My dog had an appointment, and everything seemed fine. I was even able to book a follow-up appointment for six weeks later. However, when I called to confirm that second appointment, the owner got on the phone and was incredibly rude. They informed me that my dog had allegedly bitten a groomer during the previous visit and that we were banned from the business.While I completely understand a business choosing not to handle a dog for safety reasons, waiting six weeks, and only telling me because I called to confirm is unacceptable.
