Neat and cozy day spa, I really enjoyed my massage there. I've also had a facial there, it was nice. Owner is welcoming. There are 2 entrances, I think the one behind the building is the preferred entrance. read more

After a few months on her acne treatment plan, I'm beyond happy with my results. She is truly amazing at what she does. I was originally going in for one of her regular facials, but during the consultation I expressed my concerns about suffering with sudden adult acne that was killing my confidence. Now, I can happily say I haven't had a single breakout, not even during that annoying time of the month. It took me about two months to get here, but every day it got better. I've been sticking to the products and application routine she suggested, and my skin is on a whole new level. Putting my trust in her was the best decision I could have made for my skin. Makeup-free days are the norm now. So, whether you're treating yourself or dealing with acne, seriously, check her out. Her spa was very relaxing, clean and parking was easy to find. The first photos were taken a few days ago, and the last photos were taken before I started her program. read more

My first experience with Renui was when my daughter got me a gift certificates for a facial and a massage. It was heavenly. I've since taken my teenagers there for facials, twice, and they love it as well. Robin is friendly, knowledgeable and great at her craft. She took the time to get to know me and the boys and offered great tips on skin care. The boys suffer from acne and she gave them tips to help with flare ups. The best way to get her is to create an appointment through her website. She will follow up. Do yourself a favor and pamper yourself at Renui Day spa! read more

I absolutely recommend Renui Spa. The staff is great about asking questions before they start services you request. They are very personal and professional. The spa has a relaxing vibe. I have been going to Renui for over ten years and have enjoyed everything, the facials, massages, and products. I am highly recommending this business to anyone looking for an upscale Spa in the East bay. read more

So grateful to have found Robin to help with my teenage sons acne. Knowing that a dr visit would likely result in antibiotics and creams that would wreck his skin I opted to try the esthetician route first and I'm so glad I did. A couple months in and his inflamed outbreak had cleared up and he's learned a valuable lesson in personal hygiene and skincare. This mom could not have asked for a better experience!! read more

I haven't had the opportunity to have a facial or service done yet, but I am sure I will soon based on the customer service alone. This rating is based on the customer service I received. I contacted the Renui Day Spa the day before Mother's Day trying to get an appointment (silly of me) and left a message. I believe it was Robin who called me back and I didn't catch the call. A few days later, she called me again because they were unable to reach me over the weekend. A lot of companies won't even call a customer back in the first place, but to call me back to make sure that they were able to speak with me shows how much they actually value potential and current customers. I will be scheduling my service soon. Thank you! read more

Visited this local gem today for a pre-birthday pampering. Comfortable, clean and relaxing atmosphere; fair prices and great service. read more

I couldn't even book an appointment. I contacted them online requesting a Saturday apt at 11AM. I was told there was only one at noon, and I told them to put me down for the noon apt. Then I was sent several more messages with different days and times that I could book, that I didn't even want. When I tried to confirm which date and time I had been booked for, I couldn't even get a hold of anyone. No one responded to my emails, and no one even picked up the phone when I called. What a disaster. Not worth it to try to get a massage. read more

IM SO HAPPY I FOUND THIS PLACE. Yolanda is amazing! I found her through a prevIous hair stylist and now my entire family has slowly started to come. Literally everyone loves her. I definitely recommend her massages! read more

Today I received my first massage from Renew Day Spa. The owner is very friendly and personable. The massage was exactly what I needed and she focused on the sore and tense areas that she found as she was giving me my massage. The pressure was great and she checked in just enough to let me know she was focused on me but not enough to annoy me. I will be coming back to Renu as much as I can. The only downside was she was running a bit behind schedule, but it was worth it. read more

If you are looking for a truly divine facial, THIS IS THE PLACE!!! I have been going to other places for years now, and I have finally found my home. The ladies there are only interested in what is best for you, no cookie cutter services here! Robin made me feel very comfortable, did a wonderful job, and the salon is very clean, nice and cozy. Their location is brand new with all the latest amenities. She also carries the hard to find Carol's Daughter product line along with Lotus Moon and other clinical lines. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend Renui!!!! Services Offered: Natural Nails Facials Massages Waxing Lashes read more

I love that this spa is off the beaten path. Once you walk through the door it is very inviting and one can feel the aura of tranquility and relaxation. You are always greeted with a wonderful and genuine smile from Robin, the owner. The day spa is clean, comfy and nicely decorated. Renui provides wonderful services and also quite a variety. Renui specializes in holistic lifestyle which reflects in the products and Robin's knowledge and beliefs. Robin customizes the facials to your skin and takes the time to explain each product before she places it on your face. She is gentle and makes sure you are comfortable at all times. Robin massages are wonderful, too. She listens to what may ail you and address those concerns. She can also provide a couple's massage. I purchased a gift certificate as a wedding gift to friend's of mine and they loved it. Robin also does a wonderful job for eyelash extensions. I had this done a couple of times and for my wedding in Hawaii. Robin listened to what I wanted and they turned out beautiful. I love the natural look of the extensions. If you want to relax in a pleasant and serene environment without the fast pace of a "business day spa," then head on over to Renui Day Spa. read more

I love Robin and her magic hands !! She makes you so relaxed and you really enjoy your facial or massage your choice. I went to her for a facial and am going back for another! She's amazing sweet and kind and her touch is so great! So glad I found my new spot! Thank you Robin for taking such good care of my skin read more

