I do have a disorder called trichotillomania, which caused me to pulled out my eyelashes for various reasons consciously and unconsciously. Also, to save time she added trios rather than singles in some areas. There were literally hard clumps of glue in my lashes and many of my natural lashes fell out as a result. She had an appointment come in one hour after mine and we were done a few minutes later. In my experience with other salons that take their time, it takes at least 90 minutes to do a good job. It's pleasant enough, clean and the prices are competitive. Pedi included warmed lotion and hot stones (really, not sure why nail salons do the hot stone treatment as I find it underwhelming - but that's my opinion. Others might find it useful). My feet weren't really scrubbed well, but my toes were groomed to perfection. They also use REAL toe separators instead of toilet tissue for the nails to dry (I love gadgets and appreciate when people use the proper tools for the job). I was able to find a color that closely matched my dip color and that made me happy beyond measure. I'd come back here in a pinch and could probably come here regularly if I were looking for a new nail salon.
