The concrete looks flawless, and aesthetically pleasing. The team was efficient, timely, and left the work site clean. The finished product is genuinely a 10/10, the design, layout, attention to detail, and overall quality of the work exceeded our expectations. What impressed us just as much as the final result was the entire experience getting there. Ronnie met with me numerous times to walk through details, answer questions, make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, and accommodate plenty of little changes along the way without ever making it feel like a burden. His communication and flexibility were incredible. His crew was equally impressive, professional, respectful, hardworking, and clearly takes a ton of pride in what they do. They were even able to start earlier than originally planned and finished ahead of schedule, which was a huge help for us during an already hectic home build. Ronnie also went above and beyond in ways he absolutely did not have to, including a very thoughtful gift for my wife and me at the end of the project. That kind of personal touch says a lot about the way he runs his business and treats his customers. We've worked with a lot of different contractors throughout our build, and Ronnie and his team truly stand out. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the service was exceptional, and the entire process could not have gone better. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering pavers or a driveway project. Thank you Ronnie and the entire crew, you guys absolutely crushed it!

Noe Pablo was the most thorough in messaging through the Yelp app, so my husband and I chose him. I had 2 medium-sized fruit trees I needed to transfer from my parent's home in Southeast San Diego to mine in North County. I took pictures and he gave us a very reasonable price. We also decided to also add another service to take out our palm tree. There were a couple of mishaps such as: The day he was scheduled to take out the palm tree, he was a no-show and my husband had to call him an hour after he was supposed to arrive. Then, the day after that incident, was the fruit tree transfer. He and his team forgot to bring their dolly. Thank goodness my Dad had one so they borrowed it, but now we have the burden in taking it back. Despite these mishaps, Noe was very knowledgeable and professional in his mannerisms. The day of the fruit tree transfer, he and his team arrived in a timely manner, was efficient and did a great job overall. We were very pleased and will definitely use him again if we have another project.

I am posting this update as a severe safety warning to anyone considering Installing Direct. Since…read moremy initial review, a catastrophic and life-threatening incident has occurred. The fire pit installed by this company exploded into my girlfriend's face. We had an independent professional company come out to inspect the unit and the gas line. Their findings were shocking: the gas connection was completely loose. This negligence allowed gas to build up inside the fire pit structure, which caused it to explode upon ignition. Because of the physical injuries sustained and the absolute gross negligence regarding a gas installation, we are now taking this company to litigation. If you value the safety of your home and your family, stay far away from this business. A "loose connection" on a gas line is not just a mistake--it is a deadly hazard. We are currently in the process of legal action to hold them accountable for the damage and trauma they have caused. Zero stars. Avoid at all costs.

Our property is unusually challenging, with a large slope, multiple elevations, drainage, retaining walls, access, patios, and future landscaping all needing to work together. Greg's background as a landscape architect and his technical expertise really show in the level of thought and detail he brings to the project. His CAD drawings are meticulous, and he has an impressive ability to think several steps ahead, understand how one design decision affects everything else, and carefully plan the grading, elevations, drainage, walls, stairs, access, and landscaping as one cohesive design. Just as importantly, he has a great eye for beauty and has found ways to make a very technical project look natural and attractive. Greg has also been patient and thoughtful as our priorities and budget have evolved, continually refining the design while preserving the elements that matter most to us. Tony's 3D renderings have been very helpful in allowing us to visualize Greg's plans and see how the different levels and features will come together. We're nearing the end of the design phase and are excited to move forward with Western Pavers. We greatly appreciate the care, expertise, and attention to detail Greg has brought to our project and highly recommend him and the team.
