Jake did such a great job on the grooming of my cocker spaniel! My dog has had many groomings over the years, and this is truly one of the best ones he's had. Jake provided a full service grooming which means he took time to bathe, cut, brush his teeth, and trim his nails. His cut was so precise and clean, and he provided the service with fair pricing, which was a big plus. One thing to keep in mind is that the establishment does not accept cards so it's cash or payment app only. As a dog groomer myself, I love going to different salons and seeing their merchandise of dog food, dog clothes or grooming tools & shampoos for your furbaby. But once I came to this salon, I politely asked if they sell shampoos and they just said " no, just grooming." I said okay and wanted to just look around. As I was looking at their dog cards, I could just hear their conversation about my question then making fun of it. WORD BY WORD, "is it bad that we don't sell shampoos?. It's just like going to a restaurant and asking for an oven. or going to Taco Bell and asking for a bag of ground beef." with some mockery. I felt hurt that they were making fun one simple question. I honestly wouldn't trust these people if you don't want anyone making fun of your dog. And YES!! other dog grooming salons do sell shampoos! it's the same when you get your hair done and a salon, they do sell you other products of shampoo or care for your hair! DUH !! Wow my old bulldog has never been this clean and soft. I highly recommend!! Bathing a 13 year old 76 lb bulldog is no easy task.

I reached out to GoldenDog to schedule appointments for my two fur babies. I explained that my elderly dog is not a big fan of groomers but that he only shakes (he has never nipped or bitten anyone). The guy who had returned my call said he would have to talk to his more experienced groomers and get back to me and I never heard back.
