I have taken my dogs to other do it yourself dog washes and they always smell bad and are never clean. This place is like a luxury spa! Took both our beloved pups and I actually had a terrific time grooming my dog (which is crazy cause I usually hate this chore). They have everything you need and more. This is a nonsense doggy wash. Came here to get my dog's nails clipped. I'm always worried about getting their nails trimmed with someone new. Worried that they'll do a poor job and end up injuring them. The young woman who helped us was fabulous! She was a nail expert and ended up doing the perfect job on both of my dogs. She was also very patient and you could tell that she genuinely liked her job and the animals. From my understanding, there are no reservations needed if you come here to clip you are animals claws. read more

I will NEVER take my dog to the groomer Tamera here ever again! I asked for a bath for my dog and when I returned, she shaved my poor dog totally down to his skin! She said he was matted. I specifically told her I did not want my dog's hair cut short and if she had a problem, to call me. She did not even take the time to call me. Is this groomer just lazy and doesn't want to take the time to cut out a few mats or God forbid spend the time to comb them out? For what she charged, she should have. BEWARE of this place or at the very least, this particular groomer. My poor dog, now I need to buy him a sweater because he has absolutely NO FUR to keep warm. read more

Carol, the owner, is a such sweetheart. My little bulldog asks me to take her back to Laundramutt every day. =) They are a full service groomer. Juju came home hair did, nails did, anal glands expressed, ears clean, and happy as can be. The also have DIY stations that make washing your dogs very simple. Very disappointed! We asked for a certain cut and even showed photos of what we wanted from past cuts. They just shaved our dog. They did nothing that we asked for. The cut around her face was not even and they didn't leave any length on the top. We have known from past groomers to make sure she doesn't have any knots in her fur so that they don't have to shave her. We spend a lot of time brushing to ensure this doesn't happen. Awesome service and facility. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about the value of paying to wash your own dog, but after trying it with both of our dogs today, I'm completely sold. We have a very furry, long haired Australian Shepherd and, boy, did she shed hair. It was so nice to have all the things we needed right there and none of the mess to clean up. The owner was extremely helpful and you can tell she truly loves dogs. We opted for the additional nail clipping and she did a great with both of our dogs. Will definitely return! read more

If you're looking for somewhere to bathe your own pet or get them groomed by a professional, I highly recommend Laundramutt. I took my Giant Schnauzer here for a professional grooming and I will definitely be back time and time again. My boy has had a few bad grooming experiences, especially with groomers being too rough with him and causing him to be fearful of the groomer, therefore I am always weary of taking him somewhere new. Jenn, the groomer who worked on Odin, was so great with him. Right from the start she was super gentle and soft spoken with Odin and I could tell he trusted her right away. When I came to pick Odin up, not only did his haircut look amazing, he was so happy and calm. The price was more than reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

These are some of the friendliest people in the grooming business I have ever met. Always happy and sensible, not an easy balance, but they pull it off. I take my Belgian Tervuren in there for DIY grooming and I have never had a problem. They go out of there way to keep the stations clean and to create a welcome environment. They do not mind that my dog is a hairy beast, actually, they claim to welcome the fur blowing everywhere. read more

Cannot believe my grown daughter and I took my 2 dogs and her dog there and Paid them to use their services and be treated as rudely as they treated us.
