I have been Sandeep's customer since Jovance back in 2010 and I'm happy to support her business now. I am reluctant to try new services (she finally convinced me to move from wax to threading for my eyebrows) and today I tried 2 new things and I'm quite pleased. I did the lash lift because I hate mascara and hate putting on lashes even more. I trust her enough to try anything she suggests once so I did the lift and head massage with oil. Both services were stellar. Once the lift "potion" (my word for it) was on I had the massage while it did the magic. The head massage was relaxing and I really enjoyed it. The lashes speak for themselves.

I love my results every time I have come in for brow lamination. I have come here since February 2025 and have loved it ever since. They are always fast and do a great job. The price is great too considering I do the lamination, tint and threading. The results last about 6 weeks and I get so many compliments each time I do it. I highly recommend this place and this service. If you want fuller brows, the sleek look and lasting effect- it's perfect!

BE AWARE OF THS PLACE! I came in last Friday to get my eyebrows done since my bday weekend was coming up. Came in around 1 pm and they were not busy so I sat right down. As the girl was doing my eye brows, I felt her thread pieces of my eye area off and she didn't even apologize and I know she knew her mistake because after I felt the pain of her threading my skin off I jolted in pain. After I jolted all she said was "your eye brow hairs are so short" like it was my fault. I knew she saw the fresh areas of skin missing as it was red and bleeding and still no sorry. Instead after she was done she felt the need to put hand sanitizer on my brows where she cut me on both brows so I was stinging after. I used to like coming here but this is not the first time this has happened with no apologies. I understand why clients only want to see the owner when she's working because she has never cut me before but I hope the owner sees this review and photos. If you're getting your brows down here, make sure you know who you are seeing and you had work from them before otherwise they will leave you with cuts. All of my birthday photos shows my scabs from this place did. Never coming here again and going back to getting my brows waxed done.

Decided I wanted to do something with my lashes for my birthday. I found this place on Yelp and it had good reviews. I scheduled my appointment with Sandeep because most of the reviews mentioned how good she was. Nicely decorated shop with quite a lot of people getting services. While I was waiting I decided to get my eyebrows done too. Sandeep is very nice and professional. I felt comfortable with her doing my lashes and eyebrows. I got a lash lift with tint and eyebrows threaded with henna to darken and define them. I was happy with the results and will definitely come back and see Sandeep for more services read more

Sandeep always gets me right! Even though my eyebrows are microbladed she just knows how to make them look extra good. The other threader are good as well but Sandeep knows how I like mine I almost want to undo my microblade because I miss the way my eyebrows use to look when she would shape them! Sandeep is amazing with her work. The downside is her schedule. If she's scheduled 1pm - 7pm she may not get there until 1:30 and then she may be gone before 7pm. If you're going only to see Sandeep, it's best to call and check if she's there first before wasting a trip read more

I came in to get my eyebrows threaded and asked the lady (not sure her name but it's not Sandeep forsure) to clean it up just a bit. However, she made it entirely uneven and my left eyebrow is SIGNIFICANTLY different compared to my right. I'm not even sure how that happened and was in disbelief. I didn't even want to ask to try and fix it because I was afraid I'd have no brow at that point. Also it felt like a very rushed job because there was a slow trickle of clients but people were waiting since there was only that one worker the whole time. I may come back again but I'd like to wait and hope that the next time, it won't be as rushed as I left with one eyebrow looking more off than the other. :( read more

A pleasurable experience! I am aware that they do take walk-ins, but I called about 20 minutes before to see if there was an available time slot for eyebrow threading + lash lift and they even encouraged me to come in early. The shop seemed very tidy and had a relaxing vibe. The threading was quick with minimal pain and the lash lift process only took about 45 minutes. The owner, Sandeep, explained to me step-by-step of what she was doing which made me feel more at ease, as well as going over aftercare instructions and how to make my lashes last. I'm very satisfied with how clean my eyebrows look and how beautiful my lashes turned out. Pricing was fair. $100 for tinting + lash lift (I believe it's $80 without tinting), and $12 for threading which came up to $112 total. I'll definitely be coming back!! read more

First of all, a 50% deposit is required in order to book the appointment. I had no problem with that but didn't realize until after that I had chosen the wrong date due to the date being so small in font. I received a confirmation that showed a date that was further out than I desired and wanted to cancel right away but there was no option to. I responded to the email, calendar invite, and sent a text all stating that I needed to cancel the appointment right away. At this point my appointment should have been cancelled and pending deposit charge should have been cancelled as well. It was not. Instead she responded argumentatively and told me that she would cancel but I had to wait (and so does my deposit) until the following week whenever she was back in salon. While the amount of those funds may seem trivial to some, to others they are not. For me this disconnection and the way it was handled is unprofessional and inconsiderate to the client. Doesn't really make me want to even give the service a chance.

LISTEN!! If there is one business I will review in my town, IT IS THIS ONE! I've been coming here for a few months now so I know this place pretty well I'd say. I used to ONLY get my brows waxed, but then this place opened up so I decided to pop in after school. AND OHHH BOYYY, THAT WAS A DECISION THAT CHANGED MY LIFE! I've had my brows done by almost everyone who works here and I have been satisfied every single time. Sandeep has got to be my favorite though. She always gives me tips on how to grow and maintain my eyebrows. She also remembers my last visits! Due to being waxed so many time, my eyebrows started to lose that natural arch shape because of ladies messing it up. I started coming to the eyebrow bar and I love it!!! After coming here so many times they have helped me grow my hair back to where they can try to fix the damage done from past places. I believe her name is Gita but she is amazing and does a great job and takes her time with me to make sure I get satisfactory. They shaped my eyebrows really nice and left them thick and full. Will definitely come back. Some people say that they used to charge $5 back. But it was really long time ago. They charge more now because it's getting expensive everywhere. They also have to pay their rent and have to pay their employees. How they will survive if they only charge $5 from each customer. Went to get my eyebrows done.. they did a great job perfect place to get your eyebrows done.. they r very nice. I always go to get my eyebrows done there and all the staff is so friendly and nice. They do a great job all the time. Sometimes people get so picky and give bad reviews without any reason on the small things to make them look bad. But they are really nice and provide very nice service all the time. They are very hygienic. They use gloves while doing threading all the time which i like the most. I live in the area and had been looking for a good person to slay these eyebrows. My friends recommended I try I-Brow bar as she used to go to one of the artist while she was over at Jovance. Well what can I say, she was right! Sometimes a bit of a wait due to their popularity but customer service is great and they make sure you don't leave until you are pleased! I Brow Bar is great, I wish I had known about this place earlier. I'm very particular about my eyebrows, I don't just trust anyone and I used to drive quite far to get my eyebrows done. Definitely the best place to get threaded in the east bay, I've been seeing Deep for years and she never disappoints. I get my brows shaped and tinted here once a month and it always turns out perfect! I have thin brows so the tint really makes a difference, I leave the shop with it on and take it off at home about 30 minutes later so I can get the darkest and longest lasting color , I usually don't notice any fading until about 3 weeks later when it's time to go back to the shop for a touch up. read more

When I moved to the East Bay I just assumed I would need to go to Oakland or Berkeley to find a new brow place. But lo and behold! I found this gem like 10 minutes from my house. I am obsessed with Sandeep so I have always gone to her. So good, so precise, so nice and somehow always remembers how I want my brows which is crazy because she has so many clients.
