I've been several times and the service is great. They have the best banh mi in the area. They bake their own bread so it's always fresh! In fact, there was one time my cousin and I were so excited, we waited around for about 45 minutes for the fresh bread and they were kind enough to give us some egg rolls for our patience. This place is amazing, so are the people! We gave been going since bot long after they opened (pre pandemic). Was one of the places I was sad to not be able to eat at during our lock down. However they hands down have the best packaging for to go orders! Most pho places it is 2 Styrofoam containers. This place us a plastic bowl with a lid that has the goodies, and a Styrofoam container with broth to pour over. Looooove this! No dirty dishes! Which let's face it during the lock down we all got sick of the never ending cooking and cleaning, then being hit over the head with laundry after. Also the sandwiches from here are perfect! Reasonable price and exactly what you expect for the baguette, meat, and veg. And if you are feeling adventurous they have little cups of pho broth you can dip into. Bit messy, but delicious! The people who run this place are on top of everything! Super clean restaurant, bright, and friendly staff. Gave this place another try. This time adding and paying for extra meat for $1. It seems like the amount of meat you get after the extra cost should be the perfect amount on regular orders without the add on. The last review response from the owner, "Ppl complain/provide feedback that there's TOO MUCH meat.." I'm sure people would rather have "too much" meat than little amounts of meat (which is what you get with regular non extra add on orders..) I requested extra pate but to be honest I don't even think they put any on my sandwich except for mayo. read more

This is probably my favorite viet spot in mill creek. Staff is super nice and had plenty of recommendations. Was offered to add an egg to my banh mi and it was delicious! I ordered from here last night and was very disappointed. When I opened the bag there was a long black hair on top of my food. Was willing to look past it since all the food was contained but the fried rice lacked flavor. My bang mi was missing pate, Mayo, cilantro and jalapeños. Also, I didn't get the extra side of peanut sauce I requested. When I called the business today they told me there isn't pate on the bahn mi and the Mayo was probably light...the bun was dry dry. This is the best Pho in bothell hands down! The broth is incredible and huge portions. They do not skimp on the meat- almost too much meat! We split a Banh Mi as well and was a top notch sandwich (and only 6.95 for a big sandwich). Only downside is it's order at counter and no alcohol. read more

This place is centrally located within a large business park where I work. I was hoping to be blown away because of the convenience for future visits. Alas, it was just so-so. The portions were very small and the amount of meat in my Banh Mi was very stingy. Maybe 3 very small pieces of pork in a $5 sandwich. Their fresh rolls weren't much larger either. You get 1.5 pieces of shrimp in each roll and not much else. For the price, I think I prefer What the Pho across the freeway. read more

Customer service is absolutely excellent here. We dropped in close to closing and the owner was unbelievably nice and accommodating to us. Although the prices are a bit on the steeper side, the quantity and quality are worth it. The pho broth was flavorful and hot (but not scalding!) And the meat was tender. This location is hidden amongst commercial corporations deep in bothell but the food is second to none. I got a pork banh mi sandwich and the steak/brisket pho bowl. The bread on the banh mi was the right amount of crunchy so that the contents of the sandwich were playful in your mouth but not so much that the sandwich crumbles in your hand. Dipping it in the broth of the pho was delectable, I mixed the broth with sriracha and hoisin sauce. Everything in the pho bowl was amazing, the broth was rich and full of flavor. It's a short distance to UW Bothell where I am a student so it's a great food option on a campus that has very limited options. Will keep this in mind for next time. read more

Location is perfect for all the people that works in the area. You can tell their target customers are for the corp employees. First thing I noticed when I walked in was a horrible awkward pee smell, which is where the 1 star was knocked off. It smelled like a bad urine bathroom odor. But their bathroom was completely fine. The smell came from the dining room. I almost left, after a while the smell fainted a bit so we ordered the food. Prices are ok. Not too expensive. We tried the pho large #5 $10, it wasnt that big and there wasn't much meat but the flavors of the soup were great. When it comes to pho. It's all about the broth. The beef rice vermicelli noodle salad was also quite delish, the meat was tender and well marinated. Spring rolls were just ok, nothing too special. I tried the ham banh mi sandwich $5, there wasnt enough meat in the sandwich but the bread was crispy and good, not hard. The vietnamese coffee was bitter but we asked for more condensed milk and it was much better. Hopefully the smell is a one time thing, as I wanna come back and try a few other dishes. read more
