The pork belly fried rice had a hint of sweetness to it. I think it might be tamarind or something. But I could totally be off based. The crispy bits of pork belly added a nice texture. It's nothing like I've ever had before. The short ribs was fantastic. Full of flavor and fall of the bones tender. The papaya salad is something that was very familiar to all of the others I've had. Very comforting. Overall, I would definitely come back here and receiving great service on top of the great tasting food was all I could have asked for.

We started with the Khun Pan Pld Fashioned (which is old fashion with a Thai tea twist), of course, Thai iced tea, soft shell crab larb (omg so mouth watering) and the Pla Muk Tod (Fried Tumeric Coconut Calamari). These were new on the summer menu and I hope they stay! The dipping sauce in the calamari was sweet, tangy and syrupy with some heat but not too sweet. It was good without the sauce but with it, made it even better. The soft shell crab larb, wow, blew us away. The crunch and heat factor with the basil "salad" was out of this world. It is definitely spicy but is soo tasty. From their "privileged" menu, we had the duck chu chee which is a crispy roasted duck in a creamy mildly spicy red curry - the duck and curry was soo bomb, super crispy and stands out from other places. Finally the Royal Thai Spiced Lamb which is grilled lamb chops with karee curry sauce, snow pea tips and roti, sooo flavorful and so good. The veggies and the lamb paired so well with the curry sauce. It was not gamey or chewy but after all the appetizers I could not finish this dish.