I was referred here by Alyssa who wrote a positive review so I thought I would try. I went today with my younger child and we both had positive experiences... Robyn was very thorough with my (13yr old) child, explained how to take care of skin, and things to do and not to do, very informative minus the lecture. As for myself, she was GREAT..... I felt like she truly wants to see the best for your skin type. As Alyssa mentioned in her review, she did not push any products or treatments she simply explained what would benefit you, and let you decide. VERY clean, cozy as well as peaceful, I will definitely return soon...... As far as $$ goes Robyn is very reasonable and the service she provides is well worth it. read more

I suffered from adult acne for two years and spent hundreds of dollars on skin care products, some products I would spend over a hundred dollars on moisturizer alone. I was desperate to correct my acne problem. Thank God I met Robin!! She's fully knowledgable in stabilizing acne and has magical fingers for the best facials. She's affordable and most importantly she has a heart felt passion for her skill. Her day spa is very clean, cozy, comfortable, and the staff are professional. My skin has made a full recovery. I'm 100% confidant in her product I love it. I've been her client for seven months. I've referred several friends and they all love the service. Also, if your looking for Eye lash extensions this is a great place to get them, mine last for five weeks before needing a fill in!! read more

I love Robin ! I come here when I can afford it to get a facial (college student, lol), Robin is the best. She knows just what my skin needs and I am always satisfied when I leave. I like that she doesn't push you to buy products after your facial. At other places they always push you to buy stuff. If you are looking for a solid deep cleansing facial then this is the place to go ! It is also very warm and cozy in there, very cute ; ) read more

Robin fixed my skin! I used to get really bad breakouts with cyst type pimples on my cheeks. I went to her to fix that problem and now my skin is perfect! I now use the products she carries for my regular skincare routine, and I get facials to maintain the progress she's made with my skin. I get frequent compliments on my skin now, which never used to happen before! Thank you, Robin! read more

I love the ambiance here!! It really feels like a spa... if you know what I'm saying. Quiet & Tranquil. I took my mom-in-law on a spa date for Mother's Day... courtesy of my lovely hubbie... we had a facial, massage & pedi. We both felt so good afterwards... fell right asleep at home! The pedis are great!! No massage chair and "bubble bath," but the details, attention, and beautiful feet are well-worth it! read more

Renui Day Spa is amazing. Robin, the owner, understands the fundamentals of skin. She was amazing to work with. Beyond a great facial she also worked with me on proper education of preventive sun ware and tare to my skin. Highly recommend! read more

I've been looking for a facial spa that uses Skin Script products and I found this place in Pinole. I definitely recommend this place. Robin was amazing and she helped me minimize my blackheads and helped rehydrate my skin by using a skin hydrating serum. My skin felt smoother than ever. Her calming ways made my experience so relaxing. Hands down best facial to date!! read more

I had my first appointment with Robin for the custom facial, and I had a wonderful experience. The moment you walk into her spa, you get such a nice and relaxing vibe. Robin examined my skin thoroughly and gave me deep cleansing massage. My favorite part of the massage was the neck and shoulder massage that I just didnt want to end (almost put me to sleep cuz it was that relaxing). I can't wait to go back to Robin again! I have been to few facial spas before but I found Robin to be very different than others. First of all, she is very honest in her opinions. Secondly, she doesnt push you to buy her products like many other spas do but only suggests from her line. I just loved the fact that facial wasnt limited to just face, but she also does hand, shoulder and neck massage to make sure you leave relaxed and rejuvinated. Higly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for genuine spa experience! read more

Although I only had a lip wax, the vibe I felt from my first call to my first entry to the spa was great. The spa is very welcoming, relaxing, very clean and has plenty of easy, close parking. Robin is such a sweet person and really knows her stuff! Had the custom facial and it was so relaxing...just what I needed. Decided to get a facial a few weeks ago and purchased their yelp deal -$90 facial for $70. My appointment was at 10:15am and arrived around 10:10am. For those who are new clients, you enter the day spa through the side of the building and through the back. Cute little sitting area right before you walk in the place. I was told Robin was running a little behind but didn't think it was going to be that long. Was thinking 5 minutes? Nope, waited more like 15 minutes. By about 10:34am, that's when my appointment started. Personally, I think if a client is running late, their appointment should not be compromised because it will leave the next client running late and the next and so forth. The facial I received by robin was relaxing and she definitely knew her stuff on skin care. She recommended that I come in a regular basis to get my skin situated because I do get random breakouts. She also asked me to send her the skin cleansers and toner I use so she can evaluate and see if its good for my skin. I emailed her and said she would get back to me but never did, probably busy. I also started breaking out again the next day which I asked Robin about and said it could be the after effects from the facial. Still contemplating if I should return and try Renui's other services. read more

I am new to facials-I take what I consider pretty good care of my skin from the inside out however i began to notice that my skin, despite my best efforts, was lacking luster and glow. I initially sought out aestheticians close to my home however each one only offered different facial "packages"-all of which I was unfamiliar. I remembered a co-worker whose skin is all the envy stating that she went to Renui so I looked Robin up. What was the decision maker for me was that she customizes your facials after evaluating your skin. Whew!!! After my first visit with Robin you could visibly see the difference in my skins appearance. I am now a regular customer. Her products are good but she does not try and up sale them. **Please note I took all of the current products I use in on my first visit. Robin reviewed each one and was honest about what was good and those I should probably not use and why** The spa is very relaxing, too relaxing, last time I went in I fell asleep and started snoring so loud I woke myself up LOL.... I'm a regular customer now and my skin is looking wonderful. Robin is well educated about skin care and has a genuine warm and caring spirit, I'm glad I found her. read more

I absolutely enjoyed my full body massage and facial. This is the first Spa that I've been to that really payed attention to what I needed and made adjustments accordingly; which gave me the best massage and facial ever!
