I scheduled my appointment with Sandeep because most of the reviews mentioned how good she was. Nicely decorated shop with quite a lot of people getting services. While I was waiting I decided to get my eyebrows done too. Sandeep is very nice and professional. I felt comfortable with her doing my lashes and eyebrows. I got a lash lift with tint and eyebrows threaded with henna to darken and define them. I was happy with the results and will definitely come back and see Sandeep for more services

Maya did my Nano brows and I was told that if my brows needed an additional retouch it would be complimentary but now I can't reach anyone to get it! I've reached out twice and sent pictures along with my concerns, but it's been over a week with no response. I'm back to filling in my brows and very disappointed. There were other issues but for the sake of time I'm focusing on the end product. I will reach out a third time, but am appalled at what I thought would be a positive experience. I love that my lashes do not need mascara (unless I'm going for that extra, extra pop) and are so low maintenance. Most recently I've done the lip blushing, which is still healing but so far has healed nicely. I am thrilled with the results and can't wait to see the final product in about 2 months.
