I live in San Francisco and have had my fair share of Korean food and this was one of my favorite Korean restaurants I've been to. Authentic and freakin delicious. I got the Korean BBQ Beef short ribs (L.A. Galbi) and WOW the marinade/seasoning was excellent and they were cooked to absolute perfection. Also a MASSIVE portion but it was so good I had to eat it all. One of the banchan (sides) was a pickled radish and it was absolutely addicting. I had to ask for more and honestly would've bought a jar to take home. The Korean fried chicken wings were also delicious. This place made me so happy! I was raving about the food and got to meet the chef who came out to talk to another party and she was absolutely lovely and cooked her meals with so much love, you could really taste it. Got into Jackson late last night and was looking for something fast and tasty to-go for dinner. Husband picked up the chicken noodle stir fry and beef bibimbap. When reading the menu, the prices seem a little steep, however the portion sizes were borderline Cheesecake Factory (but I promise, that's where any CF references come into play. The food was delicious. Everything tasted super fresh and meat quality was superb. The noodles definitely tasted handmade and had such a nice al dente chew to them. Excellent find in Jackson! The value for the lunch meal cannot be beat the quality of the food was amazing. We got several bowls, a bento box, and wings and were pleased with everything from serving size to taste. The favorite of the table was definitely the spicy pork and the wings. The service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was all friendly and courteous. Wish we had found this earlier on our trip because we would've come back. We came from NYC to Jackson WY for vacation, we stayed in Yellowstone for 3days and drive south to Jackson for 3 more days. After rafting we are super hungry and we want some hot soup and hot noodle soup to warm up and we saw BAPP show up on Yelp with pretty good reviews so we want to give it a try. NYC have many many options of authentic Korean restaurants so when we walked in we didn't have very high expectations but the restaurant does smell really good of the Koran broth. I ordered seafood broth with beef and udon, my husband ordered soft tofu stews. OMG!!!! They are authentic and super delicious . The portions are good. We both finished everything we ordered. Went to this restaurant for boba tea. Stood in a line out the door for over 30 mins, before learning of a drive thru. Went to the window, and was then refused because they were "too busy" and was told to call. We went to dinner somewhere else.. and continued to call for over an hour! No answer! I should have given up then, but no, giving it one more chance, walked back in at 15 mins before closing for a drink, and was refused! After complaining, they reluctantly made our teas, though the flavor we wanted was "sold out". $40 later for 4 teas.. they were not great. The cup was 1/4 empty, and the tea was not sweet, after asking for extra sweet and being told it would be really sweet. However after all this, I went back again.. and told them about our not great experience and the staff was super apologetic and made it right. When I think of Jackson Wyoming I don't think of DELICIOUS Korean food. My mother is Korean and I grew up eating Korean food. With that being said this food was excellent and authentic. We had the "potstickers" (Mandu) first. This was our least favorite as it was overly hard and crunchy but the flavor was nice. I got the jjampong and this by far is the BEST I've ever had. Fresh garlic, delicious seafood, and perfectly cooked udon noodles. Every bite was cooked to perfection despite having several types of different seafood. My partner for the kalbi and it was also perfect. Large portion, perfectly tender meat, and adequate seasoning without it being overwhelmingly sweet or salty. The purple rice was super well cooked and soft. The sides were perfect and all the best sides. Pickled cucumber and radish, broccolini, and perfectly aged Kimchi. Everything came together perfectly and I'll be searching for a jjampong even somewhat as good as the one they have at Bapp! Omg. We got the galbi combo with rice and sides and it was AMAZINGGGGG. There isn't indoor seating and it was really cold outside, so it was a bit inconvenient. We were just stopped by on our way out of town and wanted to sit down for dinner. BUT when I took a bite of the galbi... I was so happy, I didnt even care that we had to sit in the car. Lol. All the sides were delicious! I got a Thai tea with boba. The drink was good but I wouldn't recommend the boba. It was hard on the inside and mushy on the outside. You can tell it wasn't fresh... but we came later in the day so that's probably why. I wouldn't serve boba that isn't fresh.. Oof I really wanted to like this place. I ordered their non hot pot bibbambap with beef (a really classic Korean dish that I've had at least 50 places in my life) and it was just really not good. The beef was ground beef made into patty like crumbles that had an off taste to it, not the ginger I was promised. Bimbambap comes with a sweet spicy traditional sauce and the sauce here was bitter and not sweet at all. It was twenty bucks so I really forced myself to eat all the veggies but I have this questionable after taste in my mouth. So if you have had Korean food on a coastal city, you will be extremely disappointed here. Plus side, the veggies seemed fresh. And the waiters were nice. read more

The ginger wasn't too overpowering and I thought that the portions were pretty good for the price. The Thai tea was decent as well, sweet but not too sweet. I went on a roadtrip last week to visit Yellowstone and during my 2 days at, Jackson, Wyoming, Bapp was my dinner for both nights and I regret nothing. This Korean food was so delicious and was the perfect meal to end the night. I got the regular tofu bibimbap with avocado and the box of food was pretty big i feel like it could honestly feed two people. However, after a long day of traveling and doing so much sightseeing, I devoured the entire box like nothing . The bibimap was so good but the tofu really stood out in this meal. The tofu had a nice crunch and chew to it but the flavor of it was absolutely divine. It was solely take out so we had to pull to the drive through window and make the transaction there. The potsticker soup is very good! My sister got the ginger honey tea and loved it so much she ordered a cup to go. They were accommodating to her food allergies with quite a few alternative options. Our server was excellent too. He helped us understand what everything was and the difference between the bowls. The restaurant was clean and simple and modern. It was a wonderful reprieve from the camping food we had been eating before that, and a nice stop in Jackson. We went to this restaurant since it has not too bad reviews and we tried the take out a couple years ago and it was decent. We are in a large group, and we ordered in the cashier and we paired the mandatory gratuity as mentioned in a tiny line on the menu. It would have been totally fine if the guy working there didn't throw the table almost to my feet when we asked whether we can sit together. Of course he refused to help first and then he said: fine, but I don't usually serve people, which I politely asked if he agrees we can do it by ourselves. We just would like to sit together and there were no body then. I talked to my husband about I was surprised about his attitude and wonder what did we do to piss him, and he turned around and almost yelled at me with eyes open wide and threatening in it. I was like, wow! If we are not here with a group of friend, and we are supposed to have a great night hanging out, I would leave. My friends were all shocked about his attitude and all agreed that this basically killed our appetite. Just feed the kids and we wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. The food is not bad, almost as good as McDonald but McDonald has much better hard working and pleasant and polite folks. Well, good news is that this is the only bad meal I have had the entire trip in Jackson. Hopefully it was just that one moment he is rude to his customer. Well, last time we ever go there and I would not recommend anyone there again and luckily Jackson has so many amazing restaurants!
