Tucked away in Forest Hills is a Thai place you won't want to miss! I came here recently and absolutely loved everything from the atmosphere to the food. It's a small space but can be perfect for groups. My manager and I got the Pad Sew Ew and Duck as well as the Pineapple Fried Rice which were all so delicious. Staff were friendly and you'll feel right at home. Check this place out if you're nearby and want to spice up your Thai place itinerary!

Cute place despite it being freezing inside. Service was on point. Water glass was never empty. I feel bad, maybe I ordered wrong with the spicy eggplant with tofu. I found the food very mid. The eggplant was somehow both over cooked and rock hard. Also it was not spicy in the least. My fiance had the chicken pad Thai and he liked it. We tried the appetizer sampler and it was decent. I didn't find anything to rave about. Might try this place again, but time wil tell.

Be careful to NOT double tip - if you see the suggested gratitude total vs the original total, you would essentially double tip 18%

Been coming here for years, before the multiple renovations, but this time might be the last. Prices keep going up per dish. The soups now have only one serving size for $9, when it used to be $6 for a regular and $9 for a large. This used to be the Thai restaurant to go to here in Forest Hills. While other entrees have also increased in price, the portions and dishes themselves have shrunk, even my daughter noticed! Sure, the atmosphere seems more elegant, but the constant price increases and smaller portion sizes are certainly a real turnoff. The service is okay... one to two waiters on a Monday night. They're attentive but forgettable. When I asked for the check, I was ready to pay, but the waitress quickly turned around and gave some attitude. The BIGGEST negative I must warn all who read this about is to be careful when the bill comes. Whether you're a party of 2 or 6, it doesn't matter, GRATUITY IS INCLUDED!! I'll say that again, GRATUITY IS INCLUDED. DO NOT ADD ANOTHER 18% on top of the 18% they've already included on your bill! I don't know if it's a sneaky tactic or whatnot, but at a quick glance, anyone could unknowingly add ANOTHER "Suggested Gratuity" on top of the one they've already included on your bill (see the photo I've attached). You can see the subtotal + tax + GRATUITY = the total. After you pay with a card or whatnot, the signed receipt leaves space for a tip ON TOP of the total on the first billed receipt. BE CAREFUL, you've been warned! Double-check your bill before you add an ADDITIONAL tip!

$16.00 dollars for this calamari, not even a good quality dish, tasted over fried and disgusting

This place is over charging their customers, food isn't the greatest, customer service sucks, waiters and the owners of this place isn't paying any attention to their customers. What a waste of money and it's a huge disappointment

Bangkok Cuisine just leveled up A fresh renovation gives this longtime Forest Hills favorite a sleek, modern look while keeping that warm, cozy vibe. Service is on point, and the food absolutely delivers. Standouts for me: the duck salad--perfectly savory and full of flavor. The striped bass comes out insanely crispy, and the pork curry is rich, comforting, and seriously satisfying. They've been part of the neighborhood for decades, and this glow-up makes it feel brand new again. If you're looking for a solid Thai spot in Forest Hills, this one's a must-try.

We've dined here often and enjoy the service and food. The atmosphere always includes music and whoever does the play list should get praise as well. This time I had dessert and really enjoyed my first try of the fried ice cream. Sweet and delicious!

Went here on a date night on Cinco de Mayo, the place was pretty empty, ourselves and two other tables at 7pm. There was 1 waitress, one bartender/mgr (maybe) and the cooking staff in the back. The waitress seated us and then about 7 minutes later brought us the Happy Hour menu (drinks only) with only 12 minutes before that ended. We ordered two mojitos and two lychee martinis. Neither one of us liked our drinks, so we cancelled one of the mojitos with the waitress originally trying to state she couldn't because it was already entered (but she quickly realized that was nonsense), I asked for my second martini to made sweeter and it still wasnt good. I had the rack of lamb nothing to write home about, my date had the bangkok duck and loved it!! We also had the multi appetizer dish everything on there was great as well even the dips. We would go back, probably drink before hand or not at all with the understanding that the drinks are not good, and try the place out again.

Our favorite Thai restaurant in Queens. We've been dining here with friends for over 3 years and the food is consistently delicious. Service is very gracious even when in a big group (of 14)! Great cocktails and beer selection too! On our most recent visit my wife and I shared Chicken Satay, with Red Chicken Curry as my main dish, my wife had Whole Sea Bass. Everything was solid. Looking forward to our next visit.

