I called for a Saturday morning appointment late Friday and was given one right away! When I arrived (15 min. late) the staff accommodated me rather quickly. I presented a difficult design and Trisha went to work! It took a while but she did it. She made sure that I was happy with the product and took her time so it was executed perfectly. I also got my eyebrows brows done and was very happy with them as well. I will be back in the future. I came here and got acrylic over my natural nail and my polish started to chip within a day. I was unhappy with the shape as well so I just wanted my money back. Which i was refused and offered to get a repair instead. So I let them fix, and again nails started to chip super quick. Acrylic cracked. At this point I really wanted my money back because i don't have time to go every week to get them fixed. I asked them to just be removed and before I could even asked for my refund again, they tried to charge me for a removal! Even though they decided not to for whatever reason.... I was still completely shocked and I will be calling my bank to overwrite a refund since I still have no nails after paying and making 2 additional trips. read more

Finally, I found a place for my Pedi and Mani. It was an amazing salon that run by a very nice owner Jessica. I came in for a Gel-Pedi and a Fullset Design. The outcome was incredible and excellent. I had Jessica (owner) to do the design and my Gel-Pedi was done by another amazing staff Jenny. Both Jessica and Jenny are very professional and kind that treated me very well during my services. Ryan has been my go to nail technician for 4 years! I was so happy when I received a call from him when he opened his own salon! I'm so proud of him! He's literally the BEST & NICEST nail technician ever. His shapes are bomb & he listens! Sometime he will throw some add ons because he don't like basic nails lol it's better to do some designs on your nails! His shapes are immaculate. I attempted a walk-in, but they were very busy (even though they don't look it initially), so they scheduled me to come back later in the day. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment, but still had to wait a bit longer (about 15-20mins more) than I was scheduled for, but let me tell you- it was worth the wait!! My artist was Jeni and she did exactly what I asked for. She took her time, and her linework for the designs are so clean! I can't stop staring at my nails. And the price for all that work was actually really reasonable! This is probably one of the most tedious nail requests I've ever done (&I do some crazy stuff usually) so I appreciate the patience, understanding, and effort that she put in to giving me what I wanted. Absolutely recommend. I'm glad I've finally found a trustworthy nail salon I can go to for my needs (I've been hopping around for 4 years since moving here from LA to find the perfect place). 100% will be back! read more

I asked Siri to find Me a 5 star Nail Salon in Richmond and Ryan's Nails was at the top of the list. I called on Wednesday and scheduled My appointment for Friday. Parking wasn't difficult nor was it easy. And I didn't want to park around the corner because that street was SUPER SKETCHY Minh did My nails. She took off the old set and put on a new one. She was super gentle and did EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED HER TO DO. Minh was patient and did not rush Me. Her aunt did My toes and gave Me the deluxe pedicure. It was very nice. One thing though, don't skimp on the hot water when the pedicure bowl turns cold. And maybe have the heat on before customers come so it'll be nice and warm in the building. I'm SUPER ULRA SATISFIED w/ My nails and I will definitely be returning. Before finding Ryan's Nails I would go to a shop in San Leandro. Ryan's Nails put them to shame. They are down to earth and really sweet as well. Ryan effortlessly and without pain executed the nails I wanted. And he even hand painted the snowflake on my ring finger nail. They have stickers but he trumped the stickers, going over and above in the design. And it actually looks like a snowflake, not trying to be a snowflake lol. But I'm certainly going here again. Great place! I didn't catch the name of the woman that did my pedi but she was amazing! She was very attentive, took her time on my feet and was extremely meticulous about the entire process. I got the deluxe (recommend) and my feet were seriously baby smooth! She massaged my legs and feet which was the perfect pressure and length of time. The polish was nice and neat, not sloppy at all. Definitely found a new spot to come to for nails in the area and will be back. Also, they are pretty good with the Covid precautions and have a nice set up inside the salon.
