visit again, which is completely different from our other experiences. They are amazing and great at what they do. They deserve 10 stars. read more

if I could give a zero I would! I don't know about any of the other groomers, but don't let Karen near your dog! My dog was bleeding from a pretty severe cut on her hind leg, I know my dog had to yelp, the cut was that bad and Karen never said a word when I paid and picked her up. To add to that, both my dogs looked about the same when I picked them up - their fur was still long - and what she did do to their faces was poorly executed. I brought my dogs there based on a referral from a lady I met at the park. Beware, Karen needs a new career - maybe slaughtering pigs, or something. read more

Super quick for a full bath and cut, and my mini goldendoodle smelled great for days!! I've been working with my pup for a bit now on touching his paws and crate training and the staff was very attentive and considerate of my dog. His cut was very even/smooth and nails were perfectly trimmed. I always feel bad leaving my dog places, but know he's in great hands here and I never have any worries!! Also, their pricing is great.
