Keyana, who runs the front desk and the phones is lovely. She is professional and so kind. I usually go to Manuel for my facials. He is knowledgeable and very good at what he does. All of the products smell so good and I feel like a million bucks when I leave. I use several of their products and have had great results. This business is a treasure.

I seen the work on my friend and had to have them for myself. I called and made my appointment. Thuy was very professional and kind on the phone. The salon was very clean and the decor is very pretty. Thuy was very gentle and detailed. You can tell she really takes pride in her workmanship and made sure my brows were perfect. The strokes are very nice, detailed and most importantly even! I had a few procedures done at other salons in the past and you can tell they're all about the money. They turn and burn customers throughout the day. I'm so glad I was introduced to Thuy. She def gained a customer for life!

(I accidentally took Arlington, forgetting that it's Colusa that goes to Fairmont, not Arlington; so I had to backtrack. In addition, it was very difficult for me to get away from work, as I work in a deadline-driven industry. This is why I also find it extremely inconvenient that this business is not open on weekends.) A facial is not something I would have purchased for myself, but this was a gift from my mom, who wanted me to experience a facial. This is why I especially wanted to experience the facial, not so much even for me, but because it meant something to my mom that I experience it. This being a 65-minute appointment that cost a lot at $150, being 15 minutes late would have left 50 minutes. I asked if she could do a shortened facial. (In my mind, that would have been plenty because this was something I have never experienced and didn't even know if I would like it.) But she said she would only be able to "put some cream on my face." She would neither agree to a shortened facial nor to rescheduling my appt without the steep charge of $70. Well, this seemed outrageous to me, so I was very angry but I did not lunge at her, as she wrote in a previous reply to an earlier review. That simply isn't true. The most upsetting thing was that she acted like the Queen of No from the moment I walked into the shop. UPDATE (4/12/25): For Francesca to state that I lunged at her is a flat-out lie. In addition, in her reply she is putting words in my mouth in many cases. Just one example: She wrote that I said that I didn't want a facial. What I in fact said was that "I would not have scheduled a facial for myself." That is not the same thing. Further, she states in her reply that "shortening a 65 minute treatment by *more than 15 minutes* is not something [she] is comfortable doing." If that is the case, then had she agreed upon my arrival at 15 minutes late to do a shortened facial, she could have proceeded with that right away, and we would not have have gotten to the "11:37" that she refers to. But no, the "Queen of No" wouldn't hear of doing anything to accommodate me, even as a first-time customer. She mentions that she texted me at 10 minutes after my appointment time but that I didn't reply. Well, of course I couldn't reply. If she had read my review she would have understood that I was driving at that time. She would have read that I said I accidentally took Arlington instead of Colusa and had to backtrack. But of course no leeway can be given even to a first-time customer who is not familiar with her location. After all, she is the Queen of No. Prospective customers may also be interested to know something else that I bet Francesca would not want them to know. That is that she illegally posted my photo on her company Instagram page, a photo for which I own the copyright. I had to ask Instagram to take it down, which they promptly did. And I can prove it.

Then over the years they just became thinner and thinner, with a couple weird giant grandpa eyebrow hairs. I have wanted to tattoo my eyebrows for many years but I was reluctant because I had my eyeliner tattooed 25 years ago and it didn't come out perfect. It looked nice but not perfect. Tattoos are forever. I didn't want permanent eyebrows that weren't perfect. So I used pencils and powders and put my eyebrows on. I was at a restaurant one day and a lady sitting near me had beautiful eyebrows. I kept thinking I wish that my eyebrows looked like hers. Even my Mother loved her eyebrows. I told the lady that I loved her brows and she told me that she had them done at Harmony Spa in Pinole. I instantly had a good feeling because my Goddaughter had just had a babygirl named Harmony. I thought wow that's a good sign because I'm a believer of "signs". So I made a appointment for a consultation. When I arrived at Harmony Spa I instantly loved it. Frank greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The spa is very beautiful. I am a retired esthetician myself so I expect spas and salons to be of a high caliber. Harmony Spa checks all the boxes. Then I met Lana. Again instantly I felt at ease with her. She took me into her room and we talked and she did my eyebrows with a pencil in the shape she thought they should be and they were perfect. Then I made an appointment to do it. When I came back to have them done Frank and Lana really make you feel at ease. Lanas spa furniture and equipment are very nice. I was very comfortable during the process. Also Lana uses high quality medical grade numbing medicine so you will not be in pain during the process. Lana makes everything wonderful so you feel very comfortable. When Lana was done I was so happy. My brows are lovely. I am so happy. In fact I was so happy that I made another appointment to have Lana fix my eyeliner and also tattoo my lips. They both came out lovely and perfect. Also my Mother who has no eyebrows got hers done and she also loves Lana and Frank. Every time I see her she says shes so happy to have eyebrows again.
