My friend left some shirts in the dressing room and and lady working the floor came in the get…read morethem. She was cursing out loud saying "people are f*****g disgusting". My friend overheard her and apologized. My friend went back in to try on some more things. I went to the register to purchase a pair of sunglasses. The worker was now at the register talking about my friend to her coworker. Continuing to use profanity calling my friend disgusting. So I replied "it's not her fault, there's no rack to place the clothes, and no one there to assist us". She replied "it's common sense". So I left it alone. Her coworker looked embarrassed and did not indulge her. I deeply regret not getting the manager, so I'm leaving a review. It was 7/24/21 around 4pm. My friend returned the shirt and we will not be returning to Windsor again.

Actually I take that back, one time I saw a coat but it was too pricy and I couldn't bring myself to buy it. I'm not giving up hope that one day I'll find something I like.

They have gift cards available. Staff were friendly. I was greeted upon entering and asked by an associate if I needed a fitting room. One of the young…read moreladies named Mary told my friend that she was not allowed to try on a dress she wanted to buy for her 60th birthday due to the store closing soon which was in 40 mins just to find out that 2 young ladies were already in the dressing room. I feel like my Mary the associate singled my friend out for what I really don't know the associate was not very nice at all after telling my friend she couldn't try on her dress she proceeded to go to the front of the store to talk about my friend to other associates. On another note, Tracy was very nice and I loved her energy.
