The crab rangoons are amazing!! Yes they need more filler but they are sooo good! I had chicken lo mein which other places burn or overcook the chicken. This was perfect!!! The service was great too. Super sweet staff. The ambiance was quiet and could use a thorough cleaning but overall a quiet atmosphere. read more

I tried the sesame chicken dinner, which I believe was about $14. It came with chicken fried rice, egg roll and sesame chicken. I thought the portion size was decent. I did not like the egg roll. The chicken fried rice had good flavor, the sesame chicken was pretty good. I wish there was more sauce, it was mostly at the bottom. Crab rangoons were good but needed more filling. read more

Hubby wanted to stop in and pick up Chinese for dinner. It is a quaint place in a strip mall. They have 4 or 5 slot machines. The host was taking a phone order when we came in and I must say, that phone was nonstop ringing from the time we came in to the time we left, and she worked that register and phone without missing a beat! Impressive! We ordered the shrimp in hot garlic sauce, shrimp with lobster sauce and these came with egg rolls. We also ordered shrimp fried rice since the fried rice that comes with the dinner is chicken. Everything was good. Most places are skimpy with their shrimp, but not here. We had a lot of shrimp in our entrees which was a pleasant surprise. The shrimp in hot garlic sauce was not hot nor was it garlicky, but it was delicious nonetheless, and we both loved the fresh veggies. read more

Customer service at this restaurant is horrendous. We sat for 20 minutes in the dining area and the lady never came to our table. My friend got up to let her know we were waiting and she rudely said, "the dining room is closed". She saw us sitting there and said absolutely nothing nor was there a sign saying the dining room was closed. We drove 40 minutes to come to this restaurant because the food is good but the service is so bad we will NEVER go back. They need to hire additional staff and train the lady on customer service. read more

I've been going here for decades now, and the service has ALWAYS been amazing! The host is awesome, and always remembers me, which I love! I moved away from Orange Chicken to Sweet and Sour Chicken here a long time ago, and it was definitely a much better choice. Their Lo Mein is great as well, and the portions are big for the prices! This place has easily been my favorite restaurant for decades, and I will continue to go here for as long as I can! read more

Update--It's been a while since I visited. The Orange chicken was just "ok." I paid for extra sauce and onions, but it wasn't extra on my Orange chicken. However, the orange flavor was overbearing; the taste didn't complement the pork fried rice with cashews. I should have gotten it A bit spicier. If the food is worth the bad service, not certain yet. Just moved to the area in terms of food it was better then the first place I tried. Service was terrible. I walked in on a Sunday to a completely empty store so I approached the counter to find a menu. Female employee never attempted to ask me any thing like "are you dinning in, did you place an order just said You know what you want yet" I ordered then took a seat, she brought me my food and yelled you didn't tell me you wanted to dine in and then proceeded to take the table mat & silver wear away and yelled forks in the bag. read more

I've got to say. Definitely very good food. I got the lunch special. In the beginning I was kinda disappointed. I've definitely had bigger portions but as it turns out I still couldn't eat it all. Plus right away you know you're eating quality. My beef was super tender. This is kung pow beef (is that right) no peanuts. Perfectly spicy. Amazing... It was really good.. It came with chicken fried rice too. I think it was around $7.00 with tax. I'll definitely be coming back. I didn't sit in and took it to go. With a 15 minute ride home food was still hot. The star of the show was our pizza which resembles a meat lovers with pepperoni, Sopressata and Giardiniera (which is more like a relish and I love). I've had other dishes but after multiple countless visits this is what I love at this time. The pizza is cooked in a high heat oven which gives the perfect char, let it settle for a couple minutes as it sits on the table. Overall, when in this part of Illinois hands down the place to be. Hours are only 4-9pm and that says a lot. My only insight would be ask for the bread to be served warm. I'm sure a fresh loaf in the pizza oven for a couple of minutes will go a long way. ENJOY!

BEWARE !!!! Stopped in and ordered a large chicken and pea pods for carry out. Got home, made a plate and sat down to eat. One bite and I noticed something small and black on top. I've been coming here since it opened last year and have always had a great meal, wonderful service, and good prices. Everything is fresh, hot, and served by the very friendly and helpful staff.
