I use to go get my eyebrows done regularly at a Salon but since my regular threader that does my brows left on maternity leave for a couple months I got desperate and came upon this place while shopping inside the ghetto mall. It took her a few times to get my eyebrows right but she almost came close to how I use to get it. It was not until yesterday she actually perfected it the way I been wanting it since I moved from Vegas. She accomplished the high arch that i want that no other threader could do other than my favorite one in Vegas... Deep was my technician. I was quickly greeted and brought to a chair for service. She was very quick threading my eyebrows and lip and the results were perfect for me! I REALLY want to like this place. I was pretty much sold until the third visit. The first and third I went there Sonia was the threader, and I didn't catch the name of the women who was there the second time but she did a particularly outstanding job. Nitty gritty: $10 for eyebrows and cash only. What I loved about the first two visits is that my eyebrows looked very level and nearly identical. The last visit my eyebrows looked unlevel and I was getting a pretty hard sell on eyebrow makeup (directed at someone who very rarely wears makeup, period). Sonia was insistent on trying it on me, and when she held up the mirror I know there was no way to hide the horror of how much of a drag queen it looked like. (Not that drag queens are wrong, but pretty much the opposite of my minimalist ways). I was going to run a few more errands but had to head straight home to scrub the junk off my already sore face. Also weird on the third visit is skin around my right eye was blotchy afterward, causing me to implement some drag queen style foundation when I went out that night. Blah. Sonia's preschool-age son is also there and running around while she works. The first time I went when they just opened he was even poking my leg during some of the procedure, but I think he has improved since. Honestly, it doesn't bother me as I know how much childcare is, but don't come in expecting a quiet, tranquil spa environment! read more

First things first the lady was too concerned if the gentlemen who accompanied me was Indian and if he was Muslim, I guess because I'm African American and he wasn't. Secondly she wanted to know if I was a Muslima, WHY! She also asked my fiancé where he was from and why he didn't understand the language. After she finished his eyebrows she worked on mines and while my fiancé watched her do my brows, she started to talk to him in another language. I told her speak English to him. She told me to not get mad, because it's their language. But when I told you he was my fiancé, and not my friend you shouldn't have disrespected me and talked to my man, without me understanding you. Why do you care where he's from, none of your business. He's from New York, WHY!!!!!!!! I found that to be rude and disrespectful. You loss a customer! I don't know your culture, but in America that is rude as hell. The next time another woman may really tell you off. My service provider's name was Deep and her energy was very welcoming and positive. Her work was very accurate and she left my eyebrows looking clean and sharp. Before I start my review I would like to say that I have been coming to this place for almost 4 years before they even had a store and we customers sat in the middle of the mall. I would travel across town to get my eye brows threaded by Amora at EZ eyebrows ..So this review is not written lightly or out of spite but rather disappointment ... Today I went to get my eye brows done as always .. With her(Amora) I never have to consult or explain my needs for my eye brows because she recognizes me and had always done a good job. But today she completely messed them up. And then she blamed me for my own eyebrows. ! She had an attitude and instead of helping resolve the problem she said it was my fault. She is the one who threaded my eyebrows for Gods sake! There was no apology or concern. In fact she had an I don't care attitude. To me this is unacceptable, customer service is huge for me especially as a customer who has spent thousands of dollars here over the last 5 years. Any advice for those who are looking to come here please beware that you will not be valued or appreciated. Your eyebrows which are on YOUR FACE will be in the hands of someone who does not care whether you walk out with uneven brows.. You Will be treated like a a fast food restaurant get in and get out... I must admit she has kept her prices at the same price for the entire time that I have come here but I would rather pay more than to have someone half do my eyebrows because she is having a bad day. So i have been looking for someone to do my eyebrows for 2 years now and every time I would go in somewhere they just weren't right and by the way I was getting my eyebrows waxed and had no idea waxing was not good for the browse until I walked in EZ Brow and learned that information. Thank you Deep! I'll finish my story, lol so they were not growing and by the way I have a really thick eyebrows so I knew there was something wrong it was the waxing, they were taking too much off each time I went, no matter if I would let them grow out and go in with them bushy they would not come out The way I had been used to them looking all my life. So then I stopped getting them done and I started plucking them myself just the little hair at the bottom and that wasn't working either because they have no shape to them. So I stoped doing that and let them start growing out again until I found someone else. I was so disappointed in my eyebrows because I had never had a problem like this before. The one person that I had been going to was not doing them right because she was taking too much off each time I went seem like they were getting thinner and thinner but again they were waxing. & then in the midst of them taking too much off it seem like they just stop growing. So I started letting them grow out again for like the third or fourth time. So one day I was at the gym in hilltop Mall and needed my brows done again really bad I was going to a surprise birthday party that evening and I wanted my eyebrows to be nice with my make up. I started walking around the mall looking for someone and I saw EZ Brow and they did threading so I decided I would do threading again. Threading has always been great for me because I use to get it when I lived in Los Angeles but when I came up here I couldn't find anyone who could do threading that's how I ended up waxing. So I walk into EZ Brow and I explain my issue to the one girl that was in there her name is Deep and she was amazing just like the girl that I had in LA~ I almost started crying that's how beautiful my eyebrows were ... AMAZING!!! So now she is the only one who will be doing my eyebrows. I had finally found someone after two years of looking. I give Deep five she is the answer to my brow prayers! I have been here a few times. They always do a good job and the wait is never too long. I got my eyebrows done (11.00) and they look good. I did notice one side is a little longer but I don't think people would be able to tell. Word of caution. If you have sensitive skin (I do), I would not get your forehead done. I did the week before my wedding and broke out (I saw on the internet this is common with sensitive skin and threading). I'll never get my forehead done but will continue to get my eyebrows done. Although I would rather wax, I can no longer do this as my skin now burns when I use it. read more

