The wax service is pretty much painless and would regularly see Delmy every 6-8 weeks. Seeing how the shop is evolving is always so exciting, the interior is so flirty and pretty and I have always felt welcomed whenever I walk in. The salon also offers other services, so I would definitely inquire about those. Man-zilians are also offered by Bella. After parking out back or out front after making an appointment, one is approached with ease and friendliness that helps make the appointment feel extra refreshing. Family I know who come here too, come regularly and agree that the treatments here are of amazing quality. From brows to facials and more, this is the place to go. It's worth checking out, and there is delicious food nearby, like China House and the cookie parlor. It's a very cute cat-themed shop with comfortable places to sit and books to read while you await your appointment. I do suggest people come check this place out and even try to spot some of the cat figures and statues and see how many you can find. Delmy is AMAZING! I've been going to her about every 4 weeks for a Brazilian and underarm wax and I've been going to her for 6+ months. She's so fun to talk to, knows which areas are sensitive when doing my wax and keeps me calm. The pain for both areas is a 3/10 with her. She's gentle, her waxes are always in pretty colors and I love her for aesthetics of her space. I mean, pink, girly and inviting? What's not to love!? She knows what she is doing and I have been to several places before, and this one is by far my favorite. I will be a regular here now. I will NEVER come here for a Brazilian wax again. I would also not recommend anyone to go here. I should have just waited for my regular esthetician to get off maternity leave. Smh. Pros: 1.Delmy was professional and nice 2. Cute shop Cons: 1. She ripped my skin off(near the lips, wtf) and made it not seem like a big deal, told me to put Neosporin on it then when I got home it looked serious. It bleed for 2 days and she said the reason is because my skin was thin in that area. Which to me didn't seem like a good excuse because I get waxed frequently and this HAS never happened 2. Also I started getting white heads a week later which also NEVER happens when I go to my regular wax lady (yes i exfoliated). 3. During the wax I could tell something wasn't right by the way she went over the same spot more than once(not suppose to do) and also the application of the wax just didn't feel right. I would leave a pic of the damage caused but it's disturbing. 2/10. For being nice and having a cute shop. Oh and no I did not receive any discount for the damage. My skin did not tear "a little bit". If it wasn't alarming I wouldn't have left this review. read more
