Honestly I was just going to let this go and make the best of it but it's definitely not fair when I think of the overall experience. I booked an appt for 4pm. The day of I get a text around 3:30 saying she's running 15 minutes behind so to get there at 4:15. I show up 4:15, and still have to wait until 4:50 to get serviced. I'm going in for a haircut which I thought would be simple. I show her a PICTURE of what I want and she explains everything to me, makes me feel comfortable enough to where I feel like she's knows what I want. I relax and let her do her thing, then as soon as she's done I look in the mirror and get the WORST haircut I've ever had. The length was SHORTER than to what we agreed to . The scissor work itself was HORRIBLE. Does not look even let alone blended.I tried to work with it and really tried to tell myself I could fix it by styling it but honestly it's a mess. I was not happy, she could tell I didn't like it but honestly I didn't wanna be rude at the time. I'm not confrontational but from this experience alone I should've been. I would not recommend to anyone. Quality just isn't not there at all. Let's normalize being honest and turning people away if you can't do what the customer is asking.
