This is the only place I will ever go! I've been coming here for a long time, and they have never disappointed me. They always do exactly what I ask for, and both of them do an amazing job every single time. They truly care about their clients and always make me feel welcome. I leave happy after every visit and have never been unsatisfied. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service. Thank you for always being the best! read more

Ryan’s Nails - Love my new nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Richmond, California

I called for a Saturday morning appointment late Friday and was given one right away! When I arrived (15 min. late) the staff accommodated me rather quickly. I presented a difficult design and Trisha went to work! It took a while but she did it. She made sure that I was happy with the product and took her time so it was executed perfectly. I also got my eyebrows brows done and was very happy with them as well. I will be back in the future. I do hope to be out a bit faster although I appreciated the workmanship and attention to detail. read more

I came here and got acrylic over my natural nail and my polish started to chip within a day. I was unhappy with the shape as well so I just wanted my money back. Which i was refused and offered to get a repair instead. So I let them fix, and again nails started to chip super quick. Acrylic cracked. At this point I really wanted my money back because i don't have time to go every week to get them fixed. I asked them to just be removed and before I could even asked for my refund again, they tried to charge me for a removal! Even though they decided not to for whatever reason.... I was still completely shocked and I will be calling my bank to overwrite a refund since I still have no nails after paying and making 2 additional trips. read more

Ryan has been my go to nail technician for 4 years! I was so happy when I received a call from him when he opened his own salon! I'm so proud of him! He's literally the BEST & NICEST nail technician ever. His shapes are bomb & he listens! Sometime he will throw some add ons because he don't like basic nails lol it's better to do some designs on your nails! His shapes are immaculate. Location isn't bad it's always parking even tho it's next to a liquor store, Minh is the other lady that works with Ryan and she's also really good! They're good people! I would def recommend this place! 5 stars on customer service! read more

Finally, I found a place for my Pedi and Mani. It was an amazing salon that run by a very nice owner Jessica. I came in for a Gel-Pedi and a Fullset Design. The outcome was incredible and excellent. I had Jessica (owner) to do the design and my Gel-Pedi was done by another amazing staff Jenny. Both Jessica and Jenny are very professional and kind that treated me very well during my services. I am highly recommend this place to everyone especially with design. And the price is affordable too. read more

I'll take my review all the way back! I went in on Friday and started feeling sick on Sunday. I strongly think I got Covid here. The women is who doing my nails was coughing up a storm a a clearing her throat. I felt so uncomfortable and something in my heart told me something wasn't right. This could be prevented if you're sick, stay home and don't be in public. Never again. Never again. Please take care of yourself y'all. read more

came in without an appointment & they took me in quickly since it was slow, i showed Jessica a picture of the design I had in mind for my nails & she got straight to work! Ryan’s Nails - my new nails! - Nail Salons Near Me - Richmond, California

I asked Siri to find Me a 5 star Nail Salon in Richmond and Ryan's Nails was at the top of the list. I called on Wednesday and scheduled My appointment for Friday. Parking wasn't difficult nor was it easy. And I didn't want to park around the corner because that street was SUPER SKETCHY Minh did My nails. She took off the old set and put on a new one. She was super gentle and did EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED HER TO DO. Minh was patient and did not rush Me. Her aunt did My toes and gave Me the deluxe pedicure. It was very nice. One thing though, don't skimp on the hot water when the pedicure bowl turns cold. And maybe have the heat on before customers come so it'll be nice and warm in the building. I'm SUPER ULRA SATISFIED w/ My nails and I will definitely be returning. Before finding Ryan's Nails I would go to a shop in San Leandro. Ryan's Nails put them to shame. Long curved nails that look like T-Rex talons are out of style. How Minh & Ryan do them are the NEW NEW. Book your appointment today! read more

I attempted a walk-in, but they were very busy (even though they don't look it initially), so they scheduled me to come back later in the day. I arrived about 10 minutes early for my appointment, but still had to wait a bit longer (about 15-20mins more) than I was scheduled for, but let me tell you- it was worth the wait!! My artist was Jeni and she did exactly what I asked for. She took her time, and her linework for the designs are so clean! I can't stop staring at my nails. And the price for all that work was actually really reasonable! This is probably one of the most tedious nail requests I've ever done (&I do some crazy stuff usually) so I appreciate the patience, understanding, and effort that she put in to giving me what I wanted. Absolutely recommend. I'm glad I've finally found a trustworthy nail salon I can go to for my needs (I've been hopping around for 4 years since moving here from LA to find the perfect place). 100% will be back! read more

Best acrylics. High quality and natural looking. Their gel painting is fabulous too. I get compliments all the time.

I am almost hesitant to post this one, lest this place be "discovered." Lol! This is my new regular Salon. They do amazing jobs on my nails, especially Minh. The Spa Pedicure is incredible! So is the job Minh does on my brows. For nails and toes, they do gel, powder, acrylic, everything. Ryan does need to get his wall heater fixed by calling PG+E, as it can be a bit chilly at times. Other than that both he and the whole staff do an amazing job! Thanks, guys, I love you all!!! read more

Amazing experience with John. Will be making another appointment. Friendly staff, clean and timely

The shop is still open!! Last time I went in was a few months ago since I thought it had closed down but nope! I believe it may be under new staff but they are amazing! I went in for a deluxe pedicure and I liked the fact that it wasn't rushed and they took their time with the massage which is the best part, thank you! read more

My first time here as I've recently moved here to the bay from sac and have been trying to find "that nail tech" who can tend to me beauties. Omgsh Ryan and Mien were amazing!! They are down to earth and really sweet as well. Ryan effortlessly and without pain executed the nails I wanted. And he even hand painted the snowflake on my ring finger nail. They have stickers but he trumped the stickers, going over and above in the design. And it actually looks like a snowflake, not trying to be a snowflake lol. But I'm certainly going here again. They are very polished (no pun intended ) in their work and are committed to producing excellent results. As a customer , you can't ask for more because they bring it! Go here and you won't be disappointed. read more

Went to get my nails done recently and was the worst experience. The actual nails came out okay but the lady doing my nails was EXTREMELY rude. She was not only rushing but when I asked if she can make my nails a little thinner she looked at me visibly annoyed and scoffs, and continues to rush my work. Overpriced for some mid work. Never coming back there's way better salons in the area. 0 STARS!!!!! read more

Terrible. I text pictures of what I was looking for and he confirmed he was able to do the chrome design. I arrive to the nail salon and he informs me that he does not have the chrome color I needed. Great place! I didn't catch the name of the woman that did my pedi but she was amazing! She was very attentive, took her time on my feet and was extremely meticulous about the entire process. I got the deluxe (recommend) and my feet were seriously baby smooth! She massaged my legs and feet which was the perfect pressure and length of time. The polish was nice and neat, not sloppy at all. Definitely found a new spot to come to for nails in the area and will be back. Also, they are pretty good with the Covid precautions and have a nice set up inside the salon. Overall I enjoyed my experience with this nail salon and recommend to give it a try. read more

Went in as a walk in, mind you asked if They had time to do a fill in a pedicure I was told yes sat down in the pedicure chair As they started to remove my gel polish off my toes they asked me what I would like on my nails I told them I would like two colors, after removing the polish and gel off my toes they tell me they don't have time to do two colors on one nail. It's not a problem that they may have not had time but the fact that they waited until they started the service to tell me. Very unprofessional and quite upsetting.
