My dog had an appointment, and everything seemed fine. I was even able to book a follow-up appointment for six weeks later. However, when I called to confirm that second appointment, the owner got on the phone and was incredibly rude. They informed me that my dog had allegedly bitten a groomer during the previous visit and that we were banned from the business.While I completely understand a business choosing not to handle a dog for safety reasons, waiting six weeks, and only telling me because I called to confirm is unacceptable. If they had informed me immediately after the first appointment, I could have spent those six weeks finding a new groomer.The owner's hostile attitude when explaining the situation made a poorly managed situation worse.
