The Manager proceed to question if the shoes are the same ones online and also tell me that he did not believe I took the screenshot recently. At no time did he ask me to wait while he verified thier OWN website discount. I have never encountered disgusting service like this for years, and walked out. I dont think DSW select their managers with any focus on customer care. Disgusted to say the least

I found a really cute pair of tan suede Tahari boots and another pair of peep toe leather boots, both on clearance. That's the most I've found in the two years that I lived near this store, so I decided to keep digging and see how far my newfound luck would take me. Long story short, I left with 5 pairs of beautiful boots, adding a pair of knee-high blue velvet, a pair of green suede, and a pair of grey suede ankle boots to my haul. There was also a crazy sale going on (I think it was an extra 25% off all boots). I also had a few gift cards with a couple of dollars left on them. All told, I spent less than $200 on 5 pairs of fabulous boots. What's really crazy is the $324 that I saved... SAVED!! Unreal! That's what I call a score.
