I had said my dog was large but when I brought her in, they said she's a medium dog so it was very reasonably priced for a full bath plus nail trim. (I assume they are very experienced with large breeds) I think it was around $60-$80. She hates water and was really stinky, she came back smelling great! My Coton De Tulear was cut very unevenly with patches of hair sticking out, one ear longer than the other(I told them not to cut the ear hair), interior ear hair not "stripped" which is important with this breed. I took our 2 pups last week. The staff is very nice however, they shaved the back end of one of my dogs too close, and now he is completely licking and uncomfortable for the last 4 days and I had to put them in a cone and take him to the vet. They cleaned underneath their paws very nicely, however, on top, it looked like a a jigsaw puzzle. Unfortunately, things happen, and the owner Levi, it was very understanding, and credited me for one of the dogs that was clip too close. I took my 4month old puppy in for her first grooming and I wanted to make sure it was going to be a good experience for her as she will need to be groomed on a regular basis. I told our groomer "Carter" it was really important to me that this was not a stressful experience for her and that we ease her into the grooming process. Carter was very receptive to this and went over in great detail how she would go about making sure it was a great 1st visit. I also love that they only work on one dog at a time. A lot of other grooming places you take your dog in in the morning and you can't pick them up until later in the afternoon. Carter told me it would take her 1 1/2 to 2 hours and that's exactly what it was. Carter shared with me what MayZ had no issues with and the areas she will need to slowly get her used to. I couldn't have been more pleased. She looked adorable! I have already booked her next grooming. I totally recommend Spokane Dog Grooming. read more

We haven't taken our Gordon setters to anyone for grooming since the pandemic started. We have an older lady with arthritis (9.5 yrs), a 2.5 yr old female who is very active and can be timid around new people/places, and our 10 month old baby boy who never has been to a groomer before (he is 65 pounds, so not tiny). They were very patient with the doggies and were open to feedback about grooming an uncommon breed.
