    When I walked in Saturday September 14, the tattooed lady in the front was pretty rude and unfriendly. Jenn was a great radiology tech and the guy who put in my IV line was great as well. He did not leave me with any bruises where he put in my line. Both Jenn and he were very personable and friendly. My wife waited for me in the front waiting room and told me the admissions person was rude to other patients as well. She was playing with her phone and it seemed like when patients came in they were disturbing her. Otherwise it would have been a 5 star experience.

    What a pleasant experience. Quick check in process. Friendly and efficient movements between tests. Sam was great for the ultra sound. Nice and private wait areas for the gowned peeps. Clean and tidy. Parking busy but reserved spots for Banner. Very helpful.

    This place needs some serious help with their scheduling teams & the clinic techs. I was told I had…read morean appointment setup a week in advance. Two nights before that appointment I got a e-mail stating the location already approved didn't do the imaging my doctor submitted and I'd be contacted the next day to reschedule. Next day came... no communication. I had to call, only to get an agent who was so difficult to understand. I can only assume it was an off shore call center. There was so much background noise it was really difficult to understand, plus this agent seemed to struggle to find the right location that had the proper equipment for my test. We finally got that situated and an appointment was set for the following week. In the meantime I already had a heart stress test with contrast the day before the new Simon Med appointment was set. So my right arm was inserted with a IV durning my stress test. The technician at the heart clinic did a great job handling the insertion and removal of the IV. So next day I go to my Simon Med appointment, and I got in no issues, timing was pretty good and close to the pre-determined appointment. When I got to the room, I told the technician I had had the IV the previous day and to please use the other arm to insert the IV they were using for the contrast test. She looked at my other arm and claimed she couldn't find a vein? Now I'm not a nurse technician, but I'm pretty sure there are several places a IV can be inserted. After about 5 minutes of thumping on my left arm she said I can't find a vein so I'm going to the arm that just got a IV the day before at the heart doctor. So she stuckme in the same arm nearly the same spot from the day before.... Result, I got a huge bruise and it was really uncomfortable.

Marianna was so rude when I was trying to reschedule. I will avoid this location at all cost. This isn't my first negative experience with this location. Simonmed needs to do better when hiring staff.

The waiting room is pristine and spacious with comfortable seating. The entire process is personable and professional. The changing rooms provide the appropriate privacy and are equipped with deodorant and wipes. As expected lockers are available to store your personal belongings. The lockers themselves are generous in size but what makes them unique are the celebrity names you can choose from. This is a nice whimsical touch and you will definitely not forget which locker is yours! Online booking is available but I appreciate the option to book my next years appointment upon check out and results are generally received within a few short days. I live in Mesa so the facility is not necessarily convenient to where I live but it's definitely worth the trip over.

Also, I thought it was rude that they were speaking Spanish to one another, while those of us who may not know Spanish sit a listen. At that time they were not helping a patient with Spanish, they were speaking to one another. Then once I was called they had the wrong insurance for me and wrong doctor. When I finally expressed that I needed to leave without the MRI because I had to go to work, they called me. The tech was very nice and professional. Besides the tech I would not recommend going to them. Go to EVDI instead.

I can deal with that, but the billing department is the worst I have ever come across. They require you to pay an amount that they have come up with up front. After my insurance paid their portion, I had a refund due. I have been calling since April asking for my money. I get voicemail or it says the voicemail is full. I spoke to the supposed supervisor and was just told that he would add it to his to do list as well with no anticipation of when I would get my money. He just made excuses for the person handling the checking cutting. I will never go to this place again!
