The clothes are cute and trendy, and reasonably priced (especially when you catch a sale). The store is almost always neat when I go in, which amazes me given how many young folks flow through there. Sales associates are usually nearby to offer assistance as needed. Last year, I did happen to buy some Aeropostale t-shirts...well, the deal was buy one, get two free. And I found out those t-shirts make great gym shirts for me, so I'm gonna buy tees every time I see that deal, lol. Excellent value, and there's no age limits on tees I'll sweat in at the gym. Until next time.

If only this place wasn't located in the Dulles Town Center Mall. UGH!…read more While I have only been in this store once, I have sent multiple people in here for the purchase of body oils, incense, sage, shea butter, and other imported items from Africa. They have this one brand of Shea butter that is infused with coconut and mango. It smells so lovely, I sometimes find myself about to lick my skin. The prices are reasonable as compared to other stores that sell it but since I lived in Africa for a stint, I realize how much they are really getting over on us. But I understand the hustle. The male that works there was very helpful and let me sample various oils and educated on the many uses of the products I was eyeing. According to him, there are multiple uses for each item. And even though he could have been selling me a dream, that is music to my ears. If you are in the area, please support them. I would hate for this store to go under as most people aren't even aware they are located in the mall.

I placed my order on November 29th, 2013 for a bed, dresser with mirror and night stand. They promised that I can pickup all the items before Christmas and everything was all set until I receive a call from value city before a week to delivery date and they said they are missing head stand and night stand. I got upset and after speaking with their regional manager, he gave me free shipping to my house and promised to deliver all the items on January 15th. I received a call again just two days prior to new delivery date and when I asked about the missing items they said they are still missing and they will arrive around 15th February. I told them to deliver everything together and today when I just received the delivery, head stand for bed and night stand are still missing and the delivery gentlemen said the missing will be coming on March 11th. He told me the that someone just ordered the missing items yesterday.

When i got it back, it still wasn't the correct size and in order to remove the links they scratched up all the sides of the watch. it was brand new when i brought it in, and it looks terrible now. paid 30$ for them to ruin it. At the same time i dropped my watch off, i dropped a ring off that my pearl had fallen off, i wanted it reattached. I just got my ring back 5 months later. when i first picked it up, my size 5 ring was a size 7... they had somehow resized it as well. and when i mentioned that the ring no longer fit they argued with me for days, saying they didn't change it. I can't even fit a size 7 on my thumb. it was ridiculous. and instead of trying to fix it they just said they did nothing wrong and they wouldn't fix it. After a month of arguing (and showing them my receipt that showed it was a size 5) they finally made it a size 5 again, but it looks absolutely terrible and stretched out. and I paid 35$ for "only" the pearl getting superglued on which i could have done myself. They are stubborn rude old women that don't care at all about customer service. my family, friends, and I will not be returning and I strongly urge anyone to STAY AWAY!
