I am writing this review regarding an experience I had here about five years ago. I am sharing this…read morenow because the lack of communication left a lasting negative impression, and looking at recent reviews, it is clear their customer service attitude has not changed. My dog had an appointment, and everything seemed fine. I was even able to book a follow-up appointment for six weeks later. However, when I called to confirm that second appointment, the owner got on the phone and was incredibly rude. They informed me that my dog had allegedly bitten a groomer during the previous visit and that we were banned from the business. While I completely understand a business choosing not to handle a dog for safety reasons, waiting six weeks, and only telling me because I called to confirm is unacceptable. If they had informed me immediately after the first appointment, I could have spent those six weeks finding a new groomer. The owner's hostile attitude when explaining the situation made a poorly managed situation worse. I see from the owner's responses to other negative reviews here that they continue to treat unhappy customers rudely, which confirms that my experience with their aggressive communication style was not an isolated incident
