The soups now have only one serving size for $9, when it used to be $6 for a regular and $9 for a large. This used to be the Thai restaurant to go to here in Forest Hills. Went here on a date night on Cinco de Mayo, the place was pretty empty, ourselves and two other tables at 7pm. There was 1 waitress, one bartender/mgr (maybe) and the cooking staff in the back. The waitress seated us and then about 7 minutes later brought us the Happy Hour menu (drinks only) with only 12 minutes before that ended. We ordered two mojitos and two lychee martinis. I also got to try their red curry which isn't too bad as well. It had a nice kick to it and def went really well with rice. Staff is also very accommodating. It's generally crowed in the evenings and weekends. Not sure about the lunch crowd since I don't work in the area . The staff are friendly . It's one of the best overall rated restaurants on UberEats if that matters to you . The Drunken Noodles are excellent here . You can make them spicy - mild . There's a seafood soup that I've had in the restaurant that is amazing but don't see if on the take out menus as it's fairly expensive . Try it if you're in the restaurant . Stopped by on a Monday evening and it was pretty empty around 6:30pm. The appetizers were delightful. The chives had a crispy crunch on the outside and a mochi filling on the inside - the chives weren't too pungent, and the flavor was just right. The curry puffs were probably the best one I've had. Every time I visit my grandma in Forest Hills, I make a point to stop by Bangkok Cuisine. The restaurant is conveniently located on Restaurant Row, and is right near the Subway stop. I suggest going for lunch, as they have a great lunch special! As far as I know, the lunch portions are just as big and are discounted a few dollars. The restaurant is a pretty casual spot, with bright colors and a nice ambiance. My absolute favorite is the Massaman curry, but you can't go wrong with any of the curry entrees or noodle dishes.
