I found a really cute pair of tan suede Tahari boots and another pair of peep toe leather boots, both on clearance. That's the most I've found in the two years that I lived near this store, so I decided to keep digging and see how far my newfound luck would take me. Long story short, I left with 5 pairs of beautiful boots, adding a pair of knee-high blue velvet, a pair of green suede, and a pair of grey suede ankle boots to my haul. There was also a crazy sale going on (I think it was an extra 25% off all boots). I also had a few gift cards with a couple of dollars left on them. All told, I spent less than $200 on 5 pairs of fabulous boots. What's really crazy is the $324 that I saved... SAVED!! Unreal! That's what I call a score.

I pickd out the shoes and showed the Store manager a screenshot of Thier Website discounted price. The Manager proceed to question if the shoes are the same ones online and also tell me that he did not believe I took the screenshot recently. At no time did he ask me to wait while he verified thier OWN website discount. I have never encountered disgusting service like this for years, and walked out. I dont think DSW select their managers with any focus on customer care. Disgusted to say the least

The store has a wide range of shoes/footwear with various levels of support. Joe was very patient with me and explained all the different options that would work best for me. Buy one get second one half off. Friendly associates nearby and ready to help and the store was well stocked and organized. I also love places that give you reward points, you spend a certain amount you earn a coupon for next time. Though there the Vans are limited, I loved the shoes they had on sale, Crocs, Adidas, Pumas etc. Checking out was a breaze. Ill definitely return.
