Also, to save time she added trios rather than singles in some areas. There were literally hard clumps of glue in my lashes and many of my natural lashes fell out as a result. She had an appointment come in one hour after mine and we were done a few minutes later. In my experience with other salons that take their time, it takes at least 90 minutes to do a good job. So disappointed and she wanted $100 for a two week fill!

But she complained over and over about my eye moving as if I could control it. She blamed my eye moving on the reason I had lashes falling out after just a few days. Admittedly it may have had to do with other factors but I believe she shorted me on lashes bc she was over dealing with the moving. I say that bc she filled them in for me when i brought it to her attention and it was much fuller than the initial visit. When I went for this last time I let her know it was frustrating that she keeps mentioning my eye. When the service was over I noticed toward the inner eye area.. the right eye had missing lashes. I told her and she said no no it's fine they are there. I had already given her my card to charge when I noticed it. I wish I would have pressed the issue bc now ever time I look in the mirror I think about leaving this review.

My only intention was simple: to have my blackheads cleaned. I was welcomed by Frank, the spa manager, with genuine warmth and kindness, and then introduced to Lana, the aesthetician. Lana examined my face carefully and then spoke with quiet confidence and care. She assured me that over time, my skin would clear, its tone and texture would improve, and a natural, youthful glow would emerge. I listened, but I did not fully believe what she was offering. Each facial treatment felt like a gift. From Frank's consistent warmth and attentiveness to the rhythm and thoughtful way every step of the facial unfolded, I felt deeply cared for. Still, I never imagined what would come next. After ten treatments, I am amazed each morning when I look in the mirror. My skin has transformed. It is healthy, balanced, and alive with a beautiful glow. It looks like the face of someone at least thirty years younger than me. For the first time in decades, I no longer reach for foundation--it simply no longer feels necessary. Lana's hands carry decades of wisdom. Her years of working, teaching, and educating others are felt in every moment of care. She brings her passion, deep knowledge, discernment, and something that feels like magic to her work. She treats skin not as something to fix, but as something to understand and nurture. Lana's work is exceptional and truly unique. I am deeply grateful for the transformation she has made possible. For many women as we get older our eyebrows become sparser. The hairs just don't come back. I had…read moregreat eyebrows when I was younger. Then over the years they just became thinner and thinner, with a couple weird giant grandpa eyebrow hairs. I have wanted to tattoo my eyebrows for many years but I was reluctant because I had my eyeliner tattooed 25 years ago and it didn't come out perfect. It looked nice but not perfect. Tattoos are forever. I didn't want permanent eyebrows that weren't perfect. So I used pencils and powders and put my eyebrows on. I was at a restaurant one day and a lady sitting near me had beautiful eyebrows. I kept thinking I wish that my eyebrows looked like hers. Even my Mother loved her eyebrows. I told the lady that I loved her brows and she told me that she had them done at Harmony Spa in Pinole. I instantly had a good feeling because my Goddaughter had just had a babygirl named Harmony. I thought wow that's a good sign because I'm a believer of "signs". So I made a appointment for a consultation. When I arrived at Harmony Spa I instantly loved it. Frank greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. The spa is very beautiful. I am a retired esthetician myself so I expect spas and salons to be of a high caliber. Harmony Spa checks all the boxes. Then I met Lana. Again instantly I felt at ease with her. She took me into her room and we talked and she did my eyebrows with a pencil in the shape she thought they should be and they were perfect. Then I made an appointment to do it. When I came back to have them done Frank and Lana really make you feel at ease. Lanas spa furniture and equipment are very nice. I was very comfortable during the process. Also Lana uses high quality medical grade numbing medicine so you will not be in pain during the process. Lana makes everything wonderful so you feel very comfortable. When Lana was done I was so happy. My brows are lovely. I am so happy. In fact I was so happy that I made another appointment to have Lana fix my eyeliner and also tattoo my lips. They both came out lovely and perfect. Also my Mother who has no eyebrows got hers done and she also loves Lana and Frank. Every time I see her she says shes so happy to have eyebrows again. Also I have a lot of keratosis which is from sun damage. Lana did treatments on my keratosis and I am very pleased with the results. Now I finally have someone that I trust to take care of my skin. Yay!!! Lana has many beneficial skin treatments available. If you are looking for someone you can trust Lana is your answer. I am so grateful that I found Lana

She made the whole process so easy, from the bridal trial to the big day, Aubrie maintained excellent communication with me and was always very thorough. During the bridal trial, she made sure to take note of what worked and what she would do different. I have very oily skin so she made sure to come prepared with products that would last all day outdoors. The day of the wedding, she stayed hyping me up and was so patient and calm as the chaos of the wedding day was beginning to set in. It was an absolutely great experience and look forward to trying out her other services. Thank you for helping me feel beautiful on my wedding day, Aubrie!!!
