If there is a line/wait, you sign in and just wait your turn, otherwise you just have a seat and the customers usually know who is next to sit down and get serviced. Pricing is comparable to most places in the area. Parking is a lot shared with other stores and a grocery store so it's usually easy to find parking. The only reason I had to park a little away is cause it was close to a holiday, otherwise, always quick and good service coming here.