Best: pad see eew Needs improvement: service We tipped 18% Food 3.75/5 Mango salad 3/5 No tart/vinegar (usually present) and it had avocado (usually not present) Papaya salad 3/5 No tart/vinegar or that fresh crunch Pad See Eew with shrimp 5/5 Chinese broccoli was crunchy but not raw The shrimp was tender The noodles were extremely flavored and you can tell they fried it for a long time because of the "wok air" Green curry with tofu 2/5 Runny to the point you do not feel nor taste the coconut milk Very spicy when I asked for mild Rice was cold --service? Pineapple Fried Rice with Pork 2.5/5 No flavor Very little pork Garlic chicken 4/5 Flavorful A lot of garlic Rice was cold-- service Hot tea 1/5 The tea was lukewarm at best--this has to be on the server Service 2/5 Server forgot to make things mild, so they were spicy Server literally threw the boxed take out sideways on our table Does not pay attention to details, bluntly put Ambiance 5/5 Tall ceilings Clean tables Looks like a Chinese seafood restaurant with darker wood furniture and white walls to cater to a more subtle public Price 4/5 $108 for 2 salads and 4 entrees $18 tip The problem here is that it was not as worthy

Squid was crisp and well fried. Pork skewers were far too sweet; Kao Obb Bkk also had too many cloying elements. Pad thai was decent though it also had too much sugar.

Fried fish - very dried and over cooked

Very disappointed, overcooked and overly dried fish and calamari Price is similar to manhattan but much lower quality

You know the food is good when you dine there 3 times in 2 weeks! The service was quick, and the prices were reasonable for the portions for especially the lunch specials. The restaurant was a cute spot. The Lychee Thai Iced Tea was a fruit-flavored tea. While it didn't seem to contain any dairy, it tasted creamy. The Chicken and Pork BBQ were both flavorful. The pork BBQ was a bit tough to chew, but it wasn't dry. The Basil Udon and Drunken Noodle were both flavorful but not particularly spicy. The portion of meat for both dishes was impressive, and the chicken was tender. It was my first time trying the Duck Basil, and I was completely blown away by the flavor. There was a good portion of vegetables. I did wish there was more duck in portion to the rice and veggies.

The food was absolutely delicious so unique, flavorful, and truly authentic. There were so many options to choose from, and everything we tried was amazing. The ambience was super cute and made the whole experience even better. You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail here. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to again and again!

One of the standout dishes was the Yum Pla Duk Fu Salad -- a Michelin Guide recommended favorite made with crispy fried shredded catfish, crunchy breadcrumbs, and a refreshing spicy mango salad. The combination of textures and flavors was unreal Another must-try is the Miang Kha Na, also Michelin Guide recommended. It comes with savory dried pork, lime, chili, and fresh Chinese broccoli leaves for wrapping. Every bite was fresh, tangy, spicy, and so satisfying. Price-wise was excellent with most dishes around the $10-30 range. Portions were large and meant to be shared. As for the food itself, I honestly expected better. If it was ranking in the same leagues as Fish Cheeks, Pranakhon, and Bangkok Supper Club on Beli, I thought the taste would be phenomenal but it truly just tasted like any decent thai spot I could find in SoCal. The only difference is that in SoCal there would be little to no wait. I must clarify that my qualms is not with the restaurant but with NYC having an issue of overinflating certain places and establishing high expectations of otherwise normal restaurants just doing its thing. The pad see ew was my favorite, and I liked how wide and long the noodles were. Otherwise, their Michelin Yum Duk Pla Fu was just another mango salad to me, and I had wished that the catfish tasted more like fish than breadcrumbing. The green curry was decent, nothing special. Good price for what you get though. If the wait wasn't unnecessarily long, I would consider this a nice spot for cheap, yummy Thai.

My only note is that it could've used more greens. The single layer of lettuce on the bottom didn't quite cut it. I understand why it's done that way, adding more might make it soggy, but something like crisp like raw string beans or haricots verts could add both freshness and volume without sacrificing texture. Still, overall, I really really enjoyed it! The grilled beef over vermicelli was solid, fresh and flavorful, but the small container of fish sauce wasn't quite enough to tie everything together. Unfortunately, the spring rolls were a letdown. They were rolled unevenly, which led to uneven frying, and they just didn't look very appealing. They were also thinner than typical Vietnamese spring rolls, which was disappointing given the price.

The food is flavorful and great portions. The pho had enough meat and noodles. The broth was great and not incredibly salty as some other places. The rice dishes were plentiful and superb serving of meat. The sandwich would have been a solid winner if they didn't pack it in aluminum foil which causes sogginess. I would recommend using the paper/waxy bags or even just a paper bag to maintain the crispiness of the bread. But a softer bread did not takeaway from the powerful punch of flavor and the right balance of ingredients in the sandwich. Divine! So tasty and would get it again - perhaps I'll toast it on my own. Definitely a good banh mi choice in Queens. The price is fantastic. Keep it this way and you'll have a constant fan base returning. Great food, great prices and service was fast and kind when I went to pick up. On top of that, their interior looks adorable so would consider dining in next time. This restaurant will now be on our rotation of Viet spots. Wishing them much success.