I have been going here for years and will never go anywhere else! I have never had an issue here like other places that over thin your eyebrows or make them uneven. I always leave with great eyebrows every time. Both Deep and Annopa (sp?) are so friendly and beyond professional. I can never get there at the same time/day so I have had my eyebrows and lip done by both women several times and it's always great. I don't even check the mirror anymore when I leave. I went to this place a few months ago to thread my eyebrows and will never go back again! I don't know the name of the lady that threaded my eyebrows but she jacked up my eyelid! While she was doing her thang she caught some of my eyelid in the thread, pulled the skin and it began to bleed. Since the skin did not come off completely I now have this long skin tag hanging off my eyelid! Now I have to see a dermatologist to have this thing removed! Thank you lady! read more

Just a tad bit pricier than my typical eyebrow threading price range, especially with a price range from $7 and now paying $11.50 (not including tip) but you get what you pay for and the owner of this place whom is usually ALWAYS there does a PERFECT job at shaping the eye brow's each time i go here, so I don't mind the price $5 price jump. I come here all the time, and usually there is this older lady that would make my eyebrows look amazing. Anyways these last few times i've came there has been another lady doing them, a lot younger she has to be new because i had never seen her before. This last time she threaded my eyebrows so fast I was surprised to be done so soon. One was a lot thinner then the other, and one longer then the other. I hate it because now I have to shade them in to make them look even. I don't know if I will be returning i'm not the type of person to complain I just told her they looked fine and was out of her way before she messed them up more. read more

Let me start by saying that I used to come here regularly. This review is not based on a one-time experience. This place used to be the perfect place to get your brows cleaned up for a reasonable price ($11). I had the same threader each time I came here. Then, as years passed, I guess they decided to hire more people. A few days ago, I met the youngest threader I've seen working here. She seemed friendly enough. I asked for her to fix my arches and to KEEP MY EYEBROWS AS THICK AS POSSIBLE. She reassured me not to worry, so I didn't. Until I looked in the mirror to see that half of my eyebrows had been threaded off. I had grown out bushy eyebrows for months to let this lady take off more than what I started with. My eyebrows have never been this thin in my entire life. I am sad that just a good business has been spoiled with incompetent employees. For now, I'll stick with Jovance down the street for consistent results at a cheaper price. read more

First threading experience... Loved it! Great deal, $16 for lip and brows, and she even ventured to some of my chin just to even it all out at no charge. I grabbed some of her Lisette eyebrow makeup; I butchered a brow recently while tweezing and haven't found the remedy - until today! The makeup wasn't cheap, $30 for a kit, but it works perfectly and the included stencils are great!
